Reviewing for Manipal Homecare Malleshwaram. I have been taking up their services and I am always happy & more than satisfied with their quality service.
Nurse Vijayalakshmi comes for the Homecare service and she is always on time, patient friendly and has a very good knowledge.
I would recommend everyone to go with Manipal Homecare so that you can opt for all the services at home.
The only downside which I see is that, the charges are comparatively more when compared with other vendors in the market.

Worst experience with health check up, the one who receives the blood has taken it very badly and whole day it has been paining and scar has been made like cut. I am not able to post the picture as the option is not available in this review. I consulted another doctor again to get over the pain and scar.

Doctors and treatment is good however the only process is pathetic. Billing itself takes too much of time. It was almost 30 minutes wait time just for billing. Not sure if it is problem with the system or process. You just get an answer from the desk saying that to sit … (but while floor will be full)

First time with Dr. Sharada Shekar, she is very much concern and felt like speaking with our family member. Kind hearted and treating all patients with more Patience too.

We have been weekly visiting Manipal, 13 th across Malleswaram for past two/three months now, and had always great experience, with all staff members. Every staff is caring, warm and understanding. On 25.08.2022 I had to consult Dr. Anand, urologist urgently. Appointment was full. I chased all numbers available but in vain. Finally I contacted madam Revathi working in opd counter and expressed my urgency. She could talk to Dr. Anand and could get me his consultation. Today I am feeling better. I am very thankful to madam revathi who helped me. She is very helpful in nature. May God bless.

Hospital service Good. Specially Nursing OPD Head Nurse Ms. Meenakshi sister really a good helping all the vister, when we visit OPD for my father in law and for my mother in law, sister will make us it' very easy to approach by her service mind.

I had been struggling to breathe through my nose for a very long time due to a blocked nostril.

I was very happy with the way Dr. Rohit explained the problem and patiently answered all questions. He has advised for septoplasty surgery and also gave us a clear picture of the extent of the cure.
Septoplasty was Minor surgery, In recovery, I had almost no pain in my nose and now my breathing continues to be awesome.

I wish I could give it a higher star rating.

Very pathetic experience at the billing counter.patient go there with pain, makes gpay bill at the old desk. Unfortunately, the bill is not visible because the device was not on when i made the payment.i had to roam all floors to ensure the bill has reached the finance team.i had to run from one floor to another floor to get it sorted.

Good doctors. Very helpful. Especially Dr. Shankar B S and Dr. Hari Babu. Taken very good care. For total Knee Replacement.sisters are and nursing staff also good.

I visited today night 10pm for my relatives for normal fever one injunction lady doctor MHN
She charged 4000 for treatment of 30 minutes
and medicine charges 600 rs extra. Normal fever
also they inject drip for money making purpose that lady doctor MHN behaviour was very rude
behavior with client she's main intention is money
making business I think this attitude is came because of management decision. My advise is

I had visited the hospital after being prescribed physiotherapy by my orthopedic for lower back pain. I was seeing Mr. Kenneth here, and he is by far the worst therapist I have come across.

His sessions lasted just 10 minutes a day, out of which he would rub on my affected area in a circular motion with his palm for 5 minutes, and then ask me to do exercises at home for the remaining time. My pain worsened in just 2 sessions for his so called treatment. I stopped right after the 2 sessions as it was not worth my time and money.

On a side note, I was traveling 15 kms which was a 45 minutes ride, waited for the physiotherapist for 15 minutes, only to finish in 10 minutes.

Physiotherapy is 600 per session and 150 for patient registration. An utter waste of money.

We had the worst experience at this hospital. My grandmother was admitted due to COVID. She was already suffering from co-morbid diseases like cancer and hypertension. The hospital staff literally hit my grandmother on her head repeatedly and forced her with food by pushing it through her mouth even at midnight. We thought that for the money they charged, they would have taken good care of her but we broke down after hearing this sort of in-human cruelty. My grandmother is suffering from mental trauma after coming back home. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the customer support number is not reachable as well. Please don’t admit any patients to this hospital and would definitely not recommend this for anyone.

because there are no processes in place for desk staff, reception staff or nursing staff to handle patients / doctors.

