DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!
This place looks nothing like how they have shown in the images.
1) The Wifi was not working.
2) The TV was like an old one where you can't even watch anything.
3) Food service was horrible. They gave us the wrong order and said like if we don't take it they won't take any other order and cancel the ones which we did.
4) The home was full of insects and leeches (beware)
5) The owner was really rude.
6) The electricity was going on and off throughout the day.

For this price point, there are wayyyy better options available. Do not consider this place
We came as a group of 6 and we could not stay here for a single day.

Good location with sea view but very far from city! Staffs were very good but north indian foods were not great! Food taste was okay

Infrastructure need’s continues maintenance as its front of beach.

Very bad experience with this resort (!?). Stinks, ants roam around the room and dirty bathrooms. Breakfast was served cold, Kids didn't even touch the breakfast. Please avoid this place.

Ultimate Place for a perfect honeymoon. Friendly staff. Homefelt food. Perfect ambience. Zero boring. Good place to hangout. I would suggest all the newly married couple to hangout at this place particularly.

Now they gave added Rain dance at the location and it is more fun now

Beautiful rooms, a grand hall for events and quite economic. The villa that I resided in was very homely and comfortable, and it's quite close to the beach which is less than a minute walk away from the entrance. Really enjoyed my weekend here.

Family room with a/c was good.toilets are too small though.a very friendly team.a family friendly resort where kids can spend good time in indoor swimming pool. Can hear the hushing sound of waves hitting the sea shore right from your room.
Food was very good and allows you to relish mangalore authentic taste. SHAHID from their team was very helpful and always resourceful and ready to help! Will sure visit again.

They told us we can celebrate a party at the beach but in the end they didn't allow us after we celebrated in the room and it's my humble request please don't waste your money and the food was not satisfied they don't allow outside food in the Room.

Worst hotels, rooms available are of very bad quality. Their is lot of moisture in thr rooms. It is located at a isolated place. So, not even safe also. I have checked out within one hour of checkin, wasting my whole money.

We have forgot one Gold ring at the time of check out and left the villa. They have called us and returned back. Very honesty people.

It’s a ghost house for sure! Very badly maintained… and all old junkyard furniture is used for restaurants and villas.villas walls down with loads of dirt and pooja waters sprinkles.which adds more doubt on what was the past history of villa.spooky.moreover the sales manager Bharath is so rude when we complained about the maintenance … the only good part is food … but not that great that you will not find it anywhere …

Its situated right in front of the beach.around 20 mins drive from mangalore city.ambience is cool, rooms wer decent, n had access to pool, but maintainance could have been better and be cautious about the high tides while playing in the beach!

The images on site are of their bungalows but if you book room it is an old building with poor quality of room. The room has termite linings and ants everywhere. Food in resturant is just average. Location is worst and only good for backpackers.

Outstanding service and the entire staff is very polite and co-operative. Amazing stay at a very affordable price so must visit if you are looking for a good beach resort!

From the airport until my trip is done everything was taken care of by the Resort management
Transportation, food, sightseeing etc.special thanks to the driver for so patiently waiting for me in every place we visited.

Request all people not to visit this place the reason are
1) the door doesn't have locks
2) bed sheets were stinking
3) Ants and insects all around in the room and on bed and on table
4) AC was not working
5) TV was not working
6) fan was making loud noise
7) bathroom was very dirty
8) when told to recharge the tatasky set of box manager told it won't be possible
9) room service was not provided
10) breakfast was given in dirty plates and the tea cups

And this room was given as a suit room not a deluxe room or standard room but the room looked like a standard room which was charged 6000/- per night
No respect given while talking treated like waste
Request all not to visit this hotel very very bad place

Rooms clean. Not much furnishings. But overall a very good experience. Friendly staff. Location is the overall bonus at this price. Food is excellent.

Stayed for overnight stay, they have two facilities, what you see in photos is of villas that is available for families with more members. For couple and nuclear family they give old property.

