Plots are good, there is vehicle parking area in the ground floor, but There is bad smell in evening time because of Vrushbhavathi

Nice apartment. Less kannadigaas. All seatu people have occupied most of the flats

Located at a good place but with less open space, especially, children's play area. Amenities are nothing to speak about. Since it's occupied by known group of people, they find this place safe for them.

Before writing my review i would like to say that this is purely my personal opinion and it may vary from person to person.i was not totally impressed with this apartment due to following reasons
1. It is located bit interior to the main road and the locality looked pretty average.
2. Though there are amenities, i felt like it is packed in the left out areas, for example swimming pool and children's play area are at entrance area and are so compact that you don't feel like using it.
3. Rooms are spacious and pretty good.i liked it. But i did not like the position of the pooja room which is at the entrance itself.
Well if you are okay with the points mentioned above, you could consider visiting this apartment. Cheers and all d best