- I was a witness to nurses belittling new interns on lack of medical knowledge/ expertise. What kind of nursing staff are being employed here?

- Reception staff are completely discourteous and have no manners at all - follow no process and lack the courtesy extended by the medical staff

Would give them zero - because the place is crowded (both hospital near railway station and the OPD - and the staff do not keep their distance in spite of the COVID issues currently

The OPD does not have adequate par king and the houses nearby (this is a residential area) HATE h aving people parking in fron t of their houses - o ne of thes e people actually scribbled nasty messages not to park on the vehicle - in spite of the vehicle being parked on a public road

Visited for Annual Health checkup. Spoc Geetha handled smoothly and timelines were maintained. Doctor examination was also done patiently. Received reports on time.

I would not even give 1 Star. Their Prices are too High for any average person to get the treatment for ortho. Also the quality of treatment, completely waste of time

Approaching hospital from abroad is very difficult website is not all working, everything we need come to customer care that to automated answer & when consulting the doctor will say if you want any further doubts we can contact reception they will share his contact no But they will never share & the scenario will become different.if don't want entertaining the patient over phone he can say no, but telling lies is ridiculous.

Good doctor had complete investigation with reports provided. All staff and nurse are very supportive. Keep up the cleniness.

I visited as part of annual health check, the hospital is very well organized and cordinator Geetha is extremely courteous to answer all questions and get the tests and consultation done.

Worst Hospital, Money minded. Dr. Anand Muller and his junior, Dr. Santosh are good approachable but always push you hastily for surgery without explaining things properly. May be due to manipal's push to complete targets. Always take second opinion. In my case took the second opinion with Dr. Prasanna Venkatesh, NU hospital and came out without surgery for my father. Not recommend Manipal doctors.

I got covaxin jab here. Everything is maintained systematically, i was asked to show booking sms and then paid the amount. Within 5 minutes i got my turn for the inoculation. I was asked to wait for 30 minutes before going home. I received my certificate within 1 hour.

Being in health care should make better planning in terms of appointment and asking elderly patient to visit without requirement. Took 3 appointments and all the three times had to wait for couple of hrs.if this is std than appointment should be given on staggered basis so that it is safe for hospital employees and elderly patients who visits.

I have been trying to enquire in phone on PCR Testing. A lady answered and disconnected the call Twice. And then I was able to reach them and the customer service was fine.

Did health check today, service was very good and there were instructions on the next steps and hospitality was good

My review for the second time. I approached the hospital for the final COVID certificate of my wife today morning. Politely the lady personnel at the vaccination centre of this hospital advised me to come after 11.30 am. Accordingly when I went at 11.40 am and met that lady, she spoke to one gentleman, Mr. Bharat and directed me to meet him. Beyond anyone’s imagination, Mr. Bharat helped me out and more than expected provided me a printout of the certificate. God bless him and may the team MNSH produce many more dedicated staff to be friendly and helpful. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Bharat and the lady personnel who helped me out politely.

Had a dog bite. Anti rabies Injection was done in 15 minutes and out. Good quick response in CoVid times.

Today took covid vaccination along with family members at Manipal hospital, the experience was good and well organised and helpful.

Went for a RT PCR test. They have taken 900 rs for the PPE kit. But I asked the doctor/nurse to check my temperature and waited for 15 minutes. Clearly noticed they have not changed the PPE kit after my test increasing the probability of negative patients get converted to positive. Please don't make your business when people are really under trouble and trust you people. Hope you will not continue this for next patients. Very very very disappointed.

Changing to 3 star as they didn't give Bill and told that it will be sent on email. I still didn't get it and helpline numbers are not helping.

Five star for the Covid vaccination process. Came at 10 and took token. Waited an hour for our turn and then was surprised to see the smooth process of vaccination. Stand in line of 3/4 with social distance marked on the floor, do verification ane billing. Then take the vaccine. Hardly 10 min work. Kudos Manipal

We haven't been to this hospital. But Manipal Northside Hospital, Malleswaram were the only hospital as far as I know who got Covaxin Vaccine (May 1) when there's shortage/no stick available anywhere. My dad's second shot was pending for long and we were worried. A friend informed us about this initiative organised by Manipal Northside in a community hall and they were focusing on senior citizens whose second shot was pending. Everything was well organised. Thanks to them my dad got his second shot.

