Emergency medical not give the urgent please understanding and other people waiting finder

In Maruti Medicals Vijayanagar, Worst experience ever. First of all the lady in the counter thinks that she is a doctor and simply trouble to give tablets though we are having priscription still she suggest to bring letter from doctor, that too on weekends during which consultation is not available.

It's a waiting hall. No one will attend your query. You should wait for 10 minutes to get a reply. Worst medical ever.

Worst hospital, no cleanliness, not at all hygiene.nurse are not that quick. Not recommended for admission purpose.

One stop for all medicines 24/7
Some medicines require prescription by the concerned doctor or authority.

Staff at the counter (now at around 11: 30 pm) wished and said Good night also with a smile.
Above the thought that most of the MEDICINE is available, this kind of smiling staff in the night was real good. Thanks so much

This is the best pharmacy in case if you need any medicine during the night when other medicals are closed. I will have to thank Mr Mahendra Munot for his kind gesture at his Pharmacy. May God bless you to serve more people.

It's big shop but you don't get any discount but in other medical shop they give discount. The customer service is also very slow and they don't respond to you

I had a very bad experience, I had to wait for more than 40 minutes to get the medicine, and at the end I had a surprise, most of the medicine delivered were substitutes. The staff don't have common sense to inform the customers whether they can give substitute medicine. All experienced staff will be sitting and relaxing and trainees keep struggling to find the medicine, and by the end the customer has to waste their time in waiting. I am a very old customer, but this shop is not efficient like earlier, think before going to this shop, if you have plenty of time and patience you can spend half a day in this shop just to purchase medicine. The owner of the shop needs to take it as serious otherwise no doubt people like me lose hope in this shop.

Never expected reputed pharma store will cheat people that for a customer of last 25 + years.on 09.08.22 we have purchased a tablets recommended by physician, unfortunately one of the tablet was not available in full.hence they gave is 5 instead of 10.we were under assumption that rest 5 can be purchased later.when we went to buy the se on 10.08.22.they denied to provide 5 tablets and ask3d to us buy full strip.if 5 tablets cannot be sold.how come it was sold and fooled customer at first instance?

If there's a place that can help you find a medicine in the city no matter how rare it is then it's this store. Customer service was amazing, they were so helpful and I found the tablets that I was looking for, no where else I could get that, even it was out of stock on all the online med platforms.

People need to hear more about this places, there was no waiting time, there are mor than enough employees in the store to assist you at any moment, all uniformed and happy to help you. Place was easily noticeable from the normal traffic, but you need to find your own parking place, it's on the service road and you can't park you vehicles outside.

Very bad experience we get all medical but the rep who gave me medicine did not listen to me they are in rush lol the time and delay will in getting medicine worst experience ………. I do ya not get refund for the medication which I told which was not required instead thEy wanted me get some thing else which is madness

Allmost every brand's medicine available here if not they will get it for u upon your request. May be no where in Karnataka has this type of medical store

No Fabiflu no remdisiver for COVID in so called famous medical shop.i ultimately got in a small shop near Vijayanagar

Billing method very worst, not following covid saftey rules. This owner also did't wear the mask.

Beware of opened used products! Got dewderm moisturizing lotion which had not only had broken seal but also weighed lesser.

One of most prominent and prompt pharmacy store. They go all out to help the customers to find the medicines they require. I’m amazed at their service mindedness.

Knewn to be maha medicals were almost all tablets will get der but. Staffs there are simply create scene wait wait Causing delay. Understand people come for medicine (not for MRP) shop try to undrstand criticality of why one will buy tablets and then keep medical rather than telliing customers to wait for long time. Provide a knowlegable staff at entrance so that he can c the preception and say is it availble or not. In tat lot of time is saved of u as well as pateinces who come to buy medicines during lockdown times.hope our Nation healthcare Undrstands this.

Maruthi medical is very good at its service by selling all types of pharma products. I felt good service provided by Bharath.

The five stars are for the hours these guys are open. They are open very late seven days a week.
Large, independent pharmacy with particularly helpful staff (especially hitendar). Much nicer and more helpful than the nearby Medplus chain pharmacy. As well as the pharmacy, they sell the usual range of toiletries and cosmetics, and a small range of alternative therapies.

Had a bad experience.had been here to take syrups for my kid. I was given 1.2 yrs old manufactured medicine with only 3-4 month remaining for expiry. When asked, they said this is what they have.

