Not sure what is wrong with MAX? We were there at around 1245 afternoon and only 1 person in the billing counter? People
We’re waiting in queue but just 1 person in the counter. When asked why the other counters are empty, the lady called some cashier called Mallesh but the busy guy never came. This kind of pathetic service is unacceptable.

Online is best, don't have good collection, staff are not friendly especially the female person in the counter

Very pathetic experience, if I have the chance to select 0 star instead of selecting one star.
Fooling people by giving and displaying 50% discount on few brands.
After spending more than 2 hours nothing happened.
Liberty unprofessional behavior.

Good clothes and good ground staff, all staff provide pretty good service. But the billing staff seems pretty rude and they keep talking fowl language with each other.

The best shopping mall to get Trendy and casual and new collections and many more.mostly it is preferred for women dresses coz there collections are awesome

Good place to shop clothes & accessories for entire family. Cleanly maintained. All safety precautions in place. Finding car parking space might be a little challenging.

Collection is fine. But the staff is very inefficient. Not helpful at all, probably not trained properly. Not able to provide correct information or help with the clothes.

No customer centricity.just wanted to pick 1 t-shirt and was even before closure time but they didnt let me go in. Don't believe the details they give online. Rather save your time opting for better places.

The staff are there to assist you.
The vehicle parkings are available (bit to find parking lot in Sunday),
It is eye sight able

I always preper max for good quality great and fresh designs and affordable prices which is very rare to find these days as compared to other shopping outlets.where if u find design there is no quality and if u find quality designs are horrible and some times if u find both I doubt that am I shopping a used dress.well my worries end at Max and am happy to be there again n again for wether it's for traditional / modern / office wears. Max fashion is a very well known brand for daily wear. For T-shirts, I feel they have the best quality and the price is also reasonable compared to other brands. You can also get there junk pieces of jewelry, bags, shoes, perfumes, etc. They have men and kids wear collection too. I hope this information is helpful:)
