There is only one billing/payment counter and that is on the first floor. The staff over there also don't bill on first come first serve basis. Randomly they pick and bill. Why should I wait in a queue when they randomly bill for another person in the back? I really didn't like the staff behaviour there. I would expect better customer experience, if I visit the same store again.
