Worst Experience. (My Booking No. CCN9449) I have Booked cab service round trip from bangalore to coimbatore for 8days (28th Nov to 5th Dec - 2023). Due to medical emergency of my father, I mailed him on 24th Nov to cancel my booking and give back refund. After so many conversation on call and through mail to give refund as per cancellation policy but they are not giving any answer. As per cancellation policy mentioned in the website i am eligible for full refund but till date i have not received refund. They are doing unfair trade practice. Please take care before booking.

Never ever book this cab service. They take advance payment and dont show up. They will act very professional, but will not appear upon you calling them multiple times. Please don't book

Booked a mini bus 2 months ago for our friends and family tour to coorg from mysore. Driver was unprofessional. First we were made to wait at the mysore station for almost an hour, second he didn't pick up calls when we tried to reach, worst was he didn't regret nor felt sorry coming late, very bad attitude. Wasn't helpful
In total it was a very bad experience. We had booked the mini bus for travel from 7th December to 10 December. In total unprofessional service

Booked a cab from Bangalore to Pondicherry. Driver was very polite and billing was so transparent.

Very very unprofessional attitude from the time of booking till the drop. Had to fight to be given the promised vehicle. Destination was miscommunicated to the driver. Dirty cab led us to severe dust allergy at the beginning of the tour itself. Driver Anand has no etiquettes how to behave with or in front of customer. Used foul language thinking we don’t understand the local language, kept talking loudly on the phone all through the trip and was only looking for chance to gain a quick buck. Not customer oriented at all. Will never repeat or recommend to anyone.

They very bad service for vendors they don't give balance amount to drive or vendors any travels owners don't taken vendor from there

This is a fraud company because they keep increasing their charges everytime once you are on the trip.if someone wants to waste their money then only they should take their service.even the car which they provided was so uncomfortable. They will make sure to loot you in any way because once you take their service and you want to cancel it they will charge you full amount.

Map cabs are giving very good service and on time cabs driver is also very good understanding

Worst cab services, please don't book from them. If your car broke down they don't have backups you will end up calling them.

We took cab to coorg, service was really good and overall best experience also driver was aware of all the places so we were able to reach all the places as we planned, Thank you Map cabs

Owner speaks very clear English so good for tourists who speak it. Most importantly, the drivers were good and punctual.
Only issue: I booked two outstation rides. Same route, one going and one returning. Owner said same rate, however he charged 300 Rs.addl on the return. His reason: his driver took an alternate route "to avoid traffic" and we went thru the Electronic City toll plaza. The toll is listed on the web for 25Rs.
Just mildly annoying.

We took a 7 days trip with my parents & 3 yr kid and hired MapCab's service to travel from Bangalore >> Mysore >> Coorg >> Ooty in the month of Oct-Nov 2022.
Our cab driver (Mr. Raghavendra) was extremely polite, soft spoken and kind person and helped us make the most of our trip. He is very professional and well informed, he took us to all the sight seeing places and even suggested few good restaurants for Veg meals on the way. Raghavendra knows the best places to shop if you tell him what you are looking for… I will give Raghavendra 7- star review if possible. He is an asset to MapCab.

Overall our experience was excellent with MapCabs and would suggest to book without a second thought for their travel needs from Bangalore.

I had good experience with MapCaps twice previously when I had availed cab service for Wanard and Hampi visits. This time it was bad as after booking also the cab didn't turn up. The booking was for Bangalore to Kundapur (Booking no. CCR6763), the cab didn't turn up and I had to make alternate arrangements. I expected MapCabs to apologize and refund of the advance amount immediately, but in this case after repeated follow-ups I could manage to get the refund after 22 days.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRAP.
Total fraud. Took booking amount 5 days before and on the last day told no cabs available for the trip.
When asked for refund they told within 3 working days I will be getting that, but it's been more than 10 days I have not recieved my money back.
They are not responding to my calls and messages.

Such a wonderful experience we ever had with a adorable price.we went 4days trip with this cab. Very comfortable and friendly customer service they provided.if you are planning go for any trip with your friends I'm suggesting this cab facility.

Horrible experience.ruined our whole trip. Once you make the advance payment they don't care about your well being. They say "just take the trip and don't complain so much".

Horrible customer support and fully Cheater, once you book a cab and pay amount after that they are not going to listen to you, whatever complain you make, they will say we can't do any things.

I have booked a cab for 5 days from Bangalore to Calicut via Mysore and Ooty with family (me, my wife, mother, and my daughter (3 yr old) ), the start time was 12 pm but the driver came at 1: 30 PM, we thought ok, then we started our journey at 1: 30 we reached Mysore at 4 pm than we said driver to we go Chamudeswari temple at 6pm, he told no, i will not driver and we missed that our planned sport.

The next day morning at 7 am we started for Ooty and at 4 PM we reached Ooty hotels, we asked the driver to we will go for dinner at 6: 30 PM driver said no, we can't, then we request him many time then he told I will drop you come by auto,
this these 2 days we travelled only 300 Km approx.but in evening driver was not ready to driver

next day in Ooty we have planned to visit 4-5 Places but the driver was very rude and always saying I will drop that place you go by walk and etc and we missed one place in Ooty
4 days we have started our journey for Calicut and as per book we told we will be visiting Calicut beach, at 7 am we started our journey and we reached 5;30pm Calicut, and we told driver to we will visit Calicut beach and we requested like anything but driver was not ready to listen, and he started talking in his language,

when I connected with customer care about this issue customer care person told me you should told me first day on journey not now, i can't do any things and disconnected call

and we missed Calicut beach for 8 km (10 minutes)

the driver dropped us in the hotel and asked for money, aus nd told I am going for car repair, there was o issue, i think we he went to friend’s house because I call he was saying I am coming in 30 minutes, due to him we missed Calicut beach,
till this time drive collected 13000 rupees from me,

next day driver reached 9 am at hotel and we started our journey for Bangalore,

driver was very rude, before mysore he told transfer remaining amount (1500), otherwise i will drop you here, then i connected to customer care and told same matter, than castumer care told, i will speak with driver and he called driver ask asked, but i car driver was very rude and angry, i asked another car to customer care, because my family puri dari hui thi, even he not food whole day, due to this situation.

