Max HSR. Worst staff, don't even know how to greet and talk with customers. Ladies section staff is behaving so rude, as if we are getting the stuffs in free. No proper coordination among staff, everyone is busy in their own world. No one cared to help the customers there. One of the lady staff who was at billing counter in ladies is behaving so bad and don't have manners to behave with customers, staff are not at all trained, they are just chilling around. The boxes are lying on floor, stuff are kept here and there. Nothing is aligned. Don't go in Max ever.recommend to go zudio.

Opening Time mentioned on website at 10 Am but they open at 11 am. They always say technical issue at billing. Please update the timings on website

Really bad product one time use got internal soul out and customer support days need tag should not be used really pathetic

Max is really nice. You will get everything at a reasonable price. Many collections will always be there.
Most of the time offers will be there. Check that if applicable then use it

Your usual max store. The staff is nice. The collection is good too. It has a parking outside.

Awesome collection on kids regular wear. Stocks are updated regularly compared to other outlets.

I visited this Max showroom twice and was very disappointed by their customer service both the times.
The first time they scanned an item twice, making us pay the double amount. There were many items so we missed this while doing the payment. When we cross checked the number of items later then found the error. They compensated us by giving a voucher that we can use later.
The second time they broke there promise of giving 10% off in the birthday month for elite members (Which we bought separately for Rs. 499). After making us stand for more than an hour they said sorry we cannot give offer that we promised earlier! Such a shame.
I expect at least they should keep what they promised. Also would suggest everyone to not fall for their fake promises.

Spacious showroom.it has a separate floor for men, women, and kids clothing.their kids collection is good and prices are reasonable.men's collection is average, it can be better.

Many people's goto place around here. It has multiple floors. Decent collections. Never bumped into same type of dresses. They keep updating their stocks.

Store seemed to compact, also the staff could not be easily recognised with their attire, which should be more or less distinguisble, staff should show eagerness to approach and seek their issues or help them in their selection, very poor communication skills by all staff,
The signs for offers were not clearly mentioned, you couldn't really make out positively weather the product is on sale or not.
Rest all seemed good,
Best part was they hire handicapped and deaf personnel, which is really worth appreaciating.
Guys please work upon your customer service and communication, people love to shop where sales team is enthusiastic.

Before lockdown, this store was my go to place. I could run to the store in the evening and get one t-shirt. I really miss that time.

Max is controlling the crowd footfall with appropriate precautions taking for covid19. Even in the purchase counter the pos machines are getting cleaned after every use.

I choose this showroom because clothes available here are very trendy and worth buying. Prices are also very reasonable.

Good store for apparels. Particularly Western wear is good here. Though I did not like Indian/ethnic wear here. Sometimes there are good discounts here.

Big store. Collections are often refreshed from time to time. They could establish more billing counters. Only 2 counter operational for entire store and billing process is slow. Shopping Experience is good. More trial rooms would help. Parking for two wheelers are ample. Four wheeler parking could be troublesome. Good collection for kids as well.

Parking seems to be issue. Couldn't find sign boards on where to park or how to reach underground parking etc. Saw valet parking board in front of the building, but couldn't find any valet.

We can compromise with high price range for quality fashion wear, but max has too many sections for men, women, kids but not specialist in variety of fabrics or garments. You may not find your choice if you are a fan of exclusive clothes and stylish design range.

Max Fashion is the best Place to buy a worth quality dress with our happiness. Last Weekend went there to purchase T-shirts, trousers, Formal Professional shirts, Shoes and Footwear.

Good place. Prices are reasonable. They promise all sizes and free door delivery is size is not available which is actually not true. They don't even bother and ask you to search else say no stock.

The customer service MUST improve. I was feeling dehydrated and asked repeatedly for just a cup of water. The outlet didn't have s drop to share! Also mothers will ill mannered kids are not requested to monitor them. Since it is a public place, one expects some decorum. Two horribly out of control kids kept banging changing room doors non stop! Not a single staff requested for peace. Frankly staff was busy chatting each other up.

Dresses are not very impressive in hsr layout branch, and unlike other max fashion branches they never give any discount or an attractive sale.

Looking for regular office wear, or simply something casual and comfortable? Then this is the place to be. I like the range of t- shirts for little kids as well.

The quality of their clothing had deteriorated immensely. Only focus seems to be design which also fades away in a couple of washes

Cheater. Outside they put banners for FLAT 50% off but when I went Inside I saw 50% off for a limited clothes which are either being rejected or defective one's.

Poor collections and worst service. I asked the staff to show me casual pants, he asked other boy, both don't even know what is casual pants.

In that entire floor only two guys were there.

Good collection, attractive prices. Staff is courteous and helpful in finding the right fit. There is no dedicated parking though, but you have ample parking space in the lanes nearby. The place is surrounded by good street food options as well

Max in HSR road is of 3 storey building with pretty good collection. Max collection is always good for people who wants good quality with afforable prices. As they have number of outlets in major cities, you can see couple of people around you wearing same outfit.

MAX, a well known brand. Having 3 floor building here. 3rd floor is only for men. Other floors are having collection of women and children. Service is good there. You will find max latest collection over there. They have three bill counters. This brand is very affordable.
One should definitely go and try.
