Attitude of the staff is very bad.very poor response always on phone (Rajeshwari). Whole floor is empty no staff to help around.
Even at the billing counter only one person to do the billing for all the customers who are waiting.unhappy with the service will not come again to ur store goodbye

People are miss guiding literally horrible service,
mainly in billing counter and the manager we have to listen only there's words no patience at all and they don't even bother about it

Good range of apparel, also goes with price ranges from low to high, quality of clothes okay depending on the prices u pay as well.

Max outlet beside BDA complex. A huge outlet of multiple floors offering clothes for Men, women & kids. Basement parking available.

Good faculty, lift available, parking is not available
You have to pay and park in BDA complex which is front of Max showroom even though they have a underground parking they are not ready to provide

Max Banashankari 2nd stage branch did not have much variety of girl children clothing had to return without purchasing

Had placed an online order at Banashankari BDA Max on 2nd December 2020, while placing the order the executive said would receive the product in 2 working days it’s been 28days did not receive any mail or msg, visited the showroom thrice the staff says come after two days till now there is no response again visited them on18th December the manger there said I would receive a Mail today regarding the order Till now there is no response.
Hopeless customer service.

Easy exchange even without a paper bill. Their sms and whatsapp invoice system worked seamlessly. Good going team Max

There are no T shirts with pocket for men and there are very less shirts with pocket for men, that's why I don't go often for buying, this I feel is a drawback in MAX Stores

I had a very bad experience shopping at Max store Banashankari 2nd stage Bangalore. The lady employee who maintains the trial room was very rude with me (customer).

I went to try 2 shirts to trial room and waited for a couple of minutes before entering trial room to inform that I am going to try 2 shirts but no max employee was present at the trial room. There were more employees than customers in this store today but nobody was present near the trial room. When I wore one shirt and opened trial room door to show how i look in that shirt to one of my family member, then the lady employee deputed at the trial room came from nowhere and started blaming me using bad words "who asked you to go inside trial room, who asked you to try so many shirts? Who asked you to try white shirts in a very rude manner? I (customer) told the lady employee that no one was present near trial room to inform, I took only 2 white shirts to try & other shirts were already present before I occupied the trial room. I didn't know that white shirts are not allowed for trial because no max employee informed me about this.

The lady employee was continuously blaming me (customer) using bad words in Kannada and forced me to remove that white shirt immediately and was not ready to wait till I change my dress. She even snatched the dress and when I tried closing the door and she pushed the door which hurt my leg. I was in terrible shock at such a rude behavior. I somehow closed the door and changed my dress and directly went to the billing counter and explained and the same lady started saying that I am lying.

First of all someone designated to maintain the trial room should be present doing her duty
Secondly, she should have ensured that the clothes left by earlier customer are removed
and lastly, they should be polite with the customer.
Such rogue employees should be removed.

Max fashion has to train their employees in customer service and should put up a proper customer grievance system in place.
I am definitely not going to recommend this Max Fashion Banashankari 2nd stage shopping store at this store to any of my family members, friends, colleagues etc.

We enjoyed shopping at Max, with the assistance of Ms Sharmila Kunder who was very helpful

Max is known for fresh styling and full level of stocks with sizes where as this store is not up-to to the mark there were lots of cut sizes though the fresh stocks are available and store is neat and tidy decent service b
