Not a very fancy menu. Average kind of English breakfast served but charges are sky high. Service was not up to the mark. Cutleries are not clean. Ambience was good. Street parking is available only for 2 wheelers.

1. Hardly any options in the menu.
2. Lots of cockroaches on and around the table.
3. No soap in the washroom.

To start with, this tiny cute cafe is located in Koramangala 7th Block and very near to Forum Mall. Their USP basically lies in unique imported coffee flavors and All day breakfasts.

So, considering that, we basically thought of exploring the entire menu. Started with coffee and shakes, coffees with that roasty aroma, were very much flavorful and refreshing whereas the Blueberry shake can be bettered, not that great honestly.

Coming to all day breakfasts, we tried The English Breakfast platter, The Royal English Breakfast platter and The Maxpresso Meaty Breakfast platter. And trust me, they were all equally good, very much healthy and filling. Their content included poached eggs, bacon strips, chicken salamis and sausages, mashed potatoes, baked beans, breads and a glass of fresh pomegranate juice.

We also tried the Banana Strawberry Waffle and that did not go well with me because of the hard base but the Nutella Crepe was nice.

Prices are okay based on the quantity and quality they offer, reasonable with regard to that.

The ambiance is pretty bright and lively with impeccable service and courteous staff.

Visited this cafe on a Sunday evening for a food tasting session. It's a small cafe to hangout located beside A2B restaurant. A cafe dearly named after the owner's loyal dog Max and their story beautifully hand painted on the wall. This place is a special delight for coffee and book lovers. They have amazing options of expresso and they have book shelves with a variety of novels, newspapers and magazines.

Beverages: In beverages, I ordered for the hazelnut expresso, it was a mug of strong expresso with a nice hazelnut flavour and it had a peacock designed with the cream.

Food: For starters, I tried the Crispy Prawns which was nice and crisp served with Salsa and Cheesy dips. From the Mug-O-Bites, I tried the Paneer-o-mug which is served with two slices of garlic bread. The paneer was slightly stir fried and the dish so cheesy any cheese lover would fall for it.
For the main course, I tried their continental which had a twist. The peri-peri chicken steak was served with sauted vegetables, herbed potatoes, boiled egg and two slices of garlic bread. The peri-peri sauce, I felt could have been a little more spicy as the flavour was lacking somewhere. I also tried the Stir Fried Fish fillets in cranberry sauce which was served with mashed potatoes, boiled egg and two slices of garlic bread. I did not get much of a cranberry sauce flavour but the fish was fresh and really well cooked.

Dessert: Tried the eggless Chocolate brownie in hot chocolate sauce served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The plating was very pretty, the brownie was soft and the combination was a treat to the sweet tooth.

Their service was prompt and the staff were very warm, humble and friendly. And this place is definitely value for money. Would like to visit back soon.
