Manipal Museum of Anatomy & Pathology

Very interesting anatomy museum, well maintained however they allowed entry until 6 p.m. And immediately shut down the power system leaving the museum completely dark and forced us to leave as it was closing time. It would be sensible to allow visitors only until 5: 30 p.m. And give them a half an hour buffer rather than making them pay for the visit and not even allowing them to view the museum completely. Plan your visit accordingly.

It was just excellent. It is Asia's largest anatomy museum and a must see if visit Manipal. It filled with painstakingly created pieces on the anatomy of humans, birds and animals.

Beautiful place to visit, especially for those who have interest in Biology should visit here.

Worth spending time here, interesting specimens displayed with information. Photography not allowed. Entrance fees for Public is ₹10. Timing - 8 am to 6 pm

It's really an amazing place. Everyone should must visit here. Especially for kids and students should visit at list once. Because they will get to know animal, birds and human body structure.
If u want read and understand everything it will take more than 3 to 4 hours or if u just want to see it will take 30min.
We enjoyed lot here.

If you are new to manipal then please do visit. You will get to see specimens never seen it your life. Educational and something you will not find anywhere it is cheap and a good survive available with no crowding and well maintained museum

Very well Maintained, received indepth knowledge about human body, animals, different types of diseases & the experience was breathtaking.

Closed for renovation. And not updated anywhere. The security said it may take 2 -3 weeks for reopening.
Call them in advance and go.

It was closed i visited by spending riksha traveling n its closed they didnt even put a board or anything that people can understand it is closed no proper response

Must visit place for medical students. This is one of the best museum I have seen till now. The dissection of anatomy and pathology is very accurate and beautiful. The explanation for each specimen is in laymen language, so anybody can understand.

This is asia's biggest pathology museum, if you have not seen any pathology museum you will be amused to see this one it has body parts, skelton, internal body parts of number of species.

This place has a wide variety of specimens of pathology and anatomy. Its a great place for MBBS aspiring students as this place helps them to increase their knowledge in the field of anatomy and pathology.

The Museum of Anatomy and Pathology or MAP in Manipal is a popular tourist attraction. The Museum features human and animal specimens and is considered to be the largest of its kind in Asia. There are about 3000 samples of organs and other parts of human or animal anatomy including the skulls of an elephant and a whale and a long skeleton of a King Cobra.
