Manipal Hospital Mysore

(Review 2) - Update 22.9.23, received the call very next day after posting the 1st review (below) from customer care, they had arranged a call back with the the director of the hospital. Till date there has been no response and yes they are modern day white collar thieves due to such management the doctor's reputation is at stake.
Least bothered, no calls till date. Just an eye wash to convince but again totally bluff.

First review: Doesn't live upto it's name, neither worth the money we pay for in terms of hygiene. (Photos attached for reference of May 27,2023).

They make you run at different places to apply for birth certificates, unorganised is the least I can say.

Not worth the name, neither worth the price you pay, day light robbery. White collar dacoits.

Only reason to visit was the doctor and everything else is cheap in terms of management.

Worst response, even after knowing that patient is serious response from nurses, security, staffs are ridiculous

Am very happy to here services am really grateful to this hospital and needs to Thanks Sathish to take care of my husband nicely and Al nurses who are treated well

Receiption horrible Q for such flow need to increase human resource.
Pharmacy worst.
Audiology not at all recommended.
Pulmonology crowded no time management.
Overall need more Human Resource.
Finally parking don't expect in the premises.

Cleaning staff (sa itr Anna, Shoeland, jayalaxmi) are very humble & nice, I really appreciate all of them

Was admitted to hospital due COVID 19, the treatment was excellent and the doctor Mr Lakshmi Narasimhan was very nice person and took care of me were will. Thank you for all the nursing, cleaning, service and admin staff during these time for taking care of me

My wife Mrs. Nibedita Chakraborty has been under treatment of Dr. Madhura Pathak and undergone Hysterectomy surgery on 3rd September 2021.
Today on 6th September she is getting discharged.
I would like to appreciate Dr. Madhura's extremely benevolent, caring and expert handling of the case. She has been very much helping all along.
I would also like to thank sister Soumya, sister Geethu, sister Vidya, diatrician, physiotherapist, security staff and house keeping staff including Savitramma for their good quality work and helping nature.
Mr. Raghu from insurance desk and his associates were extremely helpful.
I want to mention one small point of dissatisfaction, the gowns that were provided were of very bad condition, torn, dirty, laces missing, not matching with the repute of such a good hospital.
This apart I am happy with all other aspects. Thank you Columbia.

I was admitted to Colombia Asia regarding some health issues, the reason for giving 5 star is for the services provided here, excellent care taking staff and the doctors were very friendly especially the surgon Dr.dinesh informed everything regarding the surgery and the procedure after the surgery.

My father aged about 79 years was diagonised with enlarged prostrate. We consulted Dr. Dinesh TP, Senior Consultant Urologist in Columbia Asia who throughly evaluated my father's condition after conducting the necessary tests, decided to perform HoLEP procedure and also Cystolithotripsy, since stones were developed in his urninary bladder.

Special thanks to Dr. Dinesh TP not only for his performing the procedure successfully on my aged father and his personal care but also for patiently explaining the procedure to us in detail, putting our mind at ease. Thanks to Dr. Vinay K, Consultant Urologist, for his assistance in performing the procedure and also for his post operative care.

The nursing staff, Sister Divyashree, Sister Vidhya and Sister Pascal deserve our thanks as well for all their personal care and patience.

The single room ward and the washroom were spotlessly clean thanks to the effort of Savithriamma and Yashoshamma.

Overall we are happy and grateful with services provided by the good doctors, the nursing staff, the admin staff, staff from the insurance department and also the cleaning staff of Columbia Asia Hospital, Mysuru

I was admitted in this hospital for Covid Treatment. I recovered completely within three days of admission. The treatment given by Dr Saritha was excellent. The encouraging words by her for my response to the treatment and also for my recovery was great. The personal and timely care given to me by the Nursing staff led by Senior Nurses/ Nursing Supervisor was also superb. House keeping team also did a great job.

You should take token and wait for almost 2 hours by standing outside in parking lot even though you have registered in cowin app. They will not give preference for registered people.

1st thing if i m super overwhelmed is DR maqsood which is so helpful for me.
