I tried calling them many times no response if they pick also they say be on the line or put the call on hold then disconnect its very emergency I need to take scan for my one month baby doc ref this scan center because of that only I am reaching this center otherwise gone for some other good centers Clumax very bab service not responding

in case of full body checkup, you will need to visit the clinic once in morning, once in noon and once in evening

Loved the service to detail. Especially Gowramma from the CT and MRI department. Who made me feel very comfortable and calm throughout the process. A big shout out to the the team at Medall Clumax

Been here recently for a health check up. The sample collection was all done quickly and the premises is clean. They don’t have an eye clinic in-house and have a tie up with an optics centre nearby (transport in Medall Omni ambulance) which demanded review immediately after the check (this should be left to individual choice whether to review or not). The last set of test to check BP, height and weight took 30 mins and could have been done quicker.

I had a very bad experience in this centre.
I have done HSG test last week.

Total 5 persons was inside the X Ray room, including radiologist, 3 staff, 1 cleaning staff. I dnt know for what purpose she was inside the room. Usually when we are taking an XRAY, only 1 person will be there and light will be off. They behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. I was not informed what was to be done before the procedure. Usually radiologist will explain the procedure, but here cleaning staff explained the same. Radiologist was constantly shouting and blaming to me when I screamed due to pain (even after 2 pain killer injections). Seems like they were in a hurry to finish off than focusing on doing it correctly.

Overall it was nightmare for me. I will not recommend anyone to go for HSG test there.

I was delighted today at the service I received here today. They were understanding and caring and willing to help and it made a great difference to the overall experience of being here. Thank you.

Apathetic. I was here at 5pm on 28th Aug and the building was empty. I walked in and everything was open including private reports and lab equipment.
Security was non existant and after waiting for 30 still no one turned up. There was a crowd of patients waiting to consult or collect reports but no one came. The security tired by all the crowd complaining had to close the building. Technicians and doctors come and go at their own times. Lab tests take far too long. I don't think I'll ever come back to this place again. There are multiple diagnostic centers to choose from anyway. They haven't even uploaded the reports anywhere as promised

Billing reception and reports have been integrated causing delays for simple queries. Rude receptionist, this Clumax has seen better management.

Pathetic service, just because of corporate tie up ended here. Should have opted for other diagnostic. No rules, no policies simply they are operating and surviving complete harrasment. Eyes checkup they conduct I roadside shop as they don't have facility.
Should have given 0 Zero Star

Sunday the blood samples need be taken at 6: 30am. Cluemax Thippasandra opens at 630am as per the boards. But today till 7: 05am except few lab assistants no one there in the reception to collect the payments. Reception team not ready to accept they came late. Very poor management.

One of worst places to visit if you have any medical need. Please do not make the mistake of going to this clinic for any tests. I visited for my wife NT scan doctor didn't checked with 30 sec generated report like babay heart beat stoped since 1months then i went to other clinic they said everything is fine

Pathetic sevice. I went for corporate health checkup but they are simply irritating and does not value time.struggled to get all the test done and collecting report is another challenge. Finally I gave up as they could not arrange doctor consultation even after taking appointment

The people in the reception and entire staff are very rude. Hopeless behavior. They do not know how to behave with the patients coming for test. Management please train the receptionist and the staff on how to behave with people.

Pathetic experience in reception, the reception tries to do 3 things at a time, ended up waiting was over half an hour just to book the tests

Please do not get a health checkup here. Worst service ever! Never had to run around so much, with everyone telling you hundred different things. Its chaotic and you do not want to put yourself through this pressure.

Most horrible services, the receptionist was so pathetic in helping out, they were just wasting our time and made us wait for 30 min just for an equiry and no line is followed. This hospital is so unhygienic too.

Probably the worst centre, if you are expecting your work to be done on time then this is not the place, takes ages for them to even register and bill, after going I noticed the reviews wherein ppl have complaint about waiting time which is true. Not sure why this centre is not organized.

Appointment system at the billing counter is worst. They don't no how to monitor. Management should improve it by giving token system and need more employees to attend the patient needs regarding Appointments. As I seen many aged ppl comes for their fasting sugar test how long they wait? They tells first comes first but its not manged as told. I request management to look in to it and slove ASAP.

I’ve been coming g here from a long time but whenever I come they make me wait for long time to give blood test even to collect reports they make us wait and very very slow in billing
People here don’t even understand

Extremely inefficient place. No point of taking an appointment (even for corporate check-up) as they will make you wait along with walk-ins anyway. Long queues and when you reach the counter, they will tell you that you have to fill some form and come back or that they're accepting only cash. Nobody takes any accountability.

Also for eye check, you have to go to some eyewear shop in the area that they have tied up with and come back with the report.the staff was not aware of the shop name either, made us wait for their ambulance to take us there and back.

Did not receive my reports as per the timeline they told me.when I called them they said that the reports are ready and they've sent it to Medi-assist, so I asked them to send me a copy of it as well and they said they have no access to it and I can come collect hard copy instead or call Medi-assist and take it from them. How can you not have access to reports when you yourself have sent it to Medi-assist?

Disappointing service.

We are done the test before 3 days but still didn't get the report along with food handlers certificate i called customer care but i didn't get response properly suddenly on the call only disconnected very poor worst service but amount only taken properly?

It's a very good experience. Gowramma, Sunil, Harsha They All're very helpful and compassionate during my entire MRI.