One stop shop for all your medicine. No discount, mrp. Starts at 8AM available in midnight also.

Don't even have time for billing staff is very rude and the medicines are always near to the expiry

2 star for availibility of ptoductd but staff is unlearned how to behave and also if one goes for say paon spray and wait for half an hout then till then pain wuf invtease instead reccomend othet shop dont waste ur time even small shop keeper give 10 percent discount

Pros: They have all most all the medicines doctors prescribe.

Cons: They do not take back their own medicine back even with their original bill the next day.forget about the refund, even not allowed to use that amount to buy other prescribed pill to replace it.shame on the owners who are into money making instead helping the patients.

I am not going back there again, ever.even tell all my friends about my experience.

Maruti medicals vijay nagar is a very old big medical shop. I remember a common say 'you say it, we have it' this sentence perfectly suits them because they have a such vast variety of medicine s with them.

It's not only medical shop, but also temple for needy persons. Owner of this business is real Human being. He does lot of ದಾನ ಧರ್ಮ to society. I strongly recommend this shop

Good old medical shop in vijayanagara. Kind off Landmark for the area. You get almost all types pharma products. They accept all types of payments.

If any thing not available here, then it's not a medicine. You just name it, they will get it for you. The shop will be open till 1.30 am.

One of the best pharmacy and the staff is good at giving fast service they even do social activities for the betterment and the timmings are also good 8: 00 to 1: 30 am really impressed.keep up the kind work

If you fail finding medicines anywhere else just contact them on call they will confirm you on call as well so that before you go you could be aware of it. Made my task easy of finding some medicines that wasn’t available anywhere

I had been very appreciative about the availability of medicines all these while.
. But, just now I returned empty handed without receiving any medicines, after waiting for a good 50 minutes without getting any response from the staff. They issued medicines for those who were standing behind me even before their turn came. I would like to give zero stars for the service, but there is no such option here.

It's a huge medicals with almost every type of medicine available here, and most of the time it'll be densely packed with customers to full fill the needs they have plenty of staff members that is more than 15 staffs will be working at any given time, they provide you fast and best service. It'll be open till late night and that's important for emergencies.

We have to wait like dogs in front of them.
One of the employee attends only female customer. After asking 5-6 times than one person comes and attend. And than he takes again 20min more to give one tablet.

You have to fasten the service.

Things are available for animals as well humans but the approacher didn't attain me for attest 30mins too much attitude for the workers and they don't how to responds properly to the costumers

Best place to procure medicines not available easily elsewhere. They are even open till 1 am.only downside that for obvious reasons, they are always busy

These people are cheats. They don't offer even one paisa discount. We have taken tablets and baby products worth 4000 and ended up paying MRP. I compared each product MRP with the bill, there was no difference.
A small normal medical store in Bangalore offer atleast 10 percent discount. This is my first and last visit to this cheater shop. Not worth. Not recommended. If you don't believe, ask the sales guys before buying, they say they don't offer discounts. ZERO stars.

Good Medical located at vijayanagar metro station it is easy located in main road.it very easy to reach.easily visible from traffic and famous Medica with good service

A highly buzzing medical shoppe. The vendor tries to ensure that he give you the quickest service. The high demand stems from the fact that there are hardly any medicine that you can't get here. Even if the medicine is unavailable currently, the vendor puts in effort to try to get it ASAP.

Very well stocked. You get almost any medicine that your doctor might have suggested to you. Lots of people in the shop to help you out. Its right in the main road so easy to locate. It also opens very early in the morning.

All medical related things and medicines available under one roof. Different manufacturers medicine that's unavailable elsewhere is available here. BUT, it's a pity that they don't offer any discount on your purchase unlike Medplus that offers 20% min guaranteed discount.

One store for all the your medicines. Its a bit crowded place. But this place is quite different from the usual medical store. They have a TV display and seating for their customers. Not only medicines you get many useful stuff here.

Poor customer service. Firstly crowded place and inefficient handling of business. Too many agents and big wait for time. I had purchases medicines worth rupees 5000 and 1000 on 2 different occasion and on the later occasion, one of the medicines was billed but not given in packet. When i enquired with them about the missing medicine worth 108rs, the sales agent Bharat was first to be traced and then i was told that it has been given despite me having checked so many times. Poor customer service and so advise everyone to beware and if it happens to you, it is not omission but possibly fraud by individuals there. Business acumen will go for a toss and Management should have either provisions to handles such errors or reprimand such conniving sales sgent.
