Had a bad experience at this place with some wool kind of thread peeped into my chicken. The staff immediately reacted and offered me a replacement but honestly felt not up to the standards!

It's literally a textbook definition of ok. It's expensive and not very tasty. Not filling either. I sometimes wonder. Why exist, McDonald's?

Aweful environment, leftovers were not cleared immediately. It took 20 minutes instead of mentioned 5 minutes for takeaway. Takeaway didn't had tissues, ketchups and mayonnaise.

This McDonald's I visited were taking all the covid safety measures and precautions.
They offered takeaway as well as sitting areas.
The McDonald's has three different sitting area, a normal inside area, one lounge type area and an open area to sit so there is plenty space of to sit.
They are pretty fast and also have a good system for giving orders on screen
If you are in the mall and want to eat something and enjoy the weather you can do that here.
One more thing that the coffee this.outlet served was really good and was not too hot to drink so you could instantly start drink it.
All in all a good and clean McDonald's outlet.

This place is little smaller than other McD's within the city, however they have outdoor seating available along with the space for parking. Good for a quick bite.

I felt the size of bun and patty was very small! Not sure if it's only abt this outlet! But have been a regular McD customer was so for other outlets! Felt cheated in this store!

Ordered food from this place they accepted ordered made me wait and cancelled the order telling delivery address is out of coverage. Why don't they check the address when they receive order.

One of the worst McDonalds store bcoz of the poor service by staff. U order now it delivers minimum 1 hr to 1 and half hr later.the fries would be dead and soggy, the burgers cold, coke doesnt even taste as coke as they put more ice and in 1 and half hrs since it's just there when coke reaches home nor is there gas in it and the coke taste like water with colour. Not once not twice have I ignored and decided not to complain. But this has gone over board and they need to realise they need to provide gud customer service.

Dear All, it's bit okay kind of place lots of noise seems it's on main highway but if you are passing from here need a quik bite go for it. Lovely food as per your choice they will make bit uncleaned due less staff I feel.but don't apart from sat or sun less traffic. Go with friends or family enjoy your meal for

Food was up to the mark but the restaurant had only one billing counter. We prefer McDonald's for a quick bite, but billing spoiled the party.

Lousy service, cold wedges, and bad mix for coke. Nothing tasted original than the price. Won't go again and won't recommend to any one.

Situated on the road-side near the Hebbal connecting bridge. The best thing is it's having lot of space to sit without much crowd.

Good n best place to hangout with friends.as well family also.gud service and enjoyed well.n had more beautiful experience.

The worst panner Mac veg I ever had here. Go for plane Mac veg meal.never prefer any panner thingy here

Very good place but please check the order before they deliver for take away. They have missed one order last time for my take away

Well known menu in the small Esteem mall. Bit crowded as no other reasonable priced restaurants not available in the nearby areas

No drive thru available here. Parking only for bike behind the building. Seating is small and crowded in evenings.

They have recreated the dishes. The quality has improved sooooo much more now!
But the prices are little high. Like I find it worthless to pay so much for one coffee

The main reason why esteem mall is running is this outlet of mcd.no specialities, normal rush you can expect.

I took fries and softy cone.softy cone cream tastes disgusting, it was routed when asked they came to know. Over all very bad experience.

No AC. Extremely suffocating and uncomfortable place. The staff at counter is untrained. After ordering something he served a different item.

Jus disgusting ppl work have to learn the work first we got burger without patty n second time burger without cheese

Please don't go.just don't.had one of the worst fast food experiences here. They got my order wrong twice. And when I ordered a happy meal.the box was covered in dust and THERE WAS NO TOY! Ordered cream and onion fries and they gave me a peri peri one.and the satchet was OPENED! So disgusting.

Couple of complaints to add:
1. They served coke, but no coke taste, it was 90% water. They take approximately 100 rs for serving cold water? After complaining about this they accepted but all other beverages had same issue, and it was make purposefully to loot customers.
2. When you buy burger they ask, sir 1 cheese or 2 cheese, if you say 1,19rs extra if you say 2,38 rs extra. Again looting people. So you have to say no extra cheese.
3. No regular cleaning. Outside sitting place is not regularly cleaned.

McDonald's has to check this place and review as their brand is at stake.