First things first - the photos what you see over the net with beautiful rows of villas are not really part of this resort but only a part of it is so!
So what are good things here?
Rooms: the main building with rooms of 2-3 occupancy is quite old. You won't get a villa unless more than 4 occupants 3/5
Food: good both quality and quantity 4/5
Staff: are friendly 4/5
Swimming pool: small but ok 3.5/5
Location: right on the beach about 50m away 5/5.
Surroundings: Someshwara temple, villages ullal, someshwara and uchila

Location is great. Just besides the beach. Staff is friendly. But the interiors and utensils etc are all dated and seemingly old.

Except the location is near to beach and is very much accessible nothing is good about this resort. Staffs are ok, food is worst and unclean. The rooms are spread with ants and stinks badly.

Resort is average. I felt staff is rude.

If you want a retro experience, do visit. It was a great hut, worth the price especially if you are a group of 4-6 people.

Paid 2.5k per night just because the hotel is right opposite to beach. When we reached the hotel we left with disappointment. Rusty balcony grills, leaking showers, leaking taps, flickering bathroom lights, non functional TV remotes, chiped of wall paint and hanging cables. Complimentary breakfast is below average. Definitely not recommended hotel.

Expensive for a logde like Rooms and also the property is not maintained well. Many leakages. Only plus is location.

The hospitality is amazing, they had a very amazing atmosphere and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The food. I can rate it 5 out of 10. The breakfast was good but the lunch and dinner wasn't upto the mark. But still you have Swiggy and Zomato available to this location.

Excellent location, you can walk to the beach as its around 30m from the property. Beach is clean and felt like a private beach.

Staff are very polite. Food feels like home made food.

Stayed in a family suite which has 2 queen size beds.

Location is green and its like a village, good for long walks.

I liked the ambience they afforded and also the hotel management is too supportive.
Villas are really good and worth staying in it.

They charged some wer around 5k
The owner (Sairaj) and the stafs (Punith) are so good and friendly with the guests tnx alot for tolerating our group
And sure will be visiting again here
And we really miss the windo view of beach from our room

Stayed in a villa for 3 days which was ill maintained though charged very high, everything seemed to be old and worn out in the villa. Food was horrible apart from very few items, complimentary breakfast had very less options, you need to pay the whole amount during check in so that you do not get the option to switch to another resort, the villa has kitchen but no ice box/refrigerator so that they can charge ₹100 each time for the ice cubes, the so called 'manager' Bharath was very rude, sounded as if he is doing a huge favour allowing my pet dog when his owner Harish had no issues.disgusting!

It is bang opposite to the beach with decent swimming pool, each villa has terrace where you can sit and have a drink, hotel staff Shahid was a gem, very supportive and understanding!

Experience was 2 stars but has the potential for 5 stars if things are improved.

An average stay, food items bit expensive here in the resort, rooms not big enough like other lodges, I stayed in non Ac double bed, not worth the money, only thing which is convenient is its near to someshwara beach a km away but located too interior from main road. No hotels or shops nearby. Have to be dependent on resort food items.

This is the best resort I have ever visited. It has excellent service which consists of best sea food, stay place, swimming pool and a heart winning sea shore. THE BEST PLACE IN WHOLE MANGALORE

Please avoid going here!
You will be cheated. It's an old building with minimal facilities and the rooms are not even close to what's shown in the pics.

Owner took full payment in advance and when we asked to leave the orenis because we were dissatisfied with the facility, they refused to refund the next days amount. We even offered to forego the days payment since we already stayed 2 hours, but not refunding the remaining amount was unfair.

Also, the owner is very rude. I honestly don't know how they've managed to do business so far. Please avoid if possible.

Wonderful beach very clean sand is very soft to play there is many entertainments and clock room and bathroom is available

Horrible place to stay, this property doesnt even qualify to be called a lodge or guest house let alone the resort. Perhaps all the positive reviews about this property must have been posted by the owner.

Well maintained villas with good service and food. Just opposite to the beach and is very good choice for stay with family or friends. Breakfast is complementary but you have to pay for lunch, dinner and any starters. Partying on the terrace is good a d one can enjoy sunrise as well as sunset.

