Even after a full service they don’t clean your car properly. Still the dust bits were there in the bottle holder and in the boot. Also the chocolate stains on the gear box. Also they don’t deliver on time.

Horrible service by Ravindra and his Manager Venkat. Car was promised for pickup and drop on Sunday and on Sunday they told they will drop it on Tuesday and in the last minute they told if we want the car we need to come and pick it ourselves. When we came to the service centre concerned person was out delivering another car. After all the waiting when we checked the car it was still not clean

It's been 1.5 hours still waiting for the concerned person

They will just call and say someone will call you back. No one calls. You call again and the response remains the same.

I have done my first free car service from here, they charged 200 rupees extra as miscellaneous charges, also sent the car without cleaning, I had to resend the car for that, very bad experience, later went for some other service centre for the second free service, as expected they did it completely free. This service centre is not recommended.

Had a really good experience getting my car serviced here. Had the clutch plate changed, engine timing chain fixed and had 2 period services done till now. The customer executives are professional and attend to our issues promptly. Have not-so-common spares readily available with them.

I have been regular to this service centre, since i have bought my Wagon R. The staff is really helpful & friendly. The service is fast and efficient. The technicians are well versed and knowledgeable. Manager is really responsive. Over all, everytime I have visited the service centre it's been a Good experience for me.

Good and courteous service.
I found that service stations push unsolicited merchandise like fragrance hanging, micro fibre cloth etc, for which this service station is also not an exception. Despite the above authorised service station's service is availed to ensure genuine spares only.

Better service and effort, was disappointed with kalyani banaswadi hence gave my car here for a warranty claim

If you get your service done here, they will harras you by regularly calling to get service done again. I don't want to get service done again at your place because service was pathetic. I just moved to another service centre. I didn't want to rate you badly and spoil your business thinking probably it is one off case. But with your harrassment call, you give me no choice.your repeated calling means my case was not an off case. Most of your customers too got pathetic service and they left you. Hence you are desperate to get customer at any cost. You won't think twice to harrass customer to get business. I never go back to companies who do unsolicited calls. You lost a customer permanently due to such tactics.

I had given my Sx4 for full service. Mr. Parthiban was informative and guided what's need to be done. He was polite and took ownership of taking care of the car during service.

Go early as the road in front of this service centre has a 30 mins block during peak hours.

I have given my Wagon R for paid car service here. They have charged very high price. ₹9000 for parts ₹11700 for labour. Always they will add unnecessary itmes like water sensor R/R, Front brake assy repair etc, to bill for which they have not done any work. This time they have not washed car properly. Even though I have reported starter motor issue, they have not fixed. Moreover they made this issue more worse. Now I could not starty car. Better to avoid this dealer and get your car service in local workshop.

I am not satisfied with the gear repair work done. I had a few confusions on the bill amount and also the technician request for cash separately for the parts. I am not sure if that part is replaced or not. I would request the management has to look into this and get back with the update/replacement. I would request all the customers to be very careful with the bill amount. Also please check if the assured parts are replaced in the vehicle. I have got cheated by this service center. I will not get it fixed with a different vendor.

Expensive and changes parts unnecessarily. Charged 1200+GST for Wheel balancing and alignment (Outside it will be 600Rs). Wheel alignment report was not given even after asking multiple times.wheel balancing is done with different tyre pressure (39,33,25,30, measured with TPMS). Waited almost for an hour for serivce executive. Raised a complaint, but nobody followed it up. (CR21000136)

One of the most horrible maruti car service centres. If you want to feel cheated and burn your wallet - this is the place. I wont even give 1 star for this Shoddy place. Don't ever give your car here for servicing. My car was spoiled after these did servicing. They simply give you reasons to repair parts which are working well and ask you to pay huge bills.
No good advisors and horrible service.

Went for first service of Nexa car. From the looks of it they just washed and cleaned the car. Pretty decent job.

Excellent facility and great staff. The service adviser (Mr. Santhosh) was very courteous and proficient. He was able to identify the issue and provide an optimum solution. I highly recommend this service center as an authorized Maruti Suzuki service center.

Just for changing engine oil they charged me around 3k labour charge. Better to go to local workshop than going here.

Friendly service centre for Maruti Suzuki vehicles. Fairly large complex and apparently a regular clientele - including me! Company regulated costs that are comparable with others in the industry. Service quality quite good, and willing to attend to attributable post service niggles.

Don't have common senses to attend the customer show room staff is gone to gopalan mall for a walk

Mandovi Old Madras road service center is terrible, visited 4 times and every time they successfully failed me. That said their Yelahanka Nexa is top class.
