Food - burger was ok but the iced coffee made me nauseated.
Service - since it's too crowded, it might get slow
Atmosphere - it's too crowded and noisy

Food wasn't great. The nuggets were chewy, the chocolate milkshake tasted weird and the burgers were not too great. The Maharaja Mac was the best thing I had there. The service was decent and the place looked clean.

Interiors have been redone recently, it seems like, and the place has a fresh look.
Food pricing is on a higher side, and size /quantity is very less for the price that we pay. Even the quality of the food is not worthy of the price they charged. The food itself is a great disappointment.
Takeaway also took a very long time.
Normal veg burger costs 199 which is not even the size of our palm.
The one of the most unhealthy option is the potato fries and Aloo tikki meal with the watery cola, which costs 199 INR plus.
There are no healthy options here, and no choice to switch to something that is less junk and a bit healthier option.

Great service, Meghna is doing a fantastic job ensuring customers are timely served. Plenty of parking space and located very close to Pennya Metro station.

And if u want to change the order even before it is served they wont change atleast the drink

Pls stop poking unnecessarily when we are ordering at the self help kiosk. If we need help we will call you. If we needed your help we would have gone to the billing counter.

Typical McDonald's vibes here, nothing different to write about apart from the expansive parking area they have.

Food is good, however the staff is sluggish, in a drive in they accommodate ppl who walk in for take away order, creating a delay, traffic jam and chaos for those who r in line to order in the car. We waited at the window for 15 mins as a shameless walk in client was contemplating between a mix berry shake and a chocolate shake and the boy at the counter was not bothered by this delay it caused us. I can understand if there are no drive in cars. But when there is a long line of cars is this what the staff does? I hope this incident is taken up by Mac Donald's and the manager of this outlet on tumkur rd NEAR HP PUMP.this took place now at approx 2100 hrs on 25th July 2021. The name of the staff at the counter was Abhilash. I have enclosed receipt of our order too

Great Place To Hang Out As It Is Located In The Prime Area & You Can Easily Have All The Things

Though staff was friendly, however needs improvement in menu choices and display of all products along with price.

Location and parking is good. But once I ordered from uber eats, they accepted but never supplied. Uber actually had to send another guy and he found they had closed and went but did not turn off uber eats. Had to use Zomato.

Never place online order from this outlet, they send incomplete order and dont do anything to resolve it

Authentic taste and also the atmosphere is so good and also highway view is too good staffs were well behaved and mannered service is also fantastic.

Starting from 2010 from a decade old hardcastle owned restaurant. And I think u guys know well about the menu's. Cheers a good hangout beside NH4.

Best service ul ever get from any McDonald's across Bangalore they treat very well and a cashier named brinda (if name is correct on the bill) she is very good in taking orders sometimes if u forget anything to bring to table she will come and offer it up to table there are some flaws here and there but it's fine

Located in good place, foodies not upto the mark, they need to have better service staff, Bill counter staff was bit rude (guy), looks cool

Found dead mosquito full of blood inside the coke. Dear Macdonald, serving this level of unhygienic food to your customers may land them into dangerous diseases and cost you your reputation. One of the worst experiences from such a reputed food chain.

I would have given given 4 stars, but the thing what I faced here is whenever a new employee is been appointed the existing staff need to assist them or give proper training. Today when I went a lady in the got confused the offers which are existing and she was like she went to ask the other staff members.

Very bad. Ordered for a parcel and got it half things ordered. Tried calling them in two phone numbers given in the bill and no response. Please don't go for parcel and if you are doing so please confirm before you leave the shop. No responsibility. Not good at all

Had Average experience here. Although there is ample space and all desired basic amenities, the cold drinks provided with the meal is not cold and without ice.

I don't know.whether it happens with us or everyone.french fries what they serve is not freshly cooked or mixed with precooked

Very old Mc Donald in that area but now food quality is not put the mark specially fingers you can find many green colored fingers.in them.

Kudos to the staff at this outlet. Polite and cheerful with all customers whenever I see them. But the air-conditioning is always kept to a low, and in these summer days it's too hot to eat inside the establishment. I prefer takeaways here.

Was not clean at all, tables n floor every place it was coldrink lying, after asking for cleaning no1 was responding properly.

Worst service ever experienced with McDonald's. They are not even following the standards serving drinks without the cap in the mug and even you ask for it they straight away deny for it. Worst staff attitude. Burger buns were looking they are too old very crampy burger. Drinks were just little less than room temperature. Never experienced this kind of service from McDonald's.

Drive in, take away, nice sitting area as well, ample parking, prominently seen and on the main road
