Manu PG

1. Carefree type of PG. No much restriction type of things.
2. Safe and secured. Probably because of CCTVs I haven't heard of any theft or any misbehaviour around the PG.
3. Many families also stay here as tenants.
4. Some living together can also be seen and girls also stay in this PG.
5. One of the drawbacks I can see is cleanliness. Off course they clean our houses, but, not regular.
6. No restrictions on smoking and drinking, this also leads to bad smelling of houses.
7. In some rooms bed bugs are found.

Hence, If you can keep your house clean and yourself clean, you can have a safe living with some new buddies here.

Stayed in this PG with 2 occupants (2 boys) in single room from 2016-2019.

I was paying ₹5000/- per month (without food) and an initial security deposit of ₹3000/- (₹2000/- refundable and ₹1000/- deducted). This is the normal rent in this area but the kind of rooms and service they give, it is not worth it. You can easily get cleaner rooms and washrooms.

WATER & POWER IS A BIG BIG PROBLEM. Majority of the times there will be no running water in taps. You will have to call building guard/manager multiple times to turn on the water pump and wait for 15-20 mins for water tank to fill. After the water tank is full, the water will keep spilling for nearly 20-30 mins when they will shut the water pump off.

The building guard will be keeping an eye during night time to see which room has power on and for how much duration and will be investigating in the morning as to Why was light on in your room/washroom for so much time.

The cleaning staff is family of guard and will be cleaning your room as formality.

If any issues happen related to power, you might have to wait for 1 day for it to get fixed.

There is no place to wash utensils apart from the common area at bottom of the building which is extremely dirty due to leftover food.

There are only 4 washing machines (only 2-3 in working condition) & 1 refrigerator for 10 buildings where more than 200-300 individuals might be staying.

If you are a non-smoker then this is definitely not a place for you.

If you wish to stay with family or partner, this is absolutely not a place for you!

They do not return the security easily. They will come up with every sort of excuse to not return your security deposit.

- room hygiene is depending on room sharers too!
- food compared to other pgs its fine.good enough.

Nice pg. 2,3,4sharings single rooms family rooms available.good pg in Bangalore.food ok better than othr pgs.

Manu pg is in Sai colony with more than 100 houses available which can accommodate 300 people.

Rooms are big neat and well furnished, beds are provided at an economic cost along with food.

Food is provided 3 times a day, if you are interested you can cook by yourself all the provisions are available over there.

For an employee this would better suit most

Worst room ever seen. Honestly saying we started looking other pg after 1 hour boarded to manu pg

Good maintenance and all other facilities. But pls don expect good food. Food is somethin u should not eat th. If u want to fill ur stomach then its ok. But don expect good food. Other all things are good. One more thing, pls close the windows while leaving, too many small monkey's, they enter the room and tore the clothes papers and wt ever they get. So pls tc.

Likely to recomend that its a very amazing place, it rmakes me feel as my own home, And im likely to share with my friends and relative about manu PG

Such a worst PG, they just need money not even provides mandatory things which is offered by PG owner. And so far from main road to pg. But silent environment no disturbance in neighborhood.

Good service provided from PG, and it's all how we are accepting, good place to reach office and other places. South Indian style food, Sunday non veg, value for money who's working near to PG.
