Marvel Multispeciality Hospital

I was admitted in Marvel Multi-speciality Hospital as i was impacted by dengue fever. The experience was very good here. The Doctors and Nurses were to supportive.

This hospital is the only place where you have to pay consultation fees on a continuous checkup on 5th day! They charged me INR 600 twice! I have consulted ortho last week. Very good doctor 10/10 for him. The only reason I may went back to them is because of this doctor.

Hospital is hygienic and well maintained. Especially Doctors and Staffs are very cordial and experienced. Though my platelet count reduced drastically they tried their level best to improve and my platelets increased and discharged today. Special Thanks to dean also.

Consulted Dr. Ravi Shankar Reddy. Made me to unnecessary tests and then asked me to send the reports on WhatsApp later. It's been 2 days and he has not responded to those messages. Finally, I had to call up my doctor from my hometown for further diagnosis. Marvel hospital, in general, has very incompetent doctors and the staff is extremely unprofessional. If you can afford, go to a better hospital. No point in wasting your time and money here

Marvel Hospital is easily one of the best hospitals in our City. The care they take here is next level. Each and every patient is made to feel comfortable by all the staff and they are extremely caring apart from being soft spoken. All the patient needs are attended to quite swift. And needless to say the Doctor Mamatha is a class apart. She is a thorough professional and is extremely knowledgeable and a very humble human being. She makes the patient feel that they are in very safe hands and indeed they are. My Mother in Law felt real good here. Would definitely recommend this place to all.

I was admitted here for Dengue for about 3 days. The treating Doctors n nurses were very approachable n responsive with any type of queries or issues that I had. Nurses were available at service at time of the day. Overall experience has been very good n I would recommend anyone who is currently going through onset of Dengue to visit the Hospital.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this hospital. The treatment I received was questionable, as they seemed to rely solely on glucose bottles and Dolo 650 for every ailment, and the charges for such limited treatment were exorbitant, totaling around 5k. To make matters worse, the attending doctor appeared to be a fresher with limited experience. I believe that healthcare should be delivered by qualified professionals using appropriate methods and medications. I hope the hospital can take this feedback into consideration for the betterment of patient care.

DR Mamatha Reddy is very good at treating gynic issues. Recently underwent laproscopic surgery and overall experience was very good. Both doctor and staff are helpful and friendly.

We took our house help for an emergency stitching as she got head injury. Even knowing that she is a below poverty level patient, they did not give any discount. They took ₹5000 for the stitches plus doctor fees and medicines were separately charged.

Medicines are provided without investigation. Doubt if the emergency doctors are MD medicine and are capable of handling emergency cases.

They don't value our time at all. After reading all these reviews I visited the hospital seeing good rating for one of the doctor. But I was disappointed because
1. They don't value our time. I had an appointment for an ENMG test. I booked appointment for 5: 30 pm. They called me thrice and confirmed the appointment. Even after that when I reached on time, they called person who takes this test.they didn't have have permanent staff for these tests. They called this person only after the patient came. And I had to wait for more than ONE HOUR and the receptionist kept on saying he will reach in 10 minutes.
2. I have couple of other tests and they charge more than double for these tests. So better do the tests and x rays from somewhere else.

Dr mamatha Reddy was good in assisting for normal delivery
Even all the nursing staff and baby care staff was nice, calm and we'll experienced

Visited for pregnancy check-up and delivery care. The process from admission to discharge was pretty smooth. The facilities were more than adequate and staff was helpful. Dr. Mamatha Reddy "I was very pleased with my experience made me feel that I was in safe hands and made me smile when I left". She encouraged me for normal delivery. I was soo comfortable and confident with her way of treatment and delivery went very smooth without any complications. I highly recommend both the doctor and the hospital.

Physiotherapist Dr. Pradeep Reddy is the most illiterate physiotherapist I have ever meet.

My gym trainer knows better anatomy than him.

Except this physiotherapist I would recommended anybody in this hospital, I wasted all my time with this Physiotherapy "doctor".

Initially, I felt pity on his stammering problem and thought why not to give him a shot but later I realize why god gave him stammering problem.

Never listens or gives a chance for me to express about to my discomfort at all, only thing he knows about physiotherapy is TENS and ULTRASOUND.

He has universal solutions of TENS IFT or ULTRASOUND or WAX for all the musculoskeletal issues, I usually go with PORTEA home care but I was expecting a superior care from assuming the experience he has. I was completely wrong.

