Every time u have to pay registration fee. Worst service and very expensive. Not fit normal people. If any heart related issues i would suggest to visit Jayadeva. There u will get good service with less money. Here they do uncessary test and charge u more with out any reason. Worst experience. Was expecting better service. I am not sure how this hospital has so good reviews. May be all fake.

I met the pulmonologist, Dr Divyasree twice. She really took care and her medicine made me feel better. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The system showed my birthday and the hospital wished me at the doctor's with a gift. Heart-warming surprise!

The hospital response time is horrible. I've called 3 times to check for availability for my ultrasound. They say the concerned person will call back and nothing. Very irresponsible and horrible operations management.

I recently had a health checkup at Dr. Malthi Manipal Hospital in Jayanagar, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. This hospital surpassed my expectations compared to the actual Manipal Hospital in Manipal. The entire staff, including the doctors, nurses, and helpdesk personnel, were incredibly helpful and had a warm and welcoming attitude. Despite the high number of patients, they always had a smile on their faces and treated me with the utmost care.

I want to extend a special thanks to Deepa Poojary ma'am, who was at the help desk. She provided me with outstanding assistance, always maintaining a cheerful and patient demeanor while answering my questions and guiding me through the process. Even though it was a busy weekend, Deepa ma'am handled every patient with grace and was ready to assist at any moment. People like Deepa are truly invaluable, and I highly recommend this hospital for health checkups.

I was brought to manipal jayanagar ER by my family as I had chest pain and tiredness. ER doctors and staffs are very professional. Dr Balaraju cardiologist performed emergency PTCA with Stent. I am very thankful to all the cath lab, ICU and ward staff. Dr Balaraju is an excellent cardiologist. He has given me a new life. I would like to thank all the sisters and brothers who took care of me with a lot of love and affection. All the housekeeping staff were helpful. Discharge process was explained clearly and was very smooth. Thank you Manipal.

I was admitted at Malathi Manipal Hospital for 3 days. It was a comfortable stay thanks to the hassle free admission process by Ms. Mohana and Ms. Pushpa. The Staff Nurses in First floor headed by Ms. Jinu took good care of my health needs and if it wasn't for Dr. Kishore and his two junior doctors - Dr. Manjushree and Dr. Pooja, my sufferings would have been multifolds. The doctor and his team put me on a fast track and helped me in getting better.

The Hospital building is definitely small and the rooms feel little cramped, but it's the bigger heart of the Doctors, nurses and admission staff that took care of me and helped me to sail through. I thank them all for their expertise, care and help.

We visited Manipal for shoulder surgery. All the Doctors, staff, management were so supportive and understanding. We got personal attention everywhere. The nursing staff was always helping at any time day or night. Doctors personally looked into minor details themselves. Housekeeping staff very humble. Pateint loved the canteen food. Overall very satisfied.

My mother hip replacement operation was successfully done.we have stayed almost 12 days. To be honest, all the staffs like coordinator, Insurance team, staff nurse (Sumithra, Hema, Jinu, etc,), soft service staff and customer relationship staff (Sumathi -Discharge Summary & Shoba – Insurance Team) are very cooperative, courteous, kind, and helpful.

Dr. Yogish Vijaya Kumar (Orthopedist) who done the surgery for my mother is an excellent doctor and great human being. I had a chance to meet few doctors (including ICU Dr) and anesthetist all are very good and they kindly answer all my doubts and quires. I strongly recommend this hospital for any health issues.

Like the experience with Hospital. Dr Kushal Gupta is very friendly and explain everything in details. Overall it was a good experience.

Worst experience with OPD, no importance of appointment time. Doctors are nowhere to be seen at appointment time.

Had visited the hospital today for a consultation. The reception area is very cramped and some of the reception staff were very poorly trained to be sitting there. Only one counter was opened and a long line. The lab was seemingly closed - something I came to know after I paid for the test. No information before. The cost of the test too was 3 times the cost of the same test done outside. The only consolation was the doctor and nurse who were responsive. Need to improve.

I am extremely happy about the staff of this hospital. The guidance we get is super.waiting time is absolutely nil. All are very cooperative. It is worth visiting this hospital for any treatment.

The front office staff very helpful, in particular, a young woman Prabha. The Nursing staff are wonderful and of course The Gynaecologist Dr. Chaya Patil, is an excellent doctor and a great human being.
She was reassuring and guided us through the whole procedure, which helped in allievating the anxiety.

