Big store. They do not stock all the sizes/colour/fit style. The sales attenders are pushy, and try to make you pick what's available. Limited parking available

I don know why they have this big store here, whatever we ask they say we don have stock go to vega city mall store.

Worst experience

Collection is there.but no offer.minimum priced one i could see was starting from 399 not happy with the over priced tags

There was offer in MAX, buy one get one free as freedom shopping festival. I planned to buy one t-shirt and it was having tag buy1get1 free, so thought to take another t-shirt free after 1hour of shopping but when I went to make bill the guy in red colour shirt started telling that we don't have that offer for these shirt but if we see we have that buy1get1 tag for both the shirts and he denied to give that offer and he started to tell you can go out we will not give any shirt. Such a worst behaviour of him towards customers.

Very large store with 3 floors, collection is vast and affordable too. Huge parking space available

We are regular with the outlet, we have purchased many clothes in this store, we are extremely happy with the collection, quality and the ambience.
Today, 1of August, 2023, we had a very unpleasant experience at the reception during billing, we bought a ladies kurta with a 50% off label on it, when it was scanned the person at the billing counter tore the sticker of 50% and told us that the discount is 30%. We called the store manager, to our surprise we did not get any solution, he also resorted to say that it is a 30% off merchandise, he had no answer to our question as to why you added a 50% sticker to the tag.
We felt bad that irresponsible and non-courteous staff are bringing a bad name not just to Max, but are also a cause of customer dissatisfaction.
I request the higher authorities to take action against such irresponsible staff.

Please ask security guy who stand near entrance to behave properly. If behave like this no one will come to your shop. His name is Prajeet Das. I asked him to keep our bags and helmet in baggage counter. They didn't agree to keep. We were requested him so many times as had plans to buy pot of dresses. He was telling "we can't keep, if you want take with you or you can go air". Such a rude behavior. This was happend June 25th 1.30pm. After that one of the other employees had to intervene. Plesse see the CCTV footage and take action against this guy. His name is Prajeet Das. He is around 5.2 feet.

of Max, spar, home centre, life style, I and my family from years we r purchasing it from ur stores
Regularly mantri mall, Vegacity mall
Spar Banerghata but
Last month in June 2023 offer was there at mantri mall, I and my mom shop in max in mantri mall but unfortunately the leggings or pyjama of Kurtis set mom bought came different size inside of XL
Large size came and because we stay in Jp nagar I visited ur store max in Jp nagar which very near to my house
And met store manager Durga Prasad but no solution I got instead of showing options there said better to visit mantri mall or Vegacity to change o felt bad very bad but now onwards I ll not visit non of ur stores
Service horrible

Kindly improve the over all service or closed the store

Kindly improve the service from entering store to till billing make sure Customer went happy because customers not happy than sorry no one will buy from ur store

Good service but during sale offers merchandise is not of good quality. Regular goods are ok

Visited Max today in search of thermal wear, unfortunately had to return empty hands. However good place to shop various collections of T shirts and Lowers.

The security has punctured my tyre. Not friendly. Caused some damage to the two wheeler parked in the parking area of max fashions near delmia circle on 17th Feb 2020

Max is my one of best the shopping point where in you get value for money. I brought many products I have never felt bad even single time. Pants, shirts, t shirts. The quality is and the price is reliable. Having many branches all over Bangalore. Different styles. You will get max payback points, again you can use those points to purchase anything. No disappointment in Max. No compromise in quality. I love max fashion!

Good collections of all men's apparel and best to shop at end of season sale as there will be attractive offers and discounts.

Max is generally a good place to be. This is no exception either. Value for money products with wide range of options.

One request to Billing team, please make sure u remove the tags so that at the exit door there won't be alarm while leaving, bcs it's so embarassing when it makes sound like that.

Max is better place to look for casual cloths. You will get things in economical price. I see nice collection of tshirts in cheaper price than other places also it has good collection for kids.

Very good collection of cloths and nice ambience.cloth quality is one of the best and reasonably priced. Good thing is that this place is next to More (you can do grocery shopping alongwith cloths) and very near to Vegacity Mall.

Always enter the store just to leave disappointed. But it might be a good price point for those whose taste matches with their collection.

Nice place for shopping with reasonable pricing. You will have Max products along with some PE brand. Very good place for ladies & kids apparel shopping. Sometimes they will give very good offers on the branded items.parking facility is available at underground.

Max has great affordable collection. Do not expect top notch quality clothing here since though it has greatly improved over a period. I've also noticed that the max clothing in India is of inferior quality.

Good place and has occasional discount seasons too but if you're going with anything specific in mind then you might have to do a bit of searching around
