Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. We could observe the ambience inside the hotel premises. Staff and management are very graceful courteous.

The booking process could be more transparent though. When i called to make the booking, i was told that rooms r unavailable, but they readily accepted the booking when my wife called after a few hours. Didn't understand the reason

Overall bad experience with room and people here, Receptionist are not friendly yet arrogant attitude. Bathroom is not at par quality rooms are big but yet old in trend.

Nice, cozy yet big rooms for a city place like hubli. Restaurant is amazing. Most important, it has a 24hr checkout facility, so it's good if you have a train or bus to catch at odd hours.

Its nice hotel but need to taking care of Hot water the corporate people's usually waking up late bcz due to busy schedule and hot water 24hour if available its better.

If you are in hubli and looking for non-vegetarian restaurant this is best hotel in town. Excellent food quality specially All tandoor food

Today visited mantra hotel with family had great time with snacks, just ordered food chicken handi boneless after a while waiter came with food, i compliant that u have ordered boneless and this is bone ye requested me that pls excuse me sir I will adjust it in your bill pls don’t send it back or cancel it
After is request we had our dinner and I asked for the bill but he had not mentioned in the bill so I called the manager and told him the story after listening the manager itself misbehaved with me that it’s your fault our hotel staff will not do this with customers
Friends I was with my family so i dint talk too much and paid my bill

Amenities provided by the builder are best in class, all the luxurious amenities provided for residents if you are looking for apartments in keshav nagar this is the good choice

They provided warm beer and requesting to adjust, And they poured beer into glasses without asking. Pathetic service. Worst food quality. Worst washroom.

Illiterate front office, property is ok. But the front is rude and with no manners. Please avoide this lodge.

The rooms are spacious and there is 24hrs water.
It is the service of the staff that needs to be looked upon.
We ordered room service for tea. And the kettle wasn't washed. It had rotten stains of tea on its lid.
There are Cockroaches in the room.
Anyways if you plan only to freshen up its fine.

Room service was ok but in bathroom cockroaches were their as well as near toilet water was in a stagnant position.

Service, food quality, food taste and cleanlines everything was just amazing. I would definitely love to suggest this restaurant if someone asks me

Unhygenic, worst catering people.though it looks like a good place for ceremonies, catering people do not maintain hygiene. We attended event in 3rd floor hall, while serving soup a spoon fell on ground and got dust on it instead of putting it in bin they put it back for serving. This happened several times.
People serving food act like they are giving good service for few minutes later they don't even care to serve, we served for ourselves.
Unhygenic washrooms, no maintenance dirty like hell.
I am going to complain food quality and health department about this.
I am not suggesting this place to anybody and i have advised my relatives to stop booking such pathetic hotel

Rooms are well maintained. Even Non AC rooms are attractive. But tariff is a bit more comparing this segment hotels! Even complimentry breakfast is not offered!

L surprised to see the behaviours of staff members, front office person was sleeping and he took 15 minutes to do the formalities, with no manners, rooms were uncleaned.when I requested them to update the room, House keeping supervisor behaved like a gunda. I didn't found hospitality feel in this hotel.

Easy accessible hotel near old Hubli Bus stand at reasonable rates. Always full, but rooms are available if you do prior booking.

This place is fresh. Good menu spread, fast service. The staff is smiling, talkative. Located bang next to the old bus station on the very busy road towards dharwad. The best thing is the basement parking as well as entry point.
The captain/outlet incharge was very helpful and served good food / dish. We were given a exclusive room to sit. The appx per person cost rs. 375/- they have a bar too. Washrooms are satisfactory. Good place for those boarding bus from nearby location.

Good hotel near the old bus stand, good staff and service is also good, Room Tariff is not inclusive of break fast, thats one minus point. But they have inhouse restaurant to cater the needs. Resonably priced menu. They have banquet halls as well.

A lousy Hotel where the Wi Fi does not work. When asked with the Manager they say it is complementary only and we cannot do anything about it. Secondly when the AC was not working and in the middle of the night asked to rectify they bluntly refused to acknowledge and said it is working fine and cannot do anything about it. Never experienced such worst behaviour from a Hotel.

Food quality is not as good as a "Fine Dining" restaurant. And the guy taking orders (on 6th June Evening) needs to change his attitude, Seems like he hates the job. And most important, Welcome your customer when they enter the restaurant.

Clean and comfortable. AC in rooms are good. Food delivered from in-house restaurant is tasty. Not expensive if compared to Bangalore/Mysore rates.
Location is city center right next to Chenamma circle.
Only negative is that the building is neighbor to Hubli-Old-Bustand and the constant honks from bus gets irritable.

5 stars for food️. 0 for tea, 1 star for service. Room is neat, bathroom is good. Lighting is too bad. Plugpoint for charging mobile is not convenient.

A Descent and family friendly hotel near Hubli old bus stand. Not expensive. (Rs. 1512 for for three person including GST, Non AC). Another advantage a clean restaurant and bar is also available in this building.
