Location wise it is very nicely placed.
Recently I have stayed for 3 days. I have been told that they are giving me a superior room.but when I entered with my family bed sheets are not changed, no facilities like kettle soap and all are provided. Bed sheets and towels are not properly washed. Fan regulator is missing. When asked one of the staff replied that it is ur bad luck u got this room.
Most importantly when we ordered coffee n tea to our room on the 3rd day of our stay, they were like we are very busy now we cannot supply. Horrible service. While checkout when I tried to share same thing, they are not even bothered to take feedback from is.
Bathroom maintenance is worst. Toilet seat is black inside, when I asked cleaning department lady she said it is very old so paint have gone. Worst reply I have ever heard. When we asked for room change they said no rooms available.

I would like to say I am very disappointed with the service. I had made the booking online but when I arrived, they had cancelled my booking. They were super rude to me and then I had to drag my 3 suitcases with me on the road trying to find a hotel to stay in.they could have accommodated me into an another room but no. I expected better hospitality.

I walked in to have the breakfast buffet after checking couple of reviews online. I enjoyed my breakfast here. Had good options on the menu, the chutney was awesome and I enjoyed the Tea very well. Excellent service at the Hotel.

Service is very slow as no one is there to attend ur luggage while check in nd check out, Rooms are not properly cleaned specially rest room. Needs improvement. Breakfast and restaurant staff is good nd polite food is also good.

I stayed here for 24 hours along with my wife and two kids. Overall it is good.

We reached there at 9 and had to wait 2hours for checkin. They asked us to wait as all rooms are dirty after check out. They kept on saying please wait 15 min and again 10 min until 2hrs. Keeping waiting even after booking felt very unproffessional and rude.
They allowed us to use staff wash room, which i appreciate.

Rooms are good. ₹ 2520 incl tax. They provided extra bed for my child at ₹1k extra.   Bathrooms are little old looking. Bathroom door frames are damaged. Bathroom door lock was damaged.

Room service was very good. A/c was good. TV was there. 2 small bottle water were provided. Kettle, tea & coffee pwdr all were there. Soap, shampoo, brush etc were provided. No towels. Room had shelf and locker.

We had complimentary breskfast. It was good. Restaurant staffs are very good.

Bathroom not in good condition. Water took more than 20-25 minutes to seep through the hole in Hand wash basin. It was becoming a pool of water. I saw small cockroaches roaming around.

The first impression was very positive. Liked the service rendered by Rini and Pinki. They made us feel at home. Very good job! Sure that the remaining day's stay will also be good.

It’s not good for large group of people. Maintenance should be improved especially centralised AC

In this hotel right now. Room Service Is Soo Bad, no response for order, taking so much time for room service. Very disappointing.

Booked 'city view' on 'Agoda'. The room was good but it didn't have any window that has light coming just a cement wall of darkness. So no way of telling what time it is. Other than that, pretty good, hygienic and accessable.

Good location near to station. Stay was nice, service and maintenance was amazing. Thanks to your staff Rekha and Ajith for been cooperative and for making such a comfortable stay.

Book only if you get these hotel under 1,000/- because you get better rooms in higher tariffs.

A family gathering was held and the dedicated team made it a memorable event. I take this opportunity to thank you all. A special mention to Ms Naziya for looking into minute details and also to Executive chef Raju Dey for all the delicacies and cuisine presented as we wanted. I also thank the

Rooms are smelly. Front office staff act like gundas. Even though after telling a day before we will check in at 9 pm room was not ready and made to wait for an hour. Food was unedible, only good thing was location.

I like the hotel and it's ambience. Very easily to access metro station, railway station, ksrtc bus stand. Room was also clean and hygiene.

Just good thats it rooms are good sized but not clean upto the mark.photos shown are a bit old.food was good and location was also good.if you dont have your own transport this an ok place to spend the night.

Very Rude lady receptionist i must say, also didn't even send an attender to carry the luggage, said u only carry it.but location wise perfect,

Resturant review

I was traveling to majestic railway station and wanted to have a safe dinner, found this place close to the metro station.

The restaurant is on the fourth floor. It is a vegetarian restaurant?

I ordered a North Indian thali for 120 rupees and it was pretty decent. Two rotis, one papad, tomato soup, chana sabzi, green pea sabzi, dal, curd rice, gulab jamun, and pulao (which wasn't hot and fresh). The food tasted very okayish but seemed safe.

I even ordered an ice cream for 33 rupees lol. I'd say it was worth the price.

The washrooms are decently clean.

The ambience is good. ️

No crowd at all.

I think they have North Indian and maybe Chinese food options as well.

Staff here are helpful and courteous. ‍

One of the Good Residency in Near Majestic Bus Stand. Really good service and good experience in this place. Foods are also really good in this place. Rooms are very neat and clean. A/C, TV, Zim so many facilities are also available here.

