Worst gas agency. Very unprofessional and single staff. In remote place.

I went for new connection ans filled the form and then wait for 1 hour but time wasted.
The person said server is down allotment will come in 2-3 days and after that you need to make payment.

Even after multiple follow ups, allotment not came was the same reason.

After so much frustration, I finally went to Shri Vishnu Gas Agency and there were 4-5 staff and new connection process was very quick. Within 10-15 minutes, I got consumer number of Indane and got new connection.

Please avoid this agency and save yourself from mental harassment

One of the worst gas agency in Bangalore. Don’t even bother to pick or receive calls though the cylinder is leaking.

Decent staff, visited both for home and commercial connections. Only problem is delivery charges. They should not take the charges for delivery

I shifted from Rajasthan having transfer documents of indane, want to take hp connection, but the staff present denied the transfer and is saying that i need to submit my indane connection to indane agency & then can give a new connection only, but previously in rajasthan i transferred the hp to indane very easily.

Worst. They denied me delivery of cylinder even when i booked and paid because i do not know Kannada. The person Gowda from this agency is utter unprofessional

The person who was there in office is very soft spoken and did the work within no time. Generally, one need not visit, and work could be done over the call also.

Very Pathetic Service. Just one staff and he is also too slow.

Location is too remote very difficult to there if you don't have your own vehicle.

HP Maruti company in varthur service is good delivery is also on time but the delivery person is and professional words he speaks and demanding for more money then the bill amount

The operating system is good. Minimal time to get new connection or a transfer. Co-operative and Supportive nature.

Got my new connection in November 2022. Formalities were done fairly quickly. Had to fill couple of forms. Aadhaar original is mandatory.
1 photo id proof and 1 address proof photocopy is mandatory. Not many printing shops nearby, better to have all photocopies ready before reaching the place.
Even though place is open till 5pm officially, they were working even after 5.
Giving 4 stars because the place is too far from main road and not many public transportation available to reach the place.

No one answers the phone, even if i call 10 times a day.all other phone number related to this agency are not reachable.

Helpful staff. But mentioned time for new connection was 5-6 days, so had to switch to Indane which was delivered the very next day

I got new connection, I revieved gas pipe and regulator, but still I did not recieved Cylender, everday delivery boy saying tomorrow I ll come, three tomorrow already gone.and delivery boy behaviour is very ruff.

Not encouraging new connections as they're overloaded. Some people were there to replace regulator but they didn't have any.

So far I had very good experience with Maruthi gas. Promptly answering all the questions and providing right solution.

This agency people aren't delivery within 3 days and that to we are staying in home only but these people sending MSG like we came for delivery but door was lock.
Every gas agency people delivery in morning timings only but these delivery people are doing in evening times I don't know why?
Within 3 days if they are not deliver they sold Gas cyclinder someone in block. After 4 days I went ask them why not deliver gas cyclinder they are asking me Book again. This Agency people are not at all good. Worst agency people I ever seen before.

Went here to transfer my gas connection to varthur. Super quick service, my connection was transferred in just 10 mins. Location was easy to find. Just make sure you go with all the required documents.

This is a really nice agency my gas was over during lockdown and i was new in the area I had to get New consumer I'd did all of the things within 10 minutes and give me the new gas cylinder

Recently went to take a new connection. Process was smooth. Saturday is bit busy better to plan for weekdays. Each customer needs 15-20 min time. I got my gas stove from there but the cylinder is yet to be delivered. Delay from the delivery guy. You might need to follow up with him. The senior lady in the office was very co-operative. She even called me to let me know that there may be a day delay in gas delivery. Overall a good experience. Please note that location is in remote place. If you do not have own vehicle you might need to walk around 1.2K from Varthur Police Station or pay 50/- to Autos.

Unprofessional staff, if you are going for new connection they will be very nice other wise poor response and services

Very helpful staff, been there multiple times to refill cylinder and every time the job got done in few minutes.

I heartfully appreciate the work from Customer Service associate, She is alone handling the Customer Queries and gas Agency.

The number is fraud he will cheat you for money, do not forward any message and fill form. There is no mobile number for Maruthi gas agency be safe.

Location wise Its little inside from varthur police station.
As a service the lady working over there is really good with dealing all the gas connection related issues, she is very cooperative. I was able to change my address within half an hour.

Saw delay in delivering cylinders. I had applied for new connection, lady at the office was really helpful, it was hassle free process, one of the gentleman at the office was polite enough to approve the application and updating it in then system. It's only the delivery guy who took more that 5 days to deliver the cylinder.

Remote place in the middle of nowhere. Printer was not working. Not sure why couldn't HP find a better location to place such an important office which caters to hundreds of thousands of people.