Finally, we reached home at 9 PM at home after all the torture.after reaching home when I called customer car for this issue, customer care people sent me bill, i paid the remaining amount then asked customer care, people, what about my issue what ever you want to do, you do, the driver knows your house, we are local

Mapcabs like they are making Panks (गुंडा),

Total cheaters. Pathetic service. Please do not fall for the reasonable prices they offer. It’s all a trap. Once you pay the advance amount, mapcab will not own any responsibility for the cab. Our cab got into a minor accident at 8: 30 am on Monday, and they did not own any responsibility for its timely repair. They told me that the cab would be repaired and you would have it by today evening, but the cab never arrived. We wasted our full Monday and could not enjoy Chikamanur. The next day we had to leave for Coorg early morning, so we asked them for a replacement for the car, but they said they would not arrange any replacement and that this cab would be repaired by 9 am. On calling at 9, they said it would come by 12 noon. We waited for the cab till 1: 30 pm outside the hotel. On calling again, they said it would now come later in the evening only.

They said either you wait for our cab to come in the evening or pay us and arrange a new vehicle on your own. Mapcabs gave us multiple wrong commitments regarding cab repair and wasted our whole Tuesday as well. On asking for help, they said they would not do anything. All they care about is money. They asked us various times to make the payment and end the deal. They wasted 2 full days of our 5-day trip by making multiple wrong commitments, and the cab never arrived. In the end, we ourselves had to arrange a new cab from a local.

Once you make the payment, Mapcab will surely not provide any support. Please don’t make any bookings from them or else your trip would be definitely spoiled with no compensation from their side.

I recommend map cabs to family and friends, agency is supportive from start to end of the trip we book

Cheaters.
We booked for 6 days from Mangalore to Coorg - Mysore- Bangalore. We clearly mentioned that we will go for sightseeing as per our choice. They qouted based on 300kms per day. After reaching Mangalore airport the driver tells us the cab is only for point to point and not for sightseeing. None of the cities is 300kms apart so unless i will go for sightseeing why should I pay for 300kms per day. They are now saying take a separate cab for sightseeing.

We hired an Etios for our trip to Bangalore-Mysore-Coorg with Map Cabs. Mr Vikram was handling my inquiry and the cost was very reasonable. Our driver, Mr Narayana was with us for 5 days. He is very polite, humble and fuss free. He took us to some of the best shopping places! He completed the ride back from Coorg to Bangalore (300 kms) in 6 hours with 2 coffee/lunch breaks included. He is indeed excellent with navigation. Top marks!

Booked a 12 seater to yarcaud. The condition of the vehicle is below average. They had shown the pics of a new vehicle and sent a bad one. The driver also not familiar to that place and he could not guide us for sight seeing. Billing and other things are as promised. Need to win the good will of the customers. I suggest them to focus on the condition of the vehicle they are sending

It was a very nice experience with Map Cabs. We had booked them for 3 days, pick up from Bangalore then going ahead to munnar and drop off to kochi airport. They are very professional and the driver they made available for us was very humble and very polite and driver, Mr Sudhir, was well versed in Kannada, Hindi & English which was very helpful for us throughout the trip. He knew all the places well and kept informing us about the places we visited. In terms of cost too it was reasonably priced. The driver was always before time although sometimes we were late but he always was patiently waiting. In all it was a smooth experience which made the trip all the more memorable. Booked cab from Bangalore to Sakleshpura, Cab reached on time and driver was very humble, our journey was smooth. Driver was suggesting and rided us to few many places which was not even in our list. Definitely will consider booking Map Cabs for our future trips even.

One of the worst experience of life, booked cab to Goa and we were robbed by driver name Kumar, they do not have customer service and responsibility towards customer. KUMAR driver is a thief and beware of him all the time if he is alloted, reqesting all the people to not use this cab service since they do not do driver check and there company credibility is not known to anyone.

Cab reached on time and the driver behavior was so good and professional, even I was satisfied with the price. He was good as a professional driver.

Booked cab from blore to chikmagalur and return for 3 days friday to sunday. Specifically asked for a hindi or english speaking driver. Got a driver who could speak only in Kannada. Asked for an etios and got dezire. After the enquiry and before paying advance they will ask you to book the cab. Once you have paid the advance and want to follow up on something they don’t take it seriously.
Driver was rude and reluctant to follow our instructions. He was not ready to show the sight seeing places and we had to convince him. He lacked basic courtesy which one expects on a trip. He was behaving as if he is doing a big favour by driving us around.
Meter reading and cost was fine. But i was not given the details of the toll charges through fast tag even after requesting on whatsapp. So i had to pay the driver whatever toll charges he said.
Cab was not clean.
Overall a bad experience with them. Please avoid even if you have to pay extra to some other good cab services.

I booked can from mapcabs on 29th March from banglore airport to coorg.but due to this covid situation I had to cancel my plan.i informed this people immediately.
Since then I m following up for my money.at time of booking they immediately will send you link for payment but they won't do the same when you want cancel your plans.

Booked cab to rameshwaram. Clean car and driver was very courteous. Enjoyed the travel. Mr Vikram made our booking easy and comfortable and customer support was excellent. I wish to take their services once again. Our driver ramesh was excellent in showing us the places.
