Costly dress just attractive colours.they just increased prices of the dress and it's too expensive to afford.clothes gets their threads tear very early.usually after 3-4 washing.so that we can't blame shop. If we blame they will throw back to washing machine fault or something else.
Don't buy any dress from here.
Local shops provide at best price.

Had a poor experience. I was sent the msg that 50% off while billing was told that that offer is for selected items but all over they were advertising that 50% off on items till 2nd july 2023. Beware of such misinformation.

Max is one of my favourite stores more than 12 years I am shopping in Max first in Kuwait after that in Saudi and now in India

Good variety at affordable rate.

Pros: Something you are certain to get for your taste.

Cons: In the name of sale of 50%, 70% business idea is to lure customers and there would a some of cloths with 50% and 30% off and a very very few with 70% off and surrounding it would be alot of new arrivals as well as those without any discount.

Now in the name of discount you tend pick and choose unknowingly those and most which are without any discount.

When you go to counter happy after trial in hope that u have cracked good deal, at counter your heart would be broken with the counter person saying, this is new arrival, no discount and most with 30% discount.

So you feel yourself confused, as you liked most of your chosen item, which doesn't have any discount or 30% discount and a one or a few have 70% discount.

So overall you pay more and pay unplanned.

So this is not just the case of max but most of such brands at mall to be fool and send their stuff to consumers.

This is personal experience, you could correlate to agree or disagree.

MAX is a brand which is very popular for a reasonable price and good quality of materials. Varieties of designs from age 1 month to every genre. Apart from clothes we can get shoes bags toys and many other things.
Max inside Gopalan Signature mall is a huge one in Bangalore. Worth to buy products from them.

Max we love always, sale was going on, just a casual visit, bought two t-shirts for my kids.

Max is brand with good quality of clothes. The Maximum quality with considerable amount of price. This MAX inside Gopalan Mall has varieties of shirts and T shirts etc.
The items were in good quality and the sales persons were friendly and helpful

Max is one of the best shopping stop for all ages dresses. And This Max always had a good discount on variety of clothing.

We had purchased a dress for our granddaughter at Max, Orion Mall on 04.06.23. We were told that exchange can be done, if considered necessary, within 1 month. On 06.06.23 we visited Max, Gopalan Mall where we liked and selected a different dress for our granddaughter. We enquired at the billing counter whether the dress we bought from Max, Orion Mall could be changed for this dress and they confirmed it can be done. We went back to the store with the dress to be exchanged. The assistant at the billing counter tried to scan the bill of Max, Orion Mall but the system refused to accept. After about 15 minutes and after making a couple of phone calls the billing assistant told us that it is a system issue and it will take as per the IT department about 30 minutes to sort it out. After loitering around in the mall for 30 minutes we returned to the billing assistant who very politely informed us that it will take some more time without being specific. By that time we being very senior citizens were tired and exhausted and we decided to perforce keep the dress purchased at Orion Mall. The billing assistant also showed us a clause that all returns must be made at the store of purchase due to GST issues.
While a store can have any number of conditions inserted in the bill, we fail to understand why we were given to understand that exchange is possible at any Max outlet. This has caused us a lot of avoidable issues. We also have decided to avoid going to Max stores.
