The burger nowadays became just a patty some onions and the bread. Dry. Rest all were good.

Very spacious. Good ambience. But heavy rush all the time. Need to wait a lot to get our food. Now they are offering whole wheat options also for the burgers. Also combo meal can be customized. The only thing we cant accept is their long waiting time for an order.

Employees service very upsetting, counter person with attitude, not giving the chance to reassure with the order, not being detailed, spoiled mood with tremendously horrible service.

Shift the lady standing next to self order kisok machines somewhere else. She starts behaving arrogant if we use mcd app and offers moreover they don't provide straws with the drink we went and asked each time
However the service is pretty fast

Went there a little early around 11: 30 am and the staff were nowhere ready to serve. All the staff were running around headless like kids, more worried about their own enjoyment than serving customers. Extremely unprofessional. Made me wait for one hour for my coffee order. Isn’t this supposed to me a fast food chain?

I have experienced the most disgusting experience in this branch of mcdonalds. It was monday of auspicious Shavan month and i have ordered for a veg mid meal and they have served us nonveg chicken burger. I mean how they can be this careless. A friend who was with me he even took a bite of that burger. Can’t believe a franchise like mc’d can do this

MacD in Commerical Street, food is as per usual while staff behaviour was very courteous even though they were handling huge rush of people

One of the best mc Donald outlet in bangalore.with very good service, and helpful professional staff.makes it the best place to have fast food in commercial street.table service option is available which is very quick.the taste is all well maintained. Ambience is calm.good for children.to enjoy different varieties of burgers, fries, Mac float and softie is a must have.

The service was pretty nice compared to other McDonald outlets I have been to. Apart from that the food is good. It was not overcrowded.

Worst Mc D burger i have ever had. Even salt proportion was not kept. And above that the counter girl is not even respomding to the queries. She was just trying to push ombo printed on the hand out placed near customer display.

It's a regular McDonald's joint with the regular menu and decent delivery rate. The only problem is that it's quite crammed up. It was barely manageable on a weekday. Better organization of the place might help.