Doctors aren't bad but hospital is pathetic in responding to customer queries, in person or by phone. Many a time, they just disconnect the phone or refuse to pick up

OPD seems badly run. Timings are not kept to. No token system. They say xray. No one is in the xray room. No status. Long waits. Could be much better planned.

They have handled well in the COVID situations. My mother is under going dialysis in This hospital only.

Malathi Manipal hospita easily accessible, situated center of the city.though moderate in size, it's well equiped, consisting of all type of services including eminent doctors. My experience with Malathi Manipal started when I got conceived & consulted Dr. Jyothsna Madan who had magic in her hands since it was a very precious baby for us. Our 9 months journey with this hospital has been very prompt & systematic services offered by their staff, very helpful, quick, no waiting time, timely reports etc
The services during my delivery has also been great care with helpful nurses, housekeepers, Prabha, homely food with good taste. Overall had a great experience.

We delivered our 2nd baby at Malathi Manipal Hospital.

Due to Pandemic we were little sceptical but he experience was really good.
Hospital was very clean and hygienic and the room which was allotted to us was regularly.
The Hospital staff were really supportive including doctor, nurse, and the reception staff.

I would like to mention specifically about staff "Prabha" from the Reception she is very Proactive and supportive. She always reaches out to us whenever we need any support or we have any questions.

Thanks to Malathi Manipal hospital staffs and doctor who helped us to deliver the baby in this pandemic.

Cardiology Consultation - Dr. SriHariDas - I visited Manipal for a annual health checkup in Dec 2020. I was diagnosed with hypertension and was suggested to meet Dr. SriHariDas - Consultant Cardiologist.
Doctor was able to analyze all the aspects of my Echo/ECG reports and immediately attended on next steps to reduce the BP.
I was given the medicine on spot and a follow up consultation with a lot of advice/motivation to get my hypertension reduced. I have had 3 to 4 follow up consultations with Dr. SriHari and it has reduced my hypertension considerably below the danger level till date.
I would recommend anyone who needs attention related to BP/Hypertension/Cardio to visit Dr. SriHariDas at Malathi Manipal, Jayanagar.

Expert Doctors (Dr Chaya Patil), very dedicated nursing staffs (Gagana, Bhagya) and hardworking, committed relationship co ordinator (Prabha Madam) helped us a lot to get the promising results. With very hygienic rooms, quality food service, we can feel the homely environment during admissions here. All together its one of the best hospital in Jayanagar Bangalore.

My mother had her hip surgery at Manipal hospital Jayanagar and I must say from the emergency unit staff to the attenders in the ward the treatment and service is.commendable. Special thanks to Dr. Sandeep Dixit for his kindness and patience and trying to make the patient as comfortable as possible pre and post surgery. Also a special mention for the entire nursing station unit and attenders attending to room 202 who attended to my mom with always a smile, putting service before self. Thanks to all of you for providing the care and comfort a patient needs rhrough hospitalisation.

I had a executive health checkup last weekend and very much disappointed with the process. Not even a single place right from registration to consultation I had to wait for many minutes. Think of waiting for a scan for an hour with my bladder full, horrible experience.

The single star whom I got in touch is Akshatha who is a co-ordinator and guided very well. The single start rating I am giving is for her and not for hospital.

I'm very disappointed about this hospital. First of all it was impossible to communicate with anyone. No answers from the emails no from the form on the website. So I was onbliged to go there.
Second: they tried to take from me an unbelievable amount of money for 3 tests. I would like to remind to these people that foreigners are not all rich, we are not ATM, and ask to me crazy prices only because I'm white is outrageous.

This Hospital has gone to dogs. Nobody cares even in case of emergency. They don't even do preliminary examination. Ask you to wait for hours together for a doctor to show up who would definitely cancel his plans of showing up. Once a good hospital with good doctors now seems to have lost all aspects of management.

Had been to manipal due to kidney stone and whole experience was just perfect, all staff from housekeeping to doctors and administrative staff just made to feel like home, thanks to all staff for your service,

This 5 star is for Dr Anjana Ravindranath. Exceptionally calm, understand your problem and solves it. She helped us even though it was not her responsibility. Few doctors cures just by talking to us and she is one of them. Need more such doctors. @Manipal, please pass this feedback to senior management and Dr Anjana.

