The cashiers are not honest, and are thief. They will bill small items rubber bands clips but will not put in your bags. They will purposefully throw it down so smartly that you will not get to know. Be careful when they are packing stuff.

Happened 2 times when I checked at counter only small items were missing. And then they behaved like it was a mistake and started to search where it went.

I took a kurta which had 30% discount tag. But while buying they said it is old one and didnt give any discount

The place is not clean. The trial rooms are dirty as well. The stock is quite old and they don't have enough sizes again. While asking about it the staff says the store is a small store so they cannot keep all sizes.

Good decent collections. But they need to add some plus sizes as well. And also for girls'kids collection.

The quality of the overall material is not very good. Very less options and selections even for kids.

Worst shop.billing is very slow and there are no trained staff.we were waiting for one hour to bill.

Not up to the expectation comparing other stores.

But they have good collections.

But the dust is more inside the store which makes all the clothes look bad.they should maintain more.

Disappointed with the trial room. Maintained bad.

Suggested only when u want get something real quick and for emergencies.

Don't expect store people to help you with any queries.

Lots of options, reasonable price.
Almost every time long quee for billing and untrained staff take a long time for each billing.

Good shop for kids. Lots of clothing options and toys are available. Reasonably priced. Drawback is crowd during billing. Plan for at least 15 mins wait time should you visit this shop.

It's good but they surely need to improve on communication & coordination among their employees, internet connectivity and quality of few products.

While the collection of clothes is very good and suitable for all purse sizes, I was very disappointed with the fitting rooms. They are very tiny and on the back of the door they have installed acrylic advertising panels which have sharp edges. Ended up with bruise and bleeding elbow which trying a new tshirt.

Located on varthur sarjapur road and also has decent parking space in front. The collection were fine but variety was less for kids. Overall good place to shop in this area.

Clothes are awesome and quality top notch but the price is too high if it's reduced a huge crowd will be sure

Hopeless place full of clueless staff. I visited Max fashion in varthur with my NRI SIL. We spent almost a day in the store as my SIL bought in bulk. When we reached near the counter for billing in the evening, we were informed that almost most of the pieces that we picked that had 30% discount tag were not on discount from that day onwards. The staff on the floor had no clue about this sudden change of discount, let alone the customers. Shouldn't they remove the wrong discount tags, arrange the counters, inform their staff before floating a new promotion? No. Only after the system didn't reflect the discount, the billing staff came to know about it. Such a chaotic and nightmarish place. I prefer
traveling to some other Max outlet rather than visiting this. Pathetic place, inept staff.

Billing time was very very bad, counter workers are so lazy at there work, talking more rather than their work.

Well Maintained, Helping Staff. Just right. They need to list more options for Men section as well.

I have this review this time as i am shocked to see my favourite brand is misguiding the customer. I visited varthur branch and they are telling giving 50 percent discount. Picked the garment where it is mentioned 50 percent off. When going for billing I am told discount is 30 percent. If it is really 30 then plz put the sticker of 30 percent there.do not try to fool the customer as customer is supposed to be God to you.

I asked this person in counter. He was rude and disrespectful. Outlet doesn’t have staff to guide. Just using brand name and running business. Poor outleT and disrespectful staff
