Incompetent cheats. They just try to inflate the bill as much as possible and still the problem doesn't get solved. They have also tried to introduce new problems into my vehicle so that I come back again. Has happened with me twice and the customer care executive also told someone senior would call me to understand and get the problem resolved. However only their sales callers call for service/new car sales.
"Reliable Workmanship with Trusted Technical Superviser " My case was a severe affected flood vehicle due to natural disaster occurred in Bangalore on 4 & 5 Sept 2022.
Technical supervisor Mr Naveen Kumar extended his support & coordination with insurance.
Although I had made complaint on public grievance portal also against ICICI Lombard & then only claim was increased from 6K to 35K. By this I was suppose to pay only 9K but paid 31K to Pratham Motors.
All my efforts gone waste as all benefits of mine was taken by Pratham Motors as I could not check the final bill due to in hurry reason *my wife's dialysis @ thrice a week due to both kidney fialure. *
This dealer and after sales support is not bad. You need to be aggressive to get what you want. If you are soft, you may be taken for a ride, after all they are car dealers. There are few who are supportive and responsive but you must be lucky to get them deal with you and your car. Otherwise dealership is maintained okay, there seems to be existence of some process and feedback mechanism. Better than some awful Maruti dealerships.
Update 2023: Pratham has improved a lot. Processes are better now. I visited them for a minor work and my interactions are definitely much better. It was quick and to my satisfaction.
Among all the Maruti Authorized service centers, this one appears to be the most unprofessional. Often, there's no one at the reception desk, requiring me to spend 10-15 minutes searching for someone to attend to my vehicle.
Attempting to explain issues with my vehicle seems futile, as they simply don't listen and dismiss concerns, asserting everything is fine. For instance, when I mentioned the parking brake issue, they insisted it was fine, only for me to discover later at a tire shop that there was no parking brake pressure on the rear left wheel when the vehicle was lifted. Despite informing them of the problem, they neglected to check the cable.
During a visit for a side-view mirror glass replacement, priced at Rs 250, they insisted on replacing the entire assembly at a cost of Rs 5000. However, upon investigating the spare shop within the service center, I found the specific mirror I needed, revealing what appears to be an attempt to overcharge and deceive customers.
The service center will test your patience. I came here 2 days and stood for long time just to get my rear view mirror replaced and parking sensor changed. For minor tasks they will take long time, think about major issues like engine or AC check, will cost you your entire day. Totally avoidable if you can get the work done elsewhere, the worst you can do is shout and complain, but no one will listen, the manager cares least if you get your vehicle repaired or leave in frustration. Your time is valuable, think twice before wasting it here.
Had professional experience while getting my car serviced. No hidden costs. Had some minor bug a month after servicing, but was attended and very well explained by Works Manager Mr. Murali. Highly recommended service centre.
Never ever go for servicing to this store. I had very very bad experiences not only once but 3 to 4 times.they would not focus where ur issue is rather they would add which is unnecessary.no customer certification mentality.better to do it from local nearby.
I had given my vehicle for servicing and repair in the pratham maruti service centre, bellandur branch, Bangalore on 08 Jul 23.
I am a defence personnel and had to take out time as I am generally out of station due to work commitments.
On arrival, I was contacted by Ms Tanuja K, and i briefed her for the services required. Which included replacement of fog lamp, vanity mirror, indicator light and ABS warning, wipers along with regular servicing. The quoted amount was 12000/- plus taxes.
I also wanted to get the denting and painting of the car parts, namely both bumpers, bonet, roof and both doors on the left side. I was told to contact the body shop supervisor Mr Devaraj. He quoted an amount of 32000/- and then told me that he would give me a discount of 5000/- for the works. He even offered me that he would do polishing and shampoo cleaning of the car for free. Thus making the final amount as 27000/- plus 18% tax. I queried regarding the timeline for the work and I was assured that the car would be ready in 3 days time.
Now the problems started. I was contacted by Ms Tanuja stating that the car required extensive repairs and she quoted a bill of 1 lac as per the works. I told her to stick to the planned servicing and not to do anything extra, to which she complied. After 3 days, I contacted her for the readiness of the car and I was told that a few parts were not available and then the body shop work was taking more time. I contacted Mr Devaraj after 5 days and I was told that the car would be ready in next 2 days, and the delay was cited to be due to monsoon season. I agreed and again called up after 2 days. Again the car wasn't ready.
On 18 Jul, after 10 days I was finally told that the car was ready but the work of cleaning was not done, which would take just 1-2 hours. I again calmly agreed and decided to pick up the car on 19th Jul. On the evening of 19th July, at 1800h, when I reached the service centre. To my horror, I saw that the car wasn't cleaned at all. On my query about the same, the workforce present there made a haste and tried to fix the dirty areas which were pointed by me. The car, which was supposed to have been painted and dented for the parts mentioned above, was also not done for an entire door. I called up Mr Devaraj in presence of Ms Tanuja, however, he started arguing with me that it was not what was agreed to. I told him about the repair of the rear bumper not being done, to which his reply was also inappropriate. Then I checked for the parts which I wanted to be repaired, and then to my surprise, even the fog lamp wasn't replaced. I waited with my family till 1915h to allow them to rectify their mistakes (They just xhenged the fog lamp promptly), and then I spoke to Ms Tanuja's supervisor on site.
He assured me that the works would be done if given more time.
I quitely paid the bills which was a humoungous amount of 42k/- and took a dirty car home with a dent on the bumper and unfinished works on the car.
I have absolutely lost the faith in the franchise and I couldn't help but think, what if I had not checked these and got the car delivered to me at home. I would have had no proof also for the same.
Ms Tanuja has taken pics of the car and she would be able to share it, in case you need more proof of the facts that have been shared by me.
Please look into the matter. I have paid my hard earned money for the services that have not been given to me along with trauma to me and my family who had wait for me while I pointed out these issues.
Their manager Harish never checks for any repairs. They just want to extract money from the customers. One of my side mirrors was not working, they said it needs to be replaced without even checking the issue with the mirror. But upon reaching their service center in Bellandur, the repair guys fixed the issue within just 10 secs with just a screwdriver. Thats it. I have observed this multiple times, whenever any problem arises in the body they just say it has to be replaced without even checking the problem or trying to solve it easily. They just want to extract money and meet their targets I believe. Maruti Suzuki, Nexxa, Pratham Motors, really upset with this kind of behavior from your service center Manger at the Bellandur Branch. And this happens everytime.
Customer care / Service care is like speaking to a bunch of clowns. My car is on AMC and has a free service once a year, but these clowns have no clue I am on AMC, and have been calling me twice every week from the 9th month of service, though I told them not to call me as my service is not due. The next person calls in another 2 days to give my car for service, and has no clue what I spoke to the other person. I have contacted all managers Narmada, Usha, Giri, but of no avail. They promise me they will not call the next time, but keep repeating this. Please don't buy your car from Pratham, as once the free service is over, they will harass you with service calls as this seems to be their main revenue source.