Excellent service at this hospital. My dad was suffering from Gangrene, it was diagnosed early and the best treatment was given.
Kudos to Nurse Jayashree. She has supported my parents morally and has given the best service possible. She was also sent home for dressing from the home care unit of manipal.
Always on time and helped my parents emotionally. Unfortunately the leg got amputated but my dad is still very confident because of the support from the doctors at Manipal and Nurse Jayashree.

Very unhygienic and worst vaccine drive!
I went to take vaccine today in Manipal hospital jayanagar but they conducted the vaccine drive in Jain College basement which is very unhygienic place with full of mosquitoes! The manager was also very rude. There was no proper ventilation also. When they charge Rs. 1410 for 1 dose vaccine, it’s Manipal hospital’s responsibility to maintain proper hygiene and keep the premise clean. You can see the mosquito bite for me in photos while waiting for 45 mins to get the vaccine in basement!
Please do not prefer this hospital!

Doctor doesn't have patience to listen to patients.
So arrogant all the problems u say, only one word.take this meds u will be fine.
This is our 2nd visiting and nothing happening.

Avoid consultation with Dr Indukala, OBGYN at all costs. Complete apathetic approach. Also would rather chat with colleagues than see patients.

The doctors and staff at the Nephrology OPD department are real gems.very patient, responsive and go out of their way to help the patients. Special mention for Dr. Vishwanath - very very accessible. Ms. Anitha and Ms. Gayathri at the Nephro reception have helped us so many times especially while availing Tele Consulting services. Their service with a smile is so comforting.

My son was jabbed twice. For whatever reason, the first jab did not go right. We have no idea why. This could have been explained to him.

Good service. Dr. Meena Muthiyal mam very good in explaining the things whatever we needed. I felt very happy about her. She is very kind in nature.

Very nice hospital. Adenoid tonsillectomy was done so well. Nurse staff were very responsible and they come as soon as the nurse call alarm is pressed. Anesthetist and assistant doctors were very cooperative. Hospital provides food from the cafeteria, which is tasty and appropriate both for patient and other patients. There is also another cafe in the ground floor called sip chat. Coffee provided there is very nice. Receptionists are also very responsible and cooperative.

I thank, Dr Chaya Patil gynecologist for patiently curing my ovarian cyst with medicines than just suggesting surgery (like some of the other doctors, I have met before). I had very good experience with all other staffs in the hospital like scanning department, billing section and front office. Even the hospital was encouraging people to vote in elections, by giving 10% off on the consultation for the people who have voted.

Till date i have heard about hospitality but after coming to Malathi Manipal hospital I saw what it means to them. The dedication from front office to the back end team being very supportive! I just felt it was an home for me the way every one took care of me. Even house keeping team was fantastic! I really appreciate each n everyone for being with me till my discharge I would thank Mr. Imran pasha from the day 1 he assisted me from admission n took care of insurance. The comple nursing team I hardly remember names but the complete Aditya n team were really fantastic. The house keeping team were so disciplined n helpful in nature. I would thank Nida mujassim to help me for my checkout. If I have forgotten few names I m sorry but you all in my heart with loads of respect n love towards you all guys.worth for money as well

Doctor who treated me for Gastrentology was awesome. Quick & Clean service by the Diet suppliers and on time. Good assistance from the nurses. Hygiene maintained.

Money looting hospital.plz stay away
This hospital only meant for royal families. I had very bad experience.for normal delivery they billed ₹130000/-. But package tat they show you is of ₹56k for normal delivery.they r very commercial.my humble request to all the ppl.plz plz stay away from this hospital.

Billing issue - We asked the Dr on surgery cost and he said it would be 75k plus minus 10k. Based on that we went ahead. During discharge we were shocked to see the bill of 1.23 lakh although the estimate during admission was given as 75k-85k. We argued with the cashier and denied to pay until they reduces it. She called the Dr and after waiting for a hour they reduced it to 1.03 lakh. As we were already frustrated waiting for the discharge, we paid it and came away. Doctor is good, and the surgery was very smooth. Billing is the only issue we faced.

Worst hospital ever.staff don't take any responsibility. If the doctor is not available then they will not inform the patient s who has taken even prior appointment.worst experience ever and i will request each one of you to not to go to the hospital.we had travelled 2 hrs to reach hospital to hear that doctor is not available

Worst service ever seen to such a big hospital. Dr.are forcing to get admit even though there is no such requirement as told by other Dr.and no coordination among operating staff.room is too small and too costly.
