This company has declared bankruptcy and you and your life log savings will be be stuck if you invest in this company. PLEASE BEWARE and especially NRI's STAY AWAY!

I am an NRI who invested my entire life savings for last 20 years in 3 BHK Villa in Mantri Signature Villa in Link Road Chennai. This company is registered as several names and keeps changing the names due to bankruptcy.

I took a loan in USA at 9% interest and Paid off Mantri what they had asked for as a "FINAL COST". I paid what was been asked in April 2023 and since then have been stuck with Mantri. The front office plays this drama about money not deposited in the company account and hence receipts for payment collected cannot be given for 4-5 month. DO NOT PUT YOUR SAVINGS HERE.

Stuck with loan in US that I took to pay Mantri and they have blocked the Registration of this villa! I have proofs and chains of emails going from Jan 5,2023 till date of the harassment going on! Parent document which was promised for this villa right after giving down payment Rs 20,00,000 has not been given to me after making 3.90 Cr payment. Please
Do not invest here or in any other Mantri projects they will eat you like vultures! After declaring bankruptcy they have nothing more to loose and no credibility to care for so
putting pressure on clients and extortion of money is their only end goal knowing that for Registration one of their company person is required. The Villa has not been completed and I was forced into agreeing that I will accept the villa in as it is condition by Mr. Kishore who knows the best to twist clients hands. Mantri is refusing to acknowledge the bank statements showing full and final payment. In fact an over payment of 4.5 lakhs has been made at my end. Instead of adjusting that they make their own EXCEL sheet with random dates and amounts and keep sending that demanding for more money. There has been ZERO appreciation of this property. Because of recession I am finding it hard to find buyer even after 90 Lakhs LOSS. Investing your money in Mutual funds is better: ! If you care for your LIFE SAVINGS, YOUR HEALTH AND PEACE THIS IS NOT THE PROJECT TO INVEST IN. Dealing with Mantri management or any of their sister subsidies means reducing 10 years of your life with STRESS.

No buyer should even think of even booking a flat in mantri, they duped so many people which cannot be elaborated, a big spittt on mantri developers

Mantri developers were good 8 years back. However, since then mismanagement, diversion of funds, bad decisions and greed has made the customers suffer. Webcity is more than 6 years delayed. Promises and deadlines are not kept. All this after collecting 100% of money for construction + clubhouse + even maintenance + etc etc.
Invest in mdpl projects if you want to donate money to these rich people. They don't have any idea the suffering they have inflicted on their buyers.

They are fraud builders. The serenity project is stuck for over 10 years and no response from these fraudsters. Pls do not invest with them

Mantri is having issues delivering condominiums. Stay away from them till they can iron out their issues.

Give 0 star for mantri our company done small project in Koramangala jupiter project in 2018 still they are not given payment very very worst organization

Big cheater builders. They take people's money and keep them waiting for 100 years before delivering their flats. Don't buy in any of their projects

Fraud builder. Do not invest in any of their projects. Check number of cases against Mantri in RERA. Lot of buyers have been cheated.

Mantri Webcity stalled project. More than 1100 customers on road. Possession committed in 2016 now it will be not before 2024

They do not adhere to their own time frame, they have no value for hard earned money of investors!

Worst builder in world I should say. Just search for Mantra Website Owners Group a d you will come to know. Many of my friends have invested money in their project and waiting for the last 8 years to get their home. Mantri people will enjoy your hard earned money and you will be broke of you invest in their projects.

They haven't delivered a few projects on time. But having visited a few projects of their's, I feel their construction quality is consistent across projects. Which is good in comparison to other builders in the same locality of their projects.

Waiting for Mantri Webcity to be delivered from 2014. And they stopped the construction. Project is farsighted. Our investments are stuck.

The blossom project is very much impressive.wide bhk strong construction.they are all best in maintenance except late delivery

Fraud, DON'T INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THESE CHEATS, THEY CHEAT YOU AND AUTHORITIES ARE IN THE LOOP WITH THESE FRAUDULENT BUILDERS.

Usual problem of real estate developers, lot of difference in say and do. What u see (in brochures) is not always what u get

There should be insolvency case against him. Hasn't completed any projects for which money is taken from consumers.

Worst builder, running super late on delivery and possession for all projects across Bangalore and India.
