I have tried chicken burger and spicy chicken burger. The best was Chicken Spicy Burger because the patty was crispy, spicy and delicious. Must try if you want to try something spicy and delicious at the same time.

Great deals and Sivaprasad explained in detail and quite friendly. Very much happy with service and quality.

The French fries were not crispy, felt like prepared long back.
The kids meal gift was a small book, which is not playful for a 5 year old kid.

Worst employee, worst service ever i ordered for a mc chicken and mc maharaja meal they took 10 minutes to give also that RM behavior was rude he is saying that ' if u want the order take otherwise leave the store'

food counter floor.very rude, has no people skills, We were waiting asked us to make a different line after waiting went ahead and started serving others who came after us. When asked her response was rude with hand gesture to wait. Utter nonsense from a person.

Worst experience, multiple times. They don't pick your call and when you escalate and get connected, they say "rider did not come which not our fault". Not sure what type of training the store folks go through before getting hired.

Icecream shop female employee very rude. Right outside the food court. Please give them training on customer service and how to speak or handle people

The worst service ever. And the manager of the mcdonald neighborhood mall is most irresponsible person I have ever seen. First they won't complete the order and 2nd the manager won't receive the call. I guess it's the may how McDonald's has taught them.
And i am not saying it just because it happened once. It had happened like 5 6 times. I like the food but the service is the worst I have seen.

I was fan of McD burger untill today and no more from here.
I had a worst food experience at McD in neighbourhood mall. French fries given by them are really bad. Also I took American pie it had small flys in the glass.

I told this to manager. He said sorry I will change but he did not. Ii will never ever buy from McD here onwards

Writing this just to appreciate Mr. Abhishek for his hospitality and warmth in serving guests. A true asset to this place. The place itself is great for casual eat outs with friends and family. Just stroll in to order from burgers and shakes and enjoy your lazy evening.

The counter executive (female) was very uninterested and dumb. When i asked for McEgg without masala for kids, she didnt agree. It really seemed they added more masala and spices which even adults will feel spicy. Moreover when i ordered chocochip muffin even that was rotten.
For the 1st time a bad experience, specially for kids.

As usual like other McDs. Same menu same price. It is situated in the food court of Forum Neighbourhood mall.

Worst rice bowl, and waste cold coffee, it's been shifted at the top, really broke the trust on food at mc Donald's

Worst worst food serving in morning time, I visit today and ordered for a mcpuff for take away and bring it out side from McDonald in just two minutes, when I open the packet it was like old stock, coz mcpuff was not hot and it was like 1 hr old stock even then didn't re heat it. Such a pathetic food.

Very less options as compared to other McDs. The options were still available on dashboard but when we go to counter, they will say it's not available. Not a one time experience

I dont know what is the problem with these guys. Every single time I order something from this store, they goof up knowingly and cheat. Every time I receive partial items in my order whether i order from Swiggy or Uber Eats. So, now I am convinced that this store is run by fools or dishonest people or both. If you are seeing this Mc Donalds, please do something about it. It is not at all acceptable.

This store doesn't have efficient staff. They try to come up with stupid reason for their mistakes. They charged me twice for an order and made me to visit their store twice for the refund. I had twice such experience.

Dangerous experience! I I was in whitefiledwfirum maill mc'd on Saturday with family.we got 2 soft cones which had some offer as well 2 for RS 23 or 27 don't remember exactly.while having it I felt a burning sensation in my toungue tip. I shared it with my husband.both my husband and daughter did not feel.so I was thinking it was due to something else.after sometime my kid started telling that her stomach is pain. I initially thought it may be of gas.but in midnight she got her stomach upset and had loose motion.my stomach also got upset early in the morning and had diarrohea few times.the dangerous part was I am 5 months carrying, so was really worried, hoping it did not cause anything bad.not sure to save money what these guys put in it or if it was prepared in some unhygenic condition. I will not prefer having anything from this place now on.

The french had a very bitter taste to them (probably because of the old oil they use for deep frying)

We ordered through swiggy. First time we got wrong order. Then the same order was placed again. Nearly after 2 hours we got the correct order, in which chicken in the burger was not cooked properly. That's disgusting.

Good one as always for some western food.the management of this particular branch wasnt good.rude staff.make sure they give the right quantity of desert.sometimes they give way lesser quantity.

Fries were nt fried.soft half cooked.burger was nt cooked.colddrink was like sugar water not cold at all.one of the worst experience dont go for this one.

After a long time tried the McDonald’s burgers. With no lunch at around 4pm, this was the best place and option for a quick bite and take away. Ordered the American Cheese Supreme Veg and the Chicken Maharaja Mac. Quite filling, yummy and delicious too. Service was quick too.

Place is not clean and full of mosquito and flies! Only place where you can find mosquito + burger Fries + Flies! When asked the manager he gives lame answer and excuses!

It is the usual affair here, and they stick to their usual standards. For the days when you just want to grab a quick bite.

Worst service. No cleaning stuff. Takes almost 20 mins after a order is given. Employees don't know how to handle crowd.

The meat they serve is not halal! I went there 2 days back. I asked the guys in the counter for halal certificate.they said it is halal and certificate is inside.i asked to capture a photo and show it to me.one guy he went inside stating he will bring and never came back.an another guy came and said the RM is not there he has the key of some locker.so we cannot show it. Worst behavior ever! If you dont have say no. Halal certificate is to display for customers not to keep inside locker!

Very bad delivery service considering McD's status. Everytime something will be wrong, this time the meal was delivered late, Fries were not even at eatable condition we had to throw it and on top of that 2 items were missing. How hard is to pack a few items properly? The customer care person said sorry for inconvenience we are sending missing items, but what's the point? Should I take my dinner half now and half later? If any McD employee is reading please know that taking feedbacks are not enough, you have to improve on basis of feedbacks. I am not ordering from this place again! And if anyone is please check your items before paying.

Stay Away! - burnt & stale food. The burger was stinky and burnt and tastes bad. DONT GO - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOOD.

Very poor Service, , every time i visit, Quality of food they provide is worst, Ordering their Premium Burger you get 75% bun and 25% Chicken, , This has happened to me multiple times, When ever i order. No fillings inside. They make food as if they are giving it for free, they dont know how to interact with Customers They dont have answers to any questions asked, even road side eateries know how to behave themselves in front of customers, , Card machines will not be working most of the time, Will neve visit this branch,
