The most dangerous company please don't suffer after after giving them a job, i am trying to put a case on them very wrong promising please don't believe them in any point

SCAMSTERS in the name of pest control. I find they believe in extortion of money and don't take calls. Please do not go by the Google rating. Seems manipulated by reviews posted by their own staff. They haven't provided any bill for the service. The pest control gel fell off in 3 days. PATHETIC SERVICE! BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDSTERS!

It's very poor services used the local product when we start dispute they will say will u be able to pay 9000/- to give the best services they will say initially if anything happens within 3 months they will provide the free services after that they will start to ask the amount and the way their consultant named by swapna she was very rude strongly recommended not to go with this services.

These people are fraud it seems. The service guy comes and collects full amount for yearly service. Then the first service itself doesn't work. And then the customer care won't respond.

Service is not good and one time work is done but this company not provide Bill and Warrenty Card. My home is 1BHK and i give 1000 rs for full house and he done only kitchen.and he told me 90 days no cokroch is coming but after pestcontrol next day same problem is there so i dont like service.my home pestcontrol done is 11/05/2023 but till now no one is coming to again done pestcontrol.so plese dont take these service.also i take legal action NATIONAL CONSUMER PORTOL
BUT he not give refund and service.so plese Dont take service. 3rd class and cheap and worst Service.

Very bad customer care, Never prefer this kind of service, they will change the words like anything.

Very worst service. They would give 4 months warranty and won't respond to your calls after that.

This is a "Loot Pest Control" not max pest control because when i opted for a cockroach service the service person came in one day and mixed some water in his pump and sprays the house and kitchen in literally 7 mins and run away after getting money Rs 1200.but the worst part was the cockroach were still surviving with the spray applied in front of us. Thats not even a treatment i would say because he dint even spent enough time to inspect the place.

Before taking the service these ppl are calling us several times but as soon as the they get paid they will not pick the phone itself. You will have a zero impact on th pest and they will say there is warranty of 3 months but the problem is how will you communicate to them as they will not pickup the phone once the money transferred to them. I have called Swepna, Chetan approximately 50 times to each but they wont pick the phone.

We had kept our utinsel and vessels in our hall for a week hoping that they will pickup the call once but they dint and i had to eat outside food for the whole week hoping that they will pick the call. This will give you lots od frustration and truema for getting a service from them which is of no use.

There were vehicles below bee hive, you executive should have instructed us to remove the vehicle. Half the bees fell on vehicles and parking area. Take care of this.

For taking first service from max pest service, we seen a massive change from insects, better one, must take if u have huge insects or lower insects. 90% we got cleared. Superb…

Horrible customer service, since 3 days they've just been saying 'inspection is on the way' 3 times they gave a time still nobody came. When we asked to cancel the appointment they again said 'oh they're on the way' after waiting all day they're still not here. Massive waste of time

We took pest control service from these guys just 2 weeks ago. They say it's herbal, but after they sprayed their medicine it did not seem to be herbal as it had very strong smell which lasted for almost 4 days. We had opted for this service as it was herbal but it seemed to be a lie. Also their medicine did not have any effect on the ants. I wouldn't have written this review if I was able to speak to Mr. Vinay and if he would address my concern. I have been trying to reach him since a week now and he isn't picking the call, also no courtesy to call back. He insisted we take AMC which we did take considering he and his team would be quite responsive, but we regret our decision. Please think twice before going ahead with max pest control service

Good service provider in the city, i was facing so manu pest issues in my house & office but they are giving permanent solution

Their service is HORRIBLE.is an understatement. I have an AMC and they have not bothered to attend to the quarterly service that they need to do. I repeatedly (4-5 times reminders) called Mr Vinay and Sapna who would only say that I would receive a call back to schedule the service but that never happened. Now when I call them, they do not receive the call. I will consider this as my donation to the needy company during this pandemic and make my peace with it. I would NOT recommend their service! If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

UPDATE: I call them 20/10/20 and they say will send person in 2 hours. I have been forever waiting now. Bunch of liars! It's worst. Service & payment will be prompt but quality is horrible. After 4 months we had termites again & nobody ever picks up calls also. Shiva, Swapna all will say next week & that the end of story.its like a maid agency

Worst service. After taking the money for 1 year contract of 10services, just completed 1 service after repeated follow-up and not responding further neither refunding the money

Details: Have been taking services from Max pest control for 3 years. Sometimes the services were good, some times ok. But the owner Vinay maintained good customer relations hence I continued with the brand. If you go through their customer support it will be a horrible experience. Now the main story. This time I did the pest control after 6 months which was pending on my annual maintenance contract as I was not allowing anyone into my home maids, delievery, cleaners nothing for 6 months due to Covid.

John - from Urban clap who have a tie up with Max pest control came for service. I found him a bit rude and fishy, So I followed him around the house. But he made me go away to get tissues to wipe hands 2 times. He also carelessly spilled more than a litre of medicine on my door mat. After he left after a week I realized that my new bluetooth was missing and it was in the same room when he asked me to get tissues. Easily pocket it. I didn't doubt such things as Max had given services for 3 years. But after complaining I thought they will take ownership. But they only said we questioned the guy and he said he didn't take it. They had done a background check before hiring. BG done 2 years ago ensures a guy won't rob?

