They give you the sauce which is used by others.
I finished eating and the sauce I used they kept it there only instead of cleaning it.

Food quality was not up to the mark. Cost is reasonable but quantity and quality is less. We can’t expect much because this is outer region apart from city. So whatever we will grt we need to eat. No other option.

Extremely bad food.the chicken served had only bones. The paneer was too oily. The lime soda didn't taste like lime.

The place is very welcoming, a go to place, both for quick bites or proper meal, near the National Park.
Mr. Santosh, who served us, was very generous and soulful.
All the dishes - be that Indian gravy, Chinese, chapati or rice based items, withstood the expectations.

The food quantity is very less.
Absolutely no taste.

Hopeless hotel i have ever visited.

One among the few restaurants near national park for dine in or quick meal. The place serves mostly Indian and Chinese cuisine. The taste is average but the service was really nice. The brand has KSTDC tag under it and that's what makes it more welcoming. Try Indian cuisine.

There was insect in my food and they didn't even deduct from the bill neither replaced.

Water also will not be given, and food is also not good, so please don't eat there and regret.

Best for lunchbreak it was good meal.personal preference- all to visit government restorent are guest house and hotel all time best service

*NOT RECOMMENDE, NOT SATISFIED, VERY BAD, VERY WORST* I wanted to give this place a 0 star rating. But there is no option in this. Their food, atmosphere, service everything is bad. The quantity of food is very less. We just finished our lunch here (sorry we and the kids are still hungry) planning to go and eat outside again. We ordered the chicken fried rice but they gave us an egg fried rice and they are not ready to take a return also which is really WORST.

Worst experience. Uncleanliness, I never had this type of food before it seems they are serving old food. Totally waste of money

Need more clean & hygiene. Garden is NC but maintenance is low. Here we prefer veg food.

Visited BNP today with family. The kids really enjoyed the zoo. The queue for safari tickets is very crowded. After visiting the park we can find the restaurant nearby to the bus stop. The service at Mayura restaurant was excellent, the staffs were friendly and the food served was really good. Only disappointemen was the toilets. Management really needs to renovate the toilets for providing good facilities for the public.

Worst restaurant. Please don't go here unless you have no other option to done near Bannerghatta National park/zoo. Pathetic food. Even coffee is not good. Price is also not cheap. Simply, not worth the money. But it is located right opposite to Bannerghatta zoo/Bannerghatta zoo bus depot. However, they maintain a good lawn outside the hotel. Dining is available in open air also in the lawn. Hotel carries the title KSTDC. Not sure how that happened. Don't get carried away by the name. Please avoid!

Personally suggesting to visit there, its great place to roaming around safari and restaurant.

Best experience. Food was good. They have option for both veg and non veg. Non veg food was delicious. Both indoor and outdoor dining options are available. It's very place to chill out with family and friends.

Pathetic service, waited for half n hour no one came for order, went to main counter and placed order, he denied and said will come to table n take order. Finally someone came and told milk is over now. Cant give you tea or coffee. No going to visit ever

The service is too poor and food is toooo very poor. Not at all a good choice to visit this restaurant. Only seating is available indoor and outdoor with lot of mosquitoes and stray dogs. Tasteless and food are not cooked properly. Worst food served here. Actual rating is zero star.

Being a unit of KSTDC (Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation), the prices are reasonable. Food is tasty and ambience is good. Veg and non-veg options are available, staff is also friendly.

This restaurant/Dabba is right opposite to Bannerghatta zoo which was very easily accessible for us. The staff were very friendly and the food tastes really good! Veg, Non veg and Beer combos were available at economic rates. All the Covid protocols were followed. Its an open place to chill out with family and friends.

Great place to eat before and after Banaagatta safari, children friendly (play area) good selection of combo meals, nice place to sit and eat in garden, tasty food and good service. Does not look like Govt run property. Keep up the good work KSTDC.

Very disappointing with the service.
This mayura VANASHREE restaurent make me as non vegetarian within fraction of seconds by giving non veg where it mixed with Gobi and small bone pieces inside the rice.

The food was awesome that u r not able to eat and serving old chapatis in middle of new chapati and one more thing i found cockroach after i was about to finish my food.

Quality of food is not good enough. Service is also slow. There is only 1 waiter who waits all the tables.

It's pure veg and Non veg restaurant maintained by Mayura.

Staff are quite good and responsive.

Coming to main point food quality is good but taste is too bad. Quantity is less and cost is as expensive as in Bangalore city.

Cool drinks, ice creams are available (maybe available not sure).

It's not big restaurant, sitting is available inside and outside the restaurant. Outdoor sitting can experience the mosquito bites.

Restroom is available and cleanliness is ok.

Since less number of restaurant is available nearby zoo so no other options then visiting this restaurant.

Right opposite to Bannerghatta national park entrance. Attracts tourists. Serving alchohol when family crowd is around isn't good. They don't even have a separate section for this. In my last visit saw people walking out as they notice alcohol serving.

Worst restaurant avoid going there, staff is very rough food is pathetic, ordered chicken noodles and they served uncooked tasteless noodles, also there is huge mosquitoes are there when we asked to take some measures they refused and informed nothing they can do.

Opposite to bannerugatta zoo park. Rich crowded place good business chances but not maintain up to the mark.

Such a worst place, very bad service, I ordered 1 biryani they took almost 15 mins to take order, they serve me after 30 mins.they don't even served me 1 glass of water.water was taste of bleaching powder.

In my side in the whole Bangalore i got the most tastiest food in this resturant. Just Loved it.

The below photo is "Chicken Friend Rice" worth Rs130. If you look closely
1) the plate is too small compared to other restaurants
2) It's an Egg fried rice coz instead of chicken it's filled with Egg.
3) GST that they take is random determined by themselves not 2.5% of total amount
4) Worst service I ever had.
5) Glass given for water was not clean
6) Hand wash pipe was not functional
7) Hand wash liquid was full of water

Food served is very little and tasteless.also, it feels like you are being ignored by the waiters

Avoid.poor food, poor service.they ensure you will feel how it is to eat in a hotel run by government.