Located at such a prime location & wonderful building. Rooms were Good but toilets need an immediate attention. If toilets are also paved with new tiles and fixed with modern sanitary fittings, it would be superb place to stay. Hope the management would take serious attention in this regard and make it the best.

The best thing of this is the location. It is very close to everything and transit.
The room is average. The bathroom was not well maintained. The washbasin tap was broken. The breakfast in the restaurant was good.

Cable connection was not working for want of recharge. But they did not bother to solve the problem.

Rooms are not clean. Even the basic things such as slippers are not provided in the room. Washrooms are dirty and the taps do not work properly.

Location is good.

I had book a premium room for stay with my family, we had the worst experience, the room looked spacious, but the lights near the bed were not working and the worst thing was as it started raining very heavily water started pouring in through the AC and the bathroom drains were clogged and water wasn't moving out, and the staffs were speaking only Hindi and not a single word of English or other languages, it was a nightmare for a single day stay.

The parking lot looked like a public parking space. Despite having our booking we didnt get parking and asked to park at the railway station parking or metro parking.

Yesterday Mr. Karmughil helped a lot. Himself and pawan also helped me. I am native of Kerala. Whenever I will come Bangalore I will stay in your hotel. All the best.

Such a nice hotel to stay, the staffs are really nice, one plus point of the hotel is it is in centre of the Bangalore City u can walk to mejestic and railway station just in one minute and the room was really so clear and fresh

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in Bangalore. Staff was polite & very helpful. Location was superb. All other aminities were up to the standards. All good & keep it up.

Service was good. All the staff was polite.just got one problem, if you check in and out for a weird time then they do not circulate the full details. I checked in at 2 am and was told for free breakfast, bt the staff was not informed about that, after that they created a mess i had talk to reception to prove that i have been told for free breakfast. Rest all was good. Its close by main railway station and also a bus depo.

Very poor staff service. They are very rude and not guest friendly. They give torn old towels for guest and rooms are in very bad condition. I never visit again and guys please do not book rooms and waste your money.

Most affordable and spacious venue for any event located just at center of City. Ample parking facility very cooperative staff special the manager Mr. Ashwin is always there with you making sure that everything is just going the way you want. Owner is also so caring and devoted.i just can't thank them enough really great place to be. Thank you for everything.

Good place to stay. Located very near to mejastic busstand and railway station. Overall, I had a great experience.staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, neat and clean.

Aesthetics are good. Service and management is poor. I checked inn and found out that basic amenities are not available and poor housekeeping, like towels, shower gels, mat was dirty in the dirtiest way possible. Room was full of foul smell.

A good hotel very close to Railway Station and Busstand in Bangalore. It has 72 rooms, with 3 banquet halls and conference room. Staff is very courteous. I attended a convocation in the hotel. I didn't stay in the hotel. Food was average.

It's a good accomodation facilities, they maintain hygiene for every new customer. They provide good hospitality and good care taker for all new customers. Every room is good and clean.

Rooms were good.closer to railway station as well.but room service needs to be improved.morning breakfast as compliment was not informed by hotel.mineral drinking water was chargeable and normal water was not that good

The only difficulty at this place is parking. Though they have space for parking, I believe it's not sufficient enough. I suppose, now a days everyone in family has at least 2 cars.

A proper value for money! Polite Staff and helpful staff. My friend wasn't well and in thr late night the staff helped us, rooms are Very good.neat bathroom, can't expect luxury (look at the amount they are charging, too low).

Not only poor but V poor.the guy in the reception on 1st Feb night was clueless. I was allotted a room with a broken toilet flush.then shifted to another room. NO ROOM SERVICE.the Hotel kitchen is shut.no TV channels available. 2nd Feb Breakfast was served in my room was not even fit for consumption

The Bell hotel has opened back up recently with good rooms and staff. Close to Majestic bus and railway station with metro station also close by.
The hotel also has a hall with seating capcaity of 700 good for functions and events.

Hotel very nicely set out, and quite luxurious. A little expensive given the location (convenient for transport links but not much else). Indian breakfast was very good. The room was clean, and bed was very big. Bathroom was clean but in need of a little maintenance. Staff were pleasant and helpful. WiFi was available, but had to wait for a login to be generated as I do not have an Indian phone number.

Very worst place, No washroom facilities. Government Rules are just Dummy that washroom facilities are available in hotels. None of hotels are following.

Realy Excllent and one of the best hotel in the Bangalore we organzed International Chess tournament its going on well ill recomed.

I had been there for my IELTS speaking section, the hotels good, but it's hard to get local transportation to get there.

The overall experience was okay. Didn't stay for a long time as I was just visiting. Would like to visit again.