Very okayish place. Food is served on the beach by the hotel but frequent police raids.
Room was good and staff were friendly.
Do carry id card per person and not per room. Apparently all their impromptu decisions are taken by the management but they never mention those on the websites under hotel rules.

Better you make a homestay for and around 10,000/- and food can bring from 3kms. Around 10 to 15 people can stay in home stay around this resort.
Food items are costly and looking the people they make various in cost of foods and stay.

The property's biggest highlight is that it has access to a private beach, which is clean and as the property is far from Mangalore main town, has only it's guests on the beach.

They have a beach shack where they arrange food, bonfire in the evening and night, also if u are okay with the heat, one can spend quiet afternoons there.

It has villas which are done up in basics.not very great. The front two AC villas are worth staying becoz u get unhindered view of the ocean from the terrace and rooms, good wifi.

It is pet friendly and they provide food for your pet on request.

The service and hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly and always provide prompt service.

Food is a big let down and very pricey.one does not expect mid size prawns and pomfret on a sea side resort to be charged 750/- plate.

An okay place for stay with two advantage to it's name- easy access to beach, a beach shack with wooden benches and good staff.

A good place to stay when in Mangalore. Right next to the beach.it provides awesome views. U can enjoy the water when the sea is calm.food service available. Decent rooms. A huge lawn area with swimming pool. A party area is also present. Dining along the beach is also available. In house catering is given. Outside food for parties is also allowed. A very clean premises. Good service. And helpful staff.

Swimming pool is very small, with insects and alge.there are so many restrictions in this resort, stating we have to order with in 7.30pm, service is available till 10 pm, after 12am we are not suppose to sit outside.food is not so good. Lack of ventilation in the room, AC was not working properly.

An average stay near Mangalore. Food is good and courteous staff. However no access to beach and far from town. Rooms are average and lack some facilities

We "Bangalore TRIPPERS" 6 Adults & 5 Kids stayed from 25-27 Dec 2019. Rooms in the old block is budget. I suggest go for villas. Property is maintained & has Good staff. It has a small pool and not suitable for kids less than 3 feet height. We were lucky to get a villa facing beach. Breakfast preparations was Vermiceli, Onion Utthappam, sambar, chutney, Cut fruits, Tea & Coffee. We liked a dish 'Chicken sukka'.

Beach is accessible but not safe & cannot play. Nearest beach to play is near someshwar temple about 2-3kms.

Food was average. The rooms/ cottages were good. House keeping was average. Our cottage was not sweeped for 3 days we were there.

The beach is quiet close to the resort. Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. You can literally sleep in the bathroom, it’s that clean. Extra bed is also offered. Can go with family and friends. Really a decent place. Food is also quiet good, you really have great variety for breakfast and it’s unlimited. The only downside is that they increase the fare amount during seasons. I would highly recommend this place.

Its nt even worth a single star. Swimming pool is so big if you throw an ant into the pool then water will splash out of the pool. Try 21camp resort which is half an km from this resort. You can thank me later after visiting 21camp resort.

Awesome place at ullal beach.away from the hustle bustle of the city. The villas are well maintained and a good place to relax and have a nice holiday.

One of the nice resort near beach side. But the main disappointment is you cannot get down in beach. It's Rocky beach and very dangerous. Ppl over there warn not even leave your feet in water. So just staying in resort doesn't make sense.

Had seen this place so many times but this is the first time we stayed and we stayed for 2 days. We took a villa with 2 bed rooms. Decent place for a family or friends. Right opposite to the beach. If you want to swim, hit the beach not the swimming pool since it isn't maintained well. Food you can order and they provide a decent food.

Neatly maintained rooms on new block with a good staff. It has a beautiful view of the sea. Have to improve the quality and variety of breakfast. Should add bread, butter and jam.

It's good. But poorly managed because rooms are spread across. Location exactly at beach. Can have dinner at beach itself. Calm and peaceful. Away from city disturbance. Cost wise also OK. Food quality is good.