Please avoid any pregnancy related test here. They claim they have facility but actually they don't. Pregnancy is a crucial factor.take it seriously.

Wonderfull experience in medall. CT amd MRI staffs are so helpfull. Mr Harsha, ranjith sistet devamma, abhilasha, gowaramma are good professional.

X ray machine has not been working for weeks! They sell packages with xray and redirect to another lab. Highly unprofessional.

Went for ECG and USG test. The process went very smooth. Staff employees were very punctual. Got the process done within an hour. Got the reports within 3 hours.

Fraud Alert: As a part of pre-employment check, i visited this centre to get my blood tests done, when i asked for the report, the concerned person said that the report was confidential and would be shared with ekincare and employer.

After 2 days when i downloaded the report on the ekincare app, i was shocked to see 2 reports with same name and signed by 2 different doctos of Medall. Both the blood sample readings were not mine

This is highly unacceptable and must be punished by the law!

Worst Spine MRI scanning report by Dr. H. K. Anand. He dint diagnose the L4 L5 disc bulge and I had to suffer for 6 months until i got another MRI done at different place. Such irresponsible Doctors are to be banned.

Rude staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place, very rude staff, not the doctors but the management staff, the receptionist, Im giving 1 star coz if I don't thn I won't be able to write the review and this diagnostic center doesn't deserve a single star

Such big network of diagnostic cetres but do not have facility to provide e-file of an X ray report.

This is one of the stupid medical center who provides wrong information. I had visited to their New Tippasandra branch to check are they ICMR approved lab to provide RT PCR test for international travel. The fool who sits in front end desk told me yes they are and as it was around 8PM they asked me to come next day but luckily later I found their branch which is in New Tippasandra is not an ICMR approved lab. There are only two ICMR approved labs I could find around my place in Indiranagar - Lotus Diagnostic Centre and The Gene Lab (Clinical Diagnostic Lab By Clevergene).

Tried calling from morning till evening Whole day the customer service is busy. Don't konw with whom they are busy with. Wrost

Cashier Preetha. R and her colleague not explained Follicular study package in a clear manner and when I requested Preetha. R, what is the difference between 1100 Rs Single day cost and 1400 Rs Package cost.
Then She spoke to me very rude. If She simply told that if I go in 1400 Rs Package so 3 visit will be free for you, But Preetha. R not Cleared me this. Please teach your staff how to behave your customer/Patient. Again, I repeat Preetha. R must learn some manners.

Today morning at 7, I went for scan for daughter, 2nd floor receptionist was very rude, doesn't know to handle patiently, she was busy talking on her mobile about her family issue, in the scan room there is no proper tissue to wip

Rude and uninformed staff, randomly changed their timings for PCR-RT test to 9-10am, one has to go there to know that as it's just written on a paper sheet taped at the entrance of the premise.
The premise itself is quite clustered and not the cleanest, it all looks disorganized.
It anyway took 30-40min of on and off phone conversations for the lab staff to confirm they would anyway not be able to deliver COVID test results by May1st in spite of a sampling done on 29th.
Would really not recommend.

Totally waste.not getting proper response.cheating fellow's.on 20th we given covid test.still we didn't receive our covid test report. Please don't go to clumax.

Very worst experience ever I faced. Rude staff. No receptionist, techicions are acting as receptionist. No value for booking appointments. No professional behaviour.

Not sure why doctors are suggesting this lab, might be because of commission.

Cheap people and no common sense -> I had taken my wife here for ultrasound scan. Male doctor was available, we were okay to take scan. Doctor was good, no issues with doctor, while He was scanning, I was also there.

Suddenly one of the male staff entered the room and started discussing with doctor while eyeing on my wife. After some time, we objected his presence, then He went out. This is really very bad thing, and no manners. We shared this feedback with Clumax feedback form.

Worst diagnostic center. Please don’t visit by hearing name of this. May be in other area it is good but here it’s worst. No proper report will be given and also waiting time will be more than 2 hours.

Careless people these people are not fit for running diagnostic center.they misplaced the samples.after 4 to 5 days they say new sample is needed.very diffcult to trust report also.please be careful.

Went here to get a full body check-up done.
There are barely 2-3 people doing various tests running around different rooms. Waiting period of at least 1-2 hours between each test. While the tests took only 3-5 mins each to do.
There weren't enough staff to take care and the whole set up is very unorganised.

Very bad service bcoz we came morning by 9: 48am first they said u go to 1st floor OK we went there after that they said go to 3rd floor again 2nd floor only, we are just roaming only after that reception lady talking very rude and nonsense. She don't no how to talk with customer

Very Poor. I am totally disappointed for poorly managing my appointment for home collection two times in a row. I had called many times to ensure someone comes on time as my parents who were also getting their tests were senior citizens and diabetic. In of an assurance that was given that the second time it would not be repeated, it unfortunately still happened.

I had my husband's check up and the lady informed a ward boy shabir to get water. This man was busy on his personal call. They have no sense that patient is waiting and it can be absolute urgent. Such carelessness. Doctors are not available for reports for that day and made to wait. Can't they inform us prior so that we can try else where. People working here are roaming without mask.

Gave for cbc test (blood count test), waited for more than 24hrs still pending. They says to wait one more day to collect it. Very worst management and the staff doesnt even wear the safety kits like Mask and Glove. When we queationed the lady incharge says " Corona and all over " what a pitty. Guys beware of this CLUMAX. There are many diagnostic centre across bangalore which is cheap and best.