Which robber is going to acknowledge that he robbed? They didn't do anything more. I respected my relationship with Max and didn't give a complain but let them investigate. But what I got from the management is dialogue that I should have complained to police. Which means they didn't care about their brand value which would loose it's value in the market!

Had I been in their place I would worry about my brand value, secondly I would want to maintain good relationship with a regular customer and give whatever comfort from our end. I would try and get to the bottom of things or compensate the customer appropriately for not making complain and contacting the owners so that they could sort the issue.

Unfortunately I wasn't valued. Though I did talk to the owner after waiting for his call back. Valuing a long time customer wasn't their priority and hence I decided to write this review so that whoever approaches them has this idea and can decide judiciously of what they are getting into.

I have now got a reply apparently from the owner of Max pest control. But if you see my review I have been dealing and complaining and got no final resolution from the owner only - Vinay. So how can they act naive and try to put a reply on public platform of thanking of bringing to their notice and will look into it when the review was written after continuous follow up talks and no justice from the be owner itself. So request all people to not fall for this fake reply of the review. It's a sham. At least read the review. Your name and actions are described well in it

These guys are cheats, if I had the time i would sue them or put a legal compliant against them. They sweet talked me into an AMC and then never picked up call or arranged for it. They suggested gas for cockroach infestation which never worked. In fact cockroaches increased and spread from my kitchen to the entire house. Guys please beware and never trust these guys. Stay away

Have done termite treatment. Within 4 months, termites returned. Chetan keeps telling we will send inspector and nothing else happens. Hopefully they will keep up their word

Strong pesticides that solves any strong pest problems. Cost are very wise. Can give a try to these people

Horrible service. 1. It's Inefficient. 2. They fix up appointments and don't turn up wasting your precious weekend time. 3. Then they do not respond to calls. 4.because of such unprofessional behaviour urban company has disassociated themselves with Max. They sell you their one year service and then such responsiveness. Very very bad. Please do not take their service.

Response time was bad. Delayed visit by 2 hours and the customer care response was bad. I'm this competitive world try n reach at ur time else u wouldn't be in the race

Had a very very bad experience with them. They took annual maintenance money from me and came twice to do pest control at my restaurant and none of my cockroaches died and had two bad experiences in one week where my customer was very upset and I had no clue how to resolve the cockroach issue. I reQuested the team to give me a powerful solution but very bad service with no punctuality or value for the customer. Sales guy assured me result in a week when he took money and when I called later he left the job. I want my entire refund and will look for someone else’s to resolve this from someone else. Please do not use this service.

Very poor service as I booked the service on 20feb who said there was 90day guarantee. The person who came for the service advised us to clear utensils from kitchen before spraying for cockroach after gel application. There was no response from them when I am calling them that spraying is not done which is utterly disappointing while cockroaches still are lurking in the kitchen. Overall very poor service with a total waste of money. I will definitely not recommend this company.

I paid for a package which suppose to give me guarantee for 6 months. But after first service cockroaches have increased. The executive who did service told me that 2nd round of treatment is needed after 10 days. Now no one answering the phone. Multiple times service is scheduled by customer care executive, but no one is coming for service.

Max pest control has very very poor customer service.they are not at all responsive and highly unprofessional. One need to keep calling them to try and get them to send their team for service for months at end and still nothing happens. Made the mistake of giving them an annual contract. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have 2BHK house in Rajajinagar, we were troubled by the cockroaches in our Kitchen and gradually it spreaded all over house. So, on my friends reference, I met Max Pest Control Service. They guaranteed for the permanent solution at the best expected price. They visited our house and sprayed the solution. Its been 3 months now, cockroaches completely disappeared. Happy with their service.

I was searching for the best pest control service provider. I saw this company when I came around in Rajajinagar. They gave a solution for the rats problem for our commercial space. As promised initially, they treated it well with 99% results. I highly recommend them.

We had a termite problem in our storage room. I approached them through reference. Their pesticides can cure the problem and also at reasonable price.
Now, its been 2 months now, we are not facing any problem again.

Staffs are very polite and responded well when I went to their office. Later on, sometimes they didn't respond to my calls but they made sure they called me back to address the query.
But there treatment are more effective than any other pest control service providers in Bangalore.
My small advice is to Improve on attending the calls.

I have a small garden in our house where the woods in the garden was attacked by termites.
Max pest controllers came and sprayed all over garden. No more termites now.

Ours is 1BHK house, we had too many crockroaches in the kitchen. These guys came and sprayed the entire house. Its been 25 Days now, there is no cockroaches in our house. Good service.

Very responsive and they give prompt solutions to all the insects problem. There was many Cockroaches in our house and in the office too. I got relieved from the problem after they treated it.

Took their service for mosquitoes problem. My house is surrounded by the empty sites where they have dumped some trees and few garbage, due to it my family suffered from mosquitoes problem after evening. This company took the contract and sprayed the pesticides, its been one month now there is no mosquitoes problem at all and it didn't even reoccur. Bestest service at affordable cost.