We had excellent experience when we visited 13th cross OPD last week. The staff is courteous especially Miss. Revathi who went out of the to help us. God bless her.

Today 27th Mar 2021, I visited for annual Health checkup.
Service is not good as expected or compared to other hospitals

- No parking facility
- staff come after 8am even for Healthcheckup. Many hospitals starts early due to fasting required.
- Long waiting queue. Annual health check members are combined in general queue
- quality of food and place to eat is not hygienic.

Summary is not recommended for annual health check in Manipal Hospital, Malleswaram especially.

I visited Manipal Northside Hospital Malleswaram on April 1st to get my 1st dose of covid vaccination. The healthcare workers were very supportive in terms of ensuring the entire vaccination area is clean and sanitized, explaining the procedures, documentation, and taking care of each step, pre and post vaccination. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Manipal Northside for covid vaccination and was 100% satisfied. Great team and great care.

Mrs.kalpana was very helpful with assisting the senior citizens in their vaccination schedule. The entire procedure was handled seamlessly without crowding the senior citizens and being mindful of their wait timing

Dr. Basavaraj Kuntoji is great doctor, me and my wife were admitted in this hospital with high fever and covid treatment. I got excellent treatment and was taken care very well. Everything is ethical and genuine from treatment to charges to Insurance processing. One can trust hospital management

Today we as a family of senior citizens from age 65 to 90 visited the hospital for Covid vaccine. Wonderful arrangements. Right from receiving us by Ms. Indrani at the entrance up to sending us off by male staff at observation hall, all staff were very courteous and smiling. The doctor administering the vaccine made us very comfortable. Very good arrangement by the hospital. Thanks.

Manipal northside have been a second family to me. I used to take my dad there for his health issues and have always had great experience and the friendly staffs there are the best assests for them. Now my entire family prefers manipal northside for any checkups or treatments. My delivery and entire routine checkup and vaccince for my kid etc was done there and the way they explain ur issues and the way they listen to your concerns are commendable.

Quite a disorganized outfit. The hospital itself on 11th cross is a good outfit, but the OPD is not only disorganized, they don’t seem to know their processes. They do not have the patient’s best interests at heart, and are more interested in filling out forms than getting things done. The Manipal App is horrible, and doesn’t work. I’d suggest avoid OPD at all costs.

Recently, we had multiple visit to this hospital and I would say it is not great experience. For every visit they charge 150 rupees from patient for doctor's PPE kit? I think its an extortion, continuously visited their hospital for 3 days and I was charged for PPE plus consultation charges! Reception and other staff are rude.lacks empathy towards patient, very commercial!

I live right next to the hospital. In fact we share the same compound wall. I've been treated there many times too in the past.

Is absolutely impossible to be good neighbours with the hospital.

It's a nightmare in fact.

They use natural chains to load and unload oxygen cylinders. The noise that it makes is simply terrible. This happens multiple times in a day for a couple of hours.

Next, since they became a covid hospital they use specialized gas/oxygen cylinders that they open to release the pressure. The sudden noise that it makes is enough to give a healthy person a heart attack. This is done throughout the day for a couple of hours. They do this even at 1 in the night or 4 in the morning. So sleeping becomes difficult.

We have complained many times but they don't care. I pity the poor patients whose wards are right next to this.

Next, people gather randomly and state taking on loud voices at all times of the day. They drink coffee etc. And leave their cups right there.

There is a severe infestation of bandicoots because they don't keep the place clean. Even the hospital waste like dressings etc is just placed in open buckets.

Please do not go to this hospital if you want to get healthy

Got my Anual Health Check up and the service was gud and facility gives us such a good response. Dr who I consulted after all my test and scan was very open to advice. Gud service we can go for the all kind of Health Check ups
