I'm a dedicated fan of McDonald's, but the cleanliness and operational issues at the Indiranagar branch in Bangalore are unacceptable. Flies, unclean tables, and late AC turn-on have spoiled my experience repeatedly. Despite being a regular, I've seen no improvement. Managers and management failures are evident. I expect McDonald's to uphold its standards. Urgent action is needed, or I'll escalate this matter further.
It's was a very cozy place to just walk in on a rainy evening, right next to the Indira nagar metro station, grab a 50rs mc aloo tikki burger, relax and enjoy the drizzling, looking out at through the front glass facade. Initially, it was difficult to get used to ordering through the digital screen in the front, but they have people to help you out, and it becomes a smooth sail to your food from there!
My favourite economic meal customisation is 50rs mc aloo tikki with a 20rs vanilla softie!
Well, what can one say about McDonald’s is highly unhealthy food. But yes you cannot deny that the French fries are really tasty. Well they are excellent at serving cheap food and making sure everyone’s health is spoilt.
Good place to chill.but can improve by making available order to customer through using various other sound system or digitalisation for ready of order and collect it
One of the best McDonald's in Bangalore according to me. You can order your food on a digital interface and pay there and then. Temperature was checked and sanitizer was provided at entry. Otherwise a pretty standard experience. I got the McAloo Tikki and coke but I'd recommend the McSpicy Burger because it packs a good punch. Some fried chicken will also set your lunch up pretty good. Service was a bit slower than I expected. There is place on the first floor to celebrate your birthday so that's good. Don't forget to take a picture on the bench with Ronald McDonald. Currently roadwork is going on so the entrance was blocked and my friend almost fell at the curb. Be careful about that.
They tried cheating by at this McDonald's. My Coke was converted to some chocolate shake without even informing me, and they provided me with Coke only. And I was charged 60 something for conversion. After I realized that and asked at the counter, the guy told me that meal is only available with this conversion. After some discussion, and talking to the manager of the store, I managed to get my refund
Good place but I guess a lot of things are missing from the menu compared to the previous years, and also number of seats in the ground floor are less compared to before.
The store layout is a bit confusing since the traditional ordering place is stacked in a corner for take out convenience. And the kiosk is front and center the place to pickup orders is all the same makings a crowd
The cleanliness is missing. You have to ask the staff to clean your table from the previous customer else it will be the same while you eat your food. They also have self ordering kiosk which don't accept payment, so you have to order yourself take the printout and go to a counter to make the payment which fails the purpose of having a self ordering kiosk. The food is standard MacD. It's on the main road so is convenient. There is also a burger King nearby which you can try for better service and taste. Will go again for a quick bite of standard MacD food.
Same like regular McDs with sufficient seating capacity, but the worst thing is they don't have parking facility even for bikes. My suggestion is to park your vehicle just behind the metro station opposite to Cafe Coffee Day.
Uniquely Spectacular with Great ambience. One of the best McDonald's outlet in Bangalore so far. Not the biggest although. Great customer service who are by far the most friendly staff at McDonald's I have seen.:)
I ordered masala dosa burger. I did not like it very much plus the chocolate shake they serve was really bad. The ambience is good and the location is great as it is just bear the Indiranagar metro station. Overall it was not a very satisfying experience because of the quality of food, I went there to eat the regular options but they told it is only available post 11 am. Strange thing.
Located right below Indiranagar metro station makes it easy accessible. It has plenty of seating capacity (2 storey). Also self order kiosk are set up to avoid queues. The food is as per McD standards, no disappointment there.
The place is really cool. Very close to Indiranagar metro exit. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I would like to mention a special guy who greets every customer right at the entrance. Only positive vibes in here. Oh and there's a bus stop close by from where the airport buses pass. I think it's called the kfc bus stop
One of the better McD outlets in town. Has a nice ambience and seating facility. Even the location is very convenient, being right opposite to the metro station gate. First floor of the place can be used as a party hall too. Some teenagers hanging out there for hours, like at a cafe, is quite common too.
Dnt go on Sat and Sunday, this people will close coldrinks, and ask us to purchase coffie or some other drinks knowingly as I observed from more than 7 8 week ends
This is one of the big outlet. Went for having a snack. The ambience of the outlet was decent. Cleanliness wasn't good at all. Can see few flies inside the outlet. Many staffs were there but no one keenly interested to clean the tables. Have asked someone to clean the table. Then they cleaned the table. Coming to the food, had Ordered two meals. The taste of food was decent. Presentation of want great. Served at perfect temperature. Efficiency of service was ok. Didn't had a happy dinning
