Amazing experience at commercial Street branch. Staff was super supportive and helped us in choosing outfits for the groom

I was at Manyavar this morning to exchange a kurta for size. It had the tags and I merely wanted a 42 in place of the 40. The kurta was purchased at the store in Sahakar Nagar 6 days ago and I did not have the receipt. The staff was exceptionally unhelpful and only told me how they could NOT do. They did nothing to help and refused my request to speak with the store manager. Syed (the cashier) asked me to leave the store since I did not intend purchasing anything and he could not help with the exchange.
Little did the staff at Manyavar know that our full wedding party was to come to the store at noon to purchase their kurtas and footwear. After my poor experience, we took our business elsewhere.
Update of 23/11/23: I sent their customer service an email immediately following their response to this review but I have not been contacted to try and address the issue. Manyavar is playing the game of posting a response to a negative review but then doing nothing when the customer follows up. Shame on you Manyavar. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE.

The collection in particular sizes is a bit limited when compared to other stores but this is one of the stores you should try out for a better customer service and guidance in choosing the dress for your best day. Raj Singh ji and Afroj have been very helpful. Raj Singh really went out of his way to help us in getting the sizes we wanted.