If you are a female patient please take someone along with you, He has awkward stare makes everyone uncomfortable and I would highly recommend this person to take speech therapy before treating patient with your physiotherapy.

I hope this review changes his attitude on how to make patient comfortable before diagnosis problems.

P. S - All the other physiotherapy staff is friendly, one bad apple does spoil the whole experience.

Dermatologist Dr Praveen and some staff are worst. He prescribed me c sotret tab.which was so high in dose and later when I developed severe side effects that led to severe bronchitis along with High temperature no one was ready to see. Doctor was out of station and couldn't be reached. Receptionist and attenders were so careless. THEY MAKE MONEY THAT'S IT.

Quick medicine and medical attention was provided to my brother who had an open wound from falling in the playground. The hospital location being Close to Police Public School, helped us to get there quickly.

Doctor, nurse, staff were kind and caring.
Happy with the service. Thanks again.

I visited for Consultation

I did not get a diagnosis and was referred to an ent in the same hospital. After waiting one hour (apart from the hour i had already waited), i left because the ent had not arrived, with no diagnosis and no prescription.

Good hospital. Nice staff. Polite and helpful sisters, house keeping staff.

Have consulted in this hospital for my wife pregnancy with Dr.mamatha reddy yv excellent treatment we have got and well maintained with lots of consulting doctor's and all daignostic facilities also done here and outstanding services, Doctor's are Excellent and very co-operative staffs & nurse.

A clean and hygienic environment provided for pregnancy. The suite we stayed was comfortable and the NICU nursing staff (Tejaswini and Rajeshwari) both day and night were excellent in their service for the new born. Dr. Mamata reddy & Dr. Sudhir and the nursing staff took good care throughout the pregnancy and post delivery too.

The hospital has friendly staff who would respond quickly. The surgery was done with good care. I recommend this hospital.

I called them in morning because I was not felling well at all they told me to come in hospital by 15 min doctor is coming I went there after 15 min and they asked me to wait for more 15 min and after that they were saying 2 min 2 min and they make us wait for 2 hrs and after that they told us sir sorry doctor went out I suggest u guy's never ever go to that hospital if u really care for ur loving ones health.

Please don't go this hospital especially dr. Ravishankar reddy. (Neurologist) I taken appointment from ayu health care. Ofter visiting the hospital come to know, who are taken appointment from ayu health care they will not see properly. Simply they will give normal prescription. And for MRI scan they're sending out, ofter again you have to see your report to doctor, but doctor will not see the report they keep you wait, I waited more then 2 hovers they will not see the report. Ofter I walk out of this hospital.

Admission time patient is vry seek and admittedt to ICU she is having malaria and dengue fever, she got treated by Dr Ravishankar reddy, after that she shifted to ward know she is recovered and she getting discharge, Thanks to marvel hospital all doctors and staffs. I highly recommend this hospital for all kind of treatment.

2nd time faced issue with the admin staff, very unprofessional and they have no idea how attend Patience. Very bad experience both the time. Never should opt this kind of hospital especially with the health. But the doctors are good.

Worst experience ever
I was about to lose my hearing, because of Dr Medha Mahesh, he cannot even differentiate between otomycosis (fungal infection of ear)
Or refered otalgia due to wisdom teeth
Wait till I sue u people in consumer court. As seen clearly in the picture treatment is given for otomycosis by Dr prakash who saved my hearing, else I would have lost my hearing. Will complain against ayu health, Dr medha Mahesh and Marvel Hospital. Be ready for the consequences

Unethical hospital

Their only goal is to admit people even when they don't need any hospitalization.

Then their game begins
They will keep suggesting you to stay hospitalized, so that they can "monitor" you.

Everyday, 4-5 "specialized" doctors will start coming into your room to just say "hi" and probably put a stethoscope or do some minor checkup. You will feel that it's just a casual 3-5 mins interaction but everytime they walk into your room, they are going to charge you 800-1000 rs consultation charges.

JUST DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.

This Hospital is very expensive.went to consult the gynec.consulatation was okay but not that great.they are busy in making money.treating 3-4 patients at a time which was pathetic. It's a fertility clinic as well, so point is every patient comes in get the tag of being infertile so that expensive treatment and medicines can be suggested. It's better to take a second opinion before walk-in into such an expensive hospitals.
