It’s a Limited menu cafe still the preparation is poor. Had ordered pasta in red sauce but surprised to see ready to use Veeba sauce and mayo in the pasta. It’s was horrible, dense, thick, super unhealthy and so non appetising. I Always expect fresh tomato sauce to be used, unless mentioned otherwise in the menu. The ambience is also not that great. They need to learn the fine art of making authentic n flavourful pasta to get it right. Overall disappointing.
The manager of this place has no courtesy & is highly rude. When we expressed our grievance for asking us to move from sofa to a chair and said his is not the way to treat customers.we pay for the premium spaceor else I could eat at some road side shop.his reply is "ok your wish" just for asking to be seated comfortably in a sofa, When the whole place is half empty.
I really don't understand if the owner has any standards and does care about customer service.
One of my favourite place especially coffee but don't change the previous coffee Cup not comfortable with this short cup which we are using now please change to previous one
A pretty much perfect cafe with just one drawback - snack options at Matteo are a bit limited, but otherwise nearly everything else is great. The ambience is nice, the service is excellent, and the drinks are refreshing and very reasonably priced. Quite possibly the best cafe in Bangalore, and definitely my favourite one.
I have been a patron of Matteo for years now, it almost seems remarkable writing a review after so long. Matteo is the closest thing I have found to a laid back european cafe in Bangalore. It gets a bit crowded during the weekends, but on weekdays I have found the experience truly pleasant. Good food, great service (a special mention, the manager Buddha who seems to embody everything one can expect from Matteo) and wonderful ambience, I have always found Matteo to be a throwback to a more laissez-faire era. P. S: Blossoms has its outlet next door, so if you love books like I do, it is ideal to go down and browse and placing an order at the cafe
Loved the ambience so very much. Big enough to always find a cozy place to chill. The lights and the music were love. Food was equally good. On recommendation I tried a very different stuff here they were 1. Mushroom omlette: real dope and worth the try. The food came with bread, salad, tikki and omlette 2. Ice tea: very average and not recommended
The ambience is really nice. The stuff are friendly. They have indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements, which makes it more beautiful. I loved it and it's budget friendly too.
Food quality and taste are on par with the cost, totally worth the money. Unique and warm ambience with a pretty good service makes it one of the best cafés in MG road for casual hangouts with friends, family. Ps. I personally loved my Capuchino coffee here, probably the one of the best ones I've ever had in my life!:)
An average place to have a coffe with friends n meetup people. Prices on the menu are exorbitant. Variety also is not as expected. Ambience can be made better. Centrally located place n easily identifiable on Church Street- Brigade Road junction. There are other places which offer a better deal to the money spend. Worth trying them before coming here.
Best English Breakfast in town. It's an Iconic place for young Bangaloreans to hangout. Situated in proximity of Brigade road. Don't be surprised if you find it packed thought-out the day.
The Blueberry Cheesecake and tiramisu are heavenly. I also recommend the Chicken Caesar salad and Pasta penne with white sauce. Shekartos are a must have too. We definitely visit this place every time we visit Bangalore.
One of the more tranquil and relaxed spots on Brigade Road (Church Street). A very good option to grab a coffee, make conversations and chill after a busy day of shopping or other activities.
It's a limited but good menu. We had veg creamy pasta, paneer Tikka sandwich, chocolate milkshake, french fries. None of them disappointed us. Great taste and good quantity. If you're around do try!
Great ambience. Food was good. Had veg sandwich, cheese tomato sandwich, club sandwich, chicken salad and lamb mince pasta. Every dish was made to perfection. Presentation was beautiful.
A wonderful ambiance with the best of music tracks to all age groups and though limited in its variants for food, the quality is brilliant and quiet accomadable for a larger crowd too. One can visit the plce alone to spend his or her time for herself for hours or a large team for hours too. And definitely a decent service provided from the staffs too being very kind and understanding the customers time and actual requirement. Cheers guys! Keep it going
Had a good experience here. Tried their Blueberry cheesecake which was really nice. Their expresso shekerato was nice. However, the apple pie wasn't that enjoyable compared to other two. The prices are definitely worth the quality. The ambience inside is really nice.
One of the finest cafe joints in Bangalore, esp the branch on Church St. Good food - French fries are just perfect, good bakery items and nice Italian dishes. With a mix of modern and retro, ambience is really cool.
Right in the middle of church street is Matteo Coffee. Their mixed sauce is amazing along with chicken burger and french fries is amazing. Burger is huge. Hot chocolate is pretty amazing.
