Mayura Sagar Restaurant

These people deflated my friend's bike's tires when his bike was parked on the opposite side and he went to eat somewhere else. That is not their property and they cannot do that. One other bike parked there's bike tires were deflated. Don't go to eat there to fuel this behaviour. Byad people.

A few months back, the food was good and the cost was afforable. But now it's not good. Quality and taste got vanished.

My friend parked his bike in the road next mayura, it was no way causing any harm to Mayura restaurant (it was parked on the side of a road, and road was not even slightly blocked). We had food from Rameshwaram cafe. Out pure jealousy, the hotel owners deflated both the types. Please avoid this restaurant if possible, I don't know how else would these pathetic people learn.

The restaurant owners damaged my friend's bike tyres, even though he had not parked the bike on their property. It's surprising that such bad behaviour still happens. These actions of the restaurant owners are truly disgraceful.

These people deflated both of my bike tyres while parked on the opposite side of the restaurant on a slab, which is not even their property. Not just mine but to one another bike as well. They are behaving like they own entire karnataka. This behavior needs some schooling to be done. These people shouldn't be allowed to serve food. Adding photo for reach.

It's a nice and cost friendly place to have food everyday
With personal experience I have tried a lot of dishes as I live nearby.
1) South Indian meals is 5
2) North Indian meals is 5
3) pulihogra/ pulihora is 1 (the ornage and tamarind one it was too much thick)
4) puri is 5
5) coffee is 5 for what we are paying it's 15rs
6) vada here is awesome
7) love the chutneys they give in this
8) masala dosa / plain dosa is almost same cost as well and they are good with a bit of oil
9) must try the Gobi Manchurian it's really awesome 10
10) Veg biryani is okayish I don't like it
11) Dal kichdi is too much you naynot be able to eat it I didn't like it soo much i give it 2 star
12) pav bhaji is okayy 4
13) paneer noodles 4
14) Grape juice 4

Very rude staff and they don't hesitate to serve the customer spoilt or stale food. If you question they straight away come to fight. Not a customer friendly place. I can't comment on taste because I was fed stale food and it obviously wasn't tasty.

After renovation though looks of restaurant changed to a better look however, taste is deteriorated. Used to travel 10KM to enjoy Ghee Roast Dosa served here, now it's just waste of money and time both. Coffee served here is one of the good one in nearby surrounding.

Service is very bad.
Parcel charge is too high.
They are laughing at us, if we get our own carry box for parcel.
Putting more oil on biriyani. Even if we ask to put less oil.
Cost is little high.
Red chutney is not available always.

The restaurant has very good ambience clean tables and other infrastructure.the food is very tasty we have masala dosa Rava Dosa idli sambar Puri ice cream all kinds of chats/Tea also available.rates are very reasonable.must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It is a place where u get food to eat and food quality is best but prices are little high compared to quantity what they will give

One of the best Udupi restaurants I have had food at. They have a big menu and most of the food is well done. Good ones are dosas, bonda soup, cheese dosa, mini idli. Chaats are not great though. Another minus point is that there is no 4 wheeler parking available.

Good place to have breakfast and snacks. Cleanliness is maintained. Only drawbacks are self service and there are less number of tables to sit.

Place is clean. Sitting arrangements are good. Hygiene is maintained. Food is of good quality and fresh. North meal thali (90 INR) is available too

Best South Indian restaurant around Kundalahalli colony. Courteous staff. Open Kitchen. An upscale place, crowded most of the times.

Really a good place for quality food and light for the pocket. Food comes within the range and quality is to the next level. They've been maintaining the same from years, mayura sugar is a unique one. Its set dosa, Neer dosa and other dosa items are recommended the most. Icecreams and juice come in less than 50 bucks and thats really great thing in bnglr!

Nice place to visit at any time. You can go with ur family, frnds or couple also. Simple place with lots of food choices. People like to come here at morning for tea and breakfast. Over all good place for food and good costs.

The ambience improved a lot and it's really good however the taste used to be lot better earlier (curry/sambar/chutney). But definitely a good restaurant to go for.

I like visiting this place not because of south indian food but for north indian food. Just try roti sabzi you'll get to know what i am saying.

13th september morning around 11. I was served poori prepared by a person who has open injury in his fingers and his entire hand is bleeding woth fresh wounds. I realised this only after having the food and accidentally noticed his hand. How come anyone allow injured persons near to kitchen that too with an open wound preparing food. This is unacceptable. I Reported to the management as well i waited few minutes after that to see any change but I dont think anything changed. I will never set my foot in this restaurant ever again.

If you want to have a filling and a pocket friendly South Indian meal, then this is one place to go.
If you are looking to satisfy you're taste buds only, this is not really the place to go but having stuff so, it's not so bad either.

My always to go to place, most affordable prices available in all cuisines. You can always count on this restaurant. Butter paneer masala is must try.

Very very costly. Taste is also not that much great. To this no hotel there is no near by hotel and restaurant. So people needs ro depend on this restaurant. Who serves puri at lunch time in meals!? ! Self service restaurant but costs are still high. Staff is also not responsive.

Great local delicacies. Fast service and all guys have good attitude towards customer. A must visit for go to local food.

Very good eatery considering the variety of items, quality and cost. It's located on the main road just near the kundalahalli bus stop. South Indian, North Indian, snacks and juice are available. Tried dosa and vada and both were good. Restaurants is a self service one. The tea is also good.
Edit 1: Tried roti, kadai paneer, kaju masala, mushroom munchurian, paneer chilly, onion dosa and all were really good.
Edit 2: Do not ever order bhel puri and Pav bhaji here. They suck.

Good pure veg food available, in this locality. They could still improve the quality and price is bit high as it's near IT offices.

One guy who will serve has so much attitude and he don't know how to talk and behave with the customers. I am not against the restaurant and all, But that guy's attitude and behavior towards the customers is very worst. Need to take action on that guy, who don't know how to speak with the customers (I have experienced this around 2-3 times till now)

I thought it's okay anyway he is also for job in the restaurant, but he is like showing more attitude now a days.

As with any other Mayura Sagar in Bangalore this place also offers a wide variety of South Indian quick snacks and Dishes.
Though not so perfect for North Indian dishes. Try their Rava masala dosa. My fav.

Sambhar is too sweet, I don't like it. But this a popular destination here in Kundanhalli area for Breakfast, Tea/Coffee, Dosa n snack lovers.

Overall I would say go try for a large variety and a cool place to hangout with so many North Indians coming their.

Best place to have south Indian food. Very tasty breakfast and lunch. Only veg. All payments are available here. Quick service and busy in the morning hours. Sometimes we will not have place to stand and eat. Parking space is available beside the restaurant.

Love the masala dosa and set dosa. The Channa batura and roti curry at affordable price. You don't have any good restorant at least in 1 km vicinity. Enjoy the food.