I purchased spresso vxi on 8 Nov 2021. The only reason I purchased the car from this showroom is due to Mr Sreenath K, an amazing and cooperative salesperson. He was great when it came to getting test drive and very understanding. Unlike many salesperson who unnecessarily bother you all the time, he ensured that I took my time and booked the car on the specific date. I loved this part the most.
I had given my Baleno car for general service on 5th October'2021. I opted for pickup & drop service as I was busy with work on weekday. First worst thing that happened is when I received the bill in the evening in the name of the previous owner (I am the 2nd owner). Even after raising this issue with the service center multiple times, the owner name was not changed in the Maruti Suzuki system even after almost 2 years of RC change.
The ultimate worst thing happened with my favourite car just 2 days after the service. I went out in my car to get medicines in the morning. I stopped it at the pharmacy shop, went to get medicines. When I came back to ON my car, it suddenly didn't start due to NO battery power. With No options left in the middle of the road, I called one of the nearby Car battery shop to get it checked. He said there is no Battery acid at all in the battery, it is completely dry. That's why Car didn't start for my shock.
My point is when I gave Car for service, they didn't even check my car battery status which is one of the very essential for any vehicle to run smoothly. There is very negligence from the mechanic & service executives on this part. You are not even checking the very basic essentials during service.
I would rate this as very worst experience from the Maruti Suzuki side. Dear Owner's please don't give your vehicle here for service if you want your car to be in a good condition and don't face situations like this.
Pathetic service after the sales.the representative doesn't try to understand customer request.they just want to confuse and convince the customer with their trained marketing skills. I don't want to speak anything else.it's just shame on their part.

Very bad after sales service. Still haven't received number plate after 2 weeks and the senior relationship manager Mr. Mahesh is very rude and unprofessional on the phone.

Had given my car for service and the tyre had a air bubble when they returned. When i complained the same. It was told to me that it would be replaced. The tyre had been taken up the service center 4-5 months back. Till now they have returned/ replaced my tyre. Still running my car on spare wheel.
No response from the service center even after multiple complaints raised. Be very cautious before getting service done from here.
We have contacted Murugesh on 6th Nov and on first interaction itself he explained quite well and in detail about features of the car. Starting from enquiry till delivery of the vehicle, he was very co-ordial, humble, courtious and very much supportive which was very pleasant experience for us. I would really appreciate this

Pratham motors service is very good in terms of staff members, politeness and making sure you get your query/request fulfilled. I got service of my car (after one year no movement of my car) and Pratham motors gave free pickup and jump start the vehicle. Slightly expensive and somewhat addition of miscellaneous items as well. Manager & Girish gave me some discount as well. Overall good experience and service.

