Shop was good n girls staff were greatly cooperative but one idiot boy cashier cheated. We said not to add elite memberships but also he added made us travel two times to shop bcoz of tat idiot. Tis happened in katriguppe bsk 3 stage

Better collection than trends. More creative designs for females. Have been shopping here since past 15 years. My parents love it and even I love it. Max Kathriguppe has evolved nicely with times.
It is also a good landmark as it has been here since years.

This place has zero customer care with pathetic collection the quantity of their dress below average unfortunately we bought 2 t shirt from a Max store in Puducherry and wanted to exchange the same first this guy at the cash said there is no exchange on discounted products though it was not discounted.then after billing the new product they don't even have the courtesy to fold the clothing. He eventually just made it in a ball of cloth and gave it to us. I usually don't prefer this brand called Max but we had no other choice in Puducherry but after this experience i must say I will never ever visit this pathetic brands outlet anywhere. Thanks Max for all the things which you will never address.adios

Very comfortable cloth. A brand you can trust for quality, color, and long life.

Has three floors if I'm not mistaken with lift facility.

Has a good collection for both men, children and women. Has not just cloths, accessories, bags, shoes, purse, stuffed toys.

The collection is sometimes good and sometimes not. But most of their dresses come in what you can say 'baniyan' kind of material. Thin and body hugging.

One stop for casual wear and ethnic for middle to upper middle class. Budget friendly. Quality is incomparable as always. Best option for festive collection. Kathriguppe branch is congested comparatively. Parking space is less.
