Our stay here in Manjunatha residency was very homely with such a kind and humble staffs…They were so helpful in our every needs…So glad I chose to stay at Manjunatha with a great location and nice people around…Definitely coming again

We stayed here for a month and we were very happy with the staff and maintaince and location of the service apartment and Residency. We were excellently looked after very well with Shr Prashanth and smt Suraiya.

Very clean, calm, safe and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for family, short stay or long term stay. God locality.
The staffs are very courteous.

We stayed there for over a week and I would say the pros are good location and friendly helpful staff. However the apartment we got was quite dated, furniture, windows, could use a refresh. Wifi didn’t work in the bedroom, where the desk was located, so we had to use mobile network to work remotely. The kitchen could have been cleaner and the fridge was actually quite smelly which put me off from using it. There was also an incident with the boiler breaking, but the staff fixed it the same night. The fuses kept blowing and electricity dropping for short whiles which not sure if it was a neighbourhood issue or local due to the boilers. Maybe 2 stars is a bit harsh because the place was decently priced but I feel that the amenities were quite disappointing.

Awesome place, awesome location and very good staff.
If you are looking for a short term stay and a studio one bedroom accommodation, this is the perfect place. It has a small kitchen with fridge and microwave wave.air conditioner in the bed room and a decent bath room.
Prices per day are reasonable for the facilities and location

Wonderful stay, though the property is lil old, they hav maintained it very well. Spacious 1bhk, good and clean toiletries. AC needs a service as the through is very little and mild. Very near to shopping and food joints. Very supportive staffs. Would surely recommend this place for a stay.

This place is clean and good customer service. They have good friendly staff who help with any specific needs guests have. There is house keeping everyday and room is clean.

This is located at Jayanagar, surrounded by many local nice restaurants and can reach metro station by few minutes walk.
This apartment is super clean, well maintained and quiet.
Smiling face Prashanth and his team, all are service oriented and very courteous here. We enjoyed staying here.

This place is safe, clean and friendly. I stayed for two months and would definitely stay again. The only issue is that the wifi wasn't very strong or reliable. But the location is unbeatable and the staff are extremely kind and helpful.

We had a very good stay in Majunatha Residency. We are coming since from more then 15 years and feel always very homely. The staff is very friendly especially Mrs. Suraiya, Mr. Prashant and Mr. Basavaraj. The Apartments are very clean and comfortable. The Location is very central and closed to Shopping and Restaurants. All workable distance. We come definitely back. Thank you for taking care so much of us.

I visit Bangalore every few years and sometimes, every year. I have been staying at Manjunatha residency since 2005. This has become home away from home for my family. We enjoy the hospitality and homely environment.

Mr Prashant, Mrs Suraiya and Basavaraj were so helpful in so many ways, ensuring we were comfortable and willing to address any problem and provide quick solutions (including organising Ola transport when required). Owner made us feel comfortable, always made our stay like a home away from home. During my stays, service is always excellent!

We stayed at Manjunath Residency, at the heart of Jayanagar for 4+ months and the location is just apt for semi permanent residents. It is surrounded by really nice local restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, markets, gardens, gyms etc and yet quiet and peaceful. The coffee shop right opposite to the apartment is cherry on the cake.
The staff is courteous and extremely prompt in their service.
Couple of suggestions will be - to upgrade the appliances in the apartments since they are old and run on very low efficiency (considering the high rent) and help arrange at least one of the meals for the guests.

The staff is the greatest strength of this place. They are professional with a personal touch, so one feels at home.
Mr. Prashanth (the manager) is always ready to help with a smiling face.

It's located at the heart of Jaynagar, accessible to almost anything that one can need. This lane is away from hustle bustle and too much traffic ; huge old trees on both sides give a feel of being in nature.

Our stay at Manjunatha Residency has been very enjoyable and comfortable. People are friendly, place is very clean and it is close to everything you need - bank, restaurants and 4th block complex shopping center! Our sincere thanks to Prashant and the team!

This is a service apartment with cozy units. The service & housekeeping personnel are mild, courteous & friendly. So are the ppl who manage the front desk. The owner Mr. Nayak is an understanding and simple man to get along with. This is located near Jayanagar shopping complex and other commercial & business establishments. Yet the street, 10th main, has not lost the residential atmosphere.

First things first - The staff here is great - Very helpful and they make you feel at home! Special mention to Prashanth who takes good care of the visitors. The place is close to everything you will need. Clean, tidy and most importantly safe! Cheers

I have been staying since 2 months and have one of the best experiences in Jayanagar, Banglore.

We stayed at Manjunath Residency for two months. The place is very well situated in Jayanagar 4th block and is close to the main bus stop and shopping area of 4th block. However, it has peaceful surroundings and is away from the noise and commotion. There are also two supermarkets at the end of the road which is very convenient.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They are serviced everyday. The staff is also very helpful and co-operative. Mr. Prashant was always very welcoming and responsive.
We had a very comfortable stay here and would love to come back whenever we are in Bangalore!