Pathetic Service. They are just looting customers by replacing all the parts. They gave me an estimate of 1.2L for my service after completing 1L kms. They were not able to justify the parts that they wanted to replace. Please service your car else where. The car was so dirty and greasy when it was returned to me. They stick their sticker without my permission. After 10 years of awesome experience with Suraksha, I have decided never to get my car serviced with Pratham. The service advisor was Pavan. Beware of him.

Worst Place to buy your Maruti vehicle from. The sales executives are unprofessional and keep lying about the delivery dates. Even after delivery the accessories are not provided on time. The Customer Care Manager is also not helpful as they are just doing the same thing, making more excuses I would recommend, do not buy a Maruti Vehicle from Pratham motors or you will be stuck badly
Had a seamless experience with Mr Umesh being just a phone call away to help with all issues. It was my first time buying a car and he was patient enough to explain the process in detail and sort out all formalities without the need for any following up.
Got my swift vehicle number 9922 serviced here recently. The workmanship was good and precise. There was a nagging issue of screeching sound coming from front wheel bearing that had been bothering me for quite some time that Girish, the service manager was able to instruct the mechanic and get it rectified. Overall they have done a good job this time, to my satisfaction.
It is very good welcoming manner. Service provided by Srinivas to us is in very good and disciplined manner. Marketing of all was especially nice and well. Finally it was a kind of good experience in a service station. Thank you for Pratham & all staff.

Worst customer service. My issues were not solved in the service and Mr. Prasad never bothered to inform it to me through out the day. At the end of the day, I was informed that the parts are not available and would take couple of more days to fix everything. I was also advised to exchange the car with a new one. What a pathetic service by Maruthi. I’m writing this in hurry as I’m busy with some other activities. I will take couple of hours over the weekend and write detailed review. Never give your service at this place. You will see new issues after the service.
Exorbitant Service Charges for simple car service and Poor Service
If you are thinking to leave your car for simple service at Pratham Motors, Bellandur, Bangalore, I would advice to think before taking decision.
They charged Rs. 9,141/- for my Ciaz car service which ran barely around 5000 kms due to Covid lockdown restrictions. If you ask they will tell you labor charges, that oil and this oil changes etc and ensure they will bill you nicely. On top of that they have failed to fix Bluetooth issue and i had to call them to remind why issue has not been fixed. They dont have any check list before delivering whether issue has been fixed or not. Their focus to bill exorbitantly and get money. No value addition for loyal customer like me. I have been Maruti car owner since past 15 years but very disappointed the way Pratham Motors treat and bill customers.
They have serviced my another car Alto a month back but issue remains the same. I followed up with my Alto advisor but no help. I had purchased Alto barely 3 years back but giving me some issues and requested them for help but they would focus on tele calling customers for service reminders and ensure they will get your car for service and charge you exorbitantly.
Another point I have noticed that absolute communication gap among the staff between Insurance department, advisor, technician. I had to explain the same story wasting my time several times with multiple people regarding insurance claim.
My experience with Pratham Motors, Bellandur is thumbs down. No value for money.
I had car breakdown in lockdown. Mr Shivraj saved my day by bringing new battery at my place which was 1 hour away from his location. He just arranged everything very quickly and was polite and punctual. I would like to convey my thanks to Mr Shivraj for his dedication towards his duty. Thanks once again!
Have been closely associated with this showroom for last 15 years. But today, I have gone through a worst day with the showroom people just to get the car insurance renewed. Since morning 10 calls made, no response from insurance department.
Really wanted to escate it to the showroom management, no proper response from the showroom.
Understand it's pandemic situation and but this behaviour showing no coordination within showroom employees and they forgot about customer experience.
Hopefully they fix this problem! And Hope they take care of their customers!
Sold my car to true value. They didn't remove my fasttag and new buyer is enjoy money from my fast tag wallet. When called them. They say sorry you need to contact new owner they gave me the name also. Phone number they said will share so i can contact the new owner.they dont care about customers money or their privavy.
Very prompt service. The service team arrived withing 20 minuts of me registering the request. Work managed very professionally. They didn't charge anything as the car was under warranty.

I had a Swift VDI vehicle bought from Pratham and serviced from almost 10 years, i was happy about the service.but my trust got failed when i booked a new vehicle Ertiga ZXI on 21-Jan-2021, they assured they will try to deliver in 2 month though its officially waiting period is 3 months, after my booking, the executive is telling one dialogue "we are still giving the vehicle who booked in the month of November 2020 so i need to wait". Hey are not giving any tentative date too which is frustrating me. In between i went to showroom and asked them to change my variant to Ertiga CNG variant. Executive said he will try it from back end and asked me to not to cancel the booking coz again i may need to wait for 3 months.but No update after its 80 days. I came to know that other competitors are giving the vehicle in 2 months of time. This time it has failed to keep my trust and i wanted to say very worst Experience from Sales team Ravikumar & Madan
Prompt response and service. But still customer service is not that great. Either there is waiting or delay in delivery or one or the other reasons. Please improve these.
