Over all treatment is very good awesome doctors and medical team. The issue is with non medical staff and insurance team, my health insurance claim got reject only because for those irresponsible behavior to reply insurance company, fake data provided to insurance company that's the reason my claim got rejected RS: 200000.who ever responsible this amount, very very irresponsible team

Good experience in admission process however please provide screens in twin/ triple sharing wards for the patient’s privacy especially ladies

Was attended quickly. Xray and lab reports were given with half an hour. Doctor gave feedback on the reports.

They won't value for time. Do not believe the words of customer care. Even for the follow up you have to book and prior appointment even though the customer care tell u no need and directly walk on the room.

Care coordinator Ms. Meena at Mazumdar Saw health centre helped throughout our consultation, billing and assistance we needed she was there to assist and helped us which saved our time and effort. Overall good health care centre with everything so well managed which make people easy to come get medication here.

According to Dr. Devi Shetty's advice had been to this hospital for take risk. Like it except those tough attendants. I think they should have little more concern on patients while understanding our request.

Like any other hospital it’s over crowded and you need to have patience when you go to this hospital.

Dr. Rohit Ranade (Gyno Oncologist) & his team specially Dr. James, Sister Elakkana, C Murugesan (Anesthesiologist), Ward Sister Madhumita, Kavitha (Patient Care Coordinator) absolute superb, they connected to us well and gave sufficient time to understand and reply.

Billing personnels & few nurses are too rude.

Except that we are happy with other services.

Dr. Rohit has come to our life as angel of God.

Don’t ask about expenses.

Excellent service in the hospital and great experience with Dr. Rohit Raghunath Ranade Gynaec Oncologist after the surgery patient is doing great. Even all the staffs I would like to thank especially Elakana sister. Thank you all for the support.

I visited this hospital.cordinator was excellent.her knowledge about all the departments was very good. She helped me to get all the medical tests done on time withe excellent doctor treatment

Very poor n pathetic management and no systems.
Although the doctors are ok but management and systems are pathetic.
Waiting time is of more then 3+ hrs even after taking prior appointments for testing and consultations aswell.
No prior intimation to patients if it got canceled or delayed.
Need to improve the systems as we are paying a lot to them.
Not recommended as its checking the patience level of the patients.

Wrost hospital caz they are money hungry doctors and management.the doctors are not doctors they are killer.

We visited the Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center for a lump surgery for my mother. We were amazed at how communicative, kind and considerate Dr. Suman MB, Dr. Anand and the entire team were. Dr. Suman regularly stayed in touch with us through Whatsapp, was available (despite his very busy schedule) for quick medical inquiries and went a distance even during surgery to ensure my mother was comfortable. We know these practices are not necessarily reinforced in medical schools but is, for patients and their families, the most direct way in which they experience health care. It made our usually anxious and unpleasant medical experience very calming and reassuring.

The only suggestion is: be prepared for the running around the hospital management makes you do for billing and more.

Maps are taking you to dead ends. Hard to find restroom. Have to from 6th floor to ground or basement to find a restroom. Even staffs are unaware.
Management need to think in perspective if patient.

Doctors are good, but the rates of some of the procedures have gone up substantially. Charges of some of the procedures have doubled in last 2-3 years. Also consultation charges have gone up

Pathetic doctors.worse staffs.they have target to kill people by putting them forcibly on ventilator. Dr Vikram hood leader of the prime. Never ever visit this hospital. No matter how critical it is.they are theifs. Not doctors or care takers.

Very high cost for investigation/lab/procedure. Staff's are trained to handle corporate people, off

I am writing this feedback to suggest about improving the administration.

Two days I was hospitalised and I had a good medical treatment. But on reviewing the payments I discovered that I was charged for one thermometer which the nurses nor the doctor used for me. I assume somebody would have stolen the thermometer for selling it outside.

I request the administration to hand over such items to the patient while discharging.

Average experience. Unnecessary wait time during pandemic time and money minded business. I simply don't understand where will people park their vehicle when they visit NH. The charges of parking are high compared to zero facilities at parking. Ideally parking should be free if someone has consultation papers however money minded people won't understand middle class pain. Billing person are so lazy that they take 10-15 minutes for one billing of consultation. NH should value time of people else it will loose it's importance in this fast track world.

Very worst management and the doctors are also very careless, I'm personally saying if you enter into the hospital once, the doctors will research you or you're loved once, simply they do so many tests and experiments as like our school and college days lab tests and finally they make your wallet empty and make the patient die. Very worst management and the Chairman is the money-minded person. Please save you're loved once there are thousands of hospitals in India the Narayana health center is scrap and the doctors also don't have any courtesy mostly all the department have only two are three doctors are experienced and the remaining are all freshers and they don't know anything simply they all come for rounds every day and they read about the patient's history to give viva to the senior doctors when they are at ward rounds.

The important thing doesn’t enclose your insurance limit if they know how much is the insurance limit, they completely wipeout if the patent condition is bad and if they believe the patient is not going to survey, so they will put drama there and they shift the patent to the ICE ward and they charge like anything until it touches the insurance limit, even you can see all over the campus everyone of the employee's faces looks like the chain snatchers (Security, canteen staffs, vehicle parking staffs, admin peoples, floor managers, security managers, emergency department peoples, billing team, MOD department, scan section staff nurses, medical department peoples, ambulance department, etc. ….)

My rating to MSMC is '0' Zero, since we don't have 0 rating option here.

Very bad experience.we had took appointment of dr.rohit ranade, gynocologist.we came last week to visit doctor.he askd to show the report.just to show report we had to pay pay again consultation fees.everytime u visit doctor u have to pay.its very rude.if u r already consulting the doctor, the second meet should be free.every hospital it is free.except this mazumdar hospital.nd very rude staff

Very bad response no proper information.slow in process to get the required information and doctor consultation.please don't visit here try some good hospital.expensive for op and employees are very rude no patience to answer the patients queries.have to wait for so long even though no use I request the management and doctors please speed the work and understand the patients situation and think in their perspective as well.

Its like a government hospital zero coordination between facilities and staff just care about their responsibilities not about the patients

The worst money minded hospital you can come across. They force you to take 5 day packages even if you Don’t need it and then they discharge you in 2 days.

They first enquire if you have medical insurance or not and then their billing starts. Please don’t disclose your insurance limit or else they will try to bill for the entire sum insured, they did that to me.

Ward nurses are all freshers and lack any experience whatsoever, they forget to give patients medications on time and this was experienced by a lot of other patients in our ward.

Note: The Doctors are really good and you need to only visit this hospital for them. The rest is a total nightmare. The management acts like they are doing you a favour by admitting you.

Please stay away from this hospital because they are many good ones out there. From my personal experience.

If there was a option for zero star, i would love to provide you that. This is the most pathetic money minded hospital u can ever find.
Beacuse of gastric emergency we went to emergency at night and was advised to vist the doctor at the opd in the morning. But while waiting the pain started and i asked to lets ys meet the doctor cause someone is suffering so give us the priority. What they said is sir there is a line if there is pain thn go to emergency. Now tell me when this Endless loops was gonna end. We have acidity problem and to get chckd we have to stay empty stomach. And for acidity patients its recommend to eat timely. So in short to get well here u might die too. So come at your own risk
