There is no billing counter at ground floor which is discomfort for ladies to claim upstairs for it.

This showroom had more collections than others and I could easily pickup my correct size and favorite dress.

Worst experience, worst staff and no professionalism. I purchased an item at the counter the person during bill payment I checked it was tampered, I didn’t even payed till then but they didn’t check and folded the cloth by that time, he without informing us then created a return label etc and then we made payment. When I went to exchange the product 2 days ago, they declined. I informed the staff about the issue but they were rude, made us shift from one counter to another, we waited for half an hour and no
resolution provided. They took number and informed that they will call regarding the issue. It has been 2 days now, no response. I believe that it must be systems fault but you can check the cctv of that purchase, we were at the counter only and the staff made the return and now I am facing issue because of it and also the rude behaviour of the staff.

They have responded back on this review to mention contact details so that they can reach back to me i has been 1 day already but none called.

Good quality of garments at affordable price. Today we visited.there was sale going on upto 70% off. Many purchase option at discounted prices.

This store accept only card or gpay or phonepay, if u r carrying cash then they will ask you to go back as they do not have system of keeping cash. Unique store n pathetic cash counter fellow. Unique in whole world actually.who encourage customer not to buy if u do not have card. Several time I had yo leave items in the cash counter as they do not have any cash, not even rs 1 and not even Rs 100.

A few items are overpriced especially items in the kids section.
The quality of items is good. The kids dress section has a collection. Overall a good shopping experience. Occasional coupons are not much worth since the minimum purchase amount is too high. If you are purchasing for 3-4 kids coupon will be useful.
