Unqualified confused staff, very slow service. They don’t know what they are supposed to do. Please go elsewhere. Don’t go here.

There is no synchronisation between doctors and staff. Service is very pathetic and waiting time is more. Staffs behaviour is arrogant.

All the receptionist are very friendly specially Asha and guiding me with all type of queries.

Worst testing agency in Bengaluru.
Response of Receptionists too late and time consuming. They keep on seeing phones and ask customer to wait for 15 minutes to 30 minutes even you are single customer in whole Hospital than also it’s same attitude.
The great doctor again take 2 hrs to call and do the scanning.
Once scanning is done they taken another 2 hours for giving report. The scanning centre is empty still these employees and doctors attitude is miserable and horrible

Service is excellent. My mother all the tests has been completed on time.

We got CT reports and radiologist spoken to our refferal doctor they done two extra Sequences without any cost.

If you are looking for CT and MRI test Medall is the best option

One of the most unprofessional diagnostic center I have ever come across, the staffs are so lost, the tests were done so quickly, not sure if its correct, the reports never came, though appointment was taken the doctor was not available to do pap smear. Please don't go to this place.

The nurses-Rajeswari and Kavitha have been commendable in their services offered to me. They made me feel so at ease and were very patient each time I visited this diagnostic. They deserve a huge applaud for being so professional

Had a premium health checkup scheduled for a weekend and expecting a higher footfall, i rchd the place at 7.30.the place is grossly mismanaged, lesser staff and the queue for ultrasound was much similar to a festive market- the reason, doctor being late. Pulmonary function test was worser.it's not a common test and therefore no dedicated technician. Had to wait 2 hour for a single test and the technician could not login to the application for a long time.exhauated after a long day, was informed that pft is not working and had to come another day- all this hassle after booking for the tests a week prior very bad experience

Had been to Anandnagar centre. So convenient and excellent service by the staff. Recommending people around the area to use this facility.

No corodination here, complete waste of time, staff are busy in there on own world, need to go and follow

Very bad experience, came for multiple checks. First impression was good, staff appeared friendly but later found out there is lack of coordination among staff. No proper communication. They will give you one time slot and ask to wait, wait and wait… I waited for 2 hours for 5 mins scan.

The staff will follow up with you via call some time before your scheduled appointment time and make sure they know you are going to be there at the time decided. Since you are there, they make you fill in details and wait for an hour or two or more than your scheduled time with no communication. No respect for time of patients who have booked in advance.

Worst response from hospital, nobody picks the call even after calling more then 20times, how we can expect good results from this lab, I will inform my corporate not to recommend this to me for next time.

I booked a health checkup package and arrived at 8: 15 am at the center where the technician drew the blood. And the staff made me wait till 10: 30 am for the next set of tests. The lab didn’t look operational at all, XRay equipment was not functional. The center didn’t have a dentist nor an opthalmologist. They asked me to visit an optician near by to check my eyes. I wanted a TMT they pushed me to do an Echo instead, stating a tread mill test has a weight restriction.

If the center is not equipped, I request them not to offer the related services or at least inform the one availing the services.

MRI sevice is very neat ame clean mybparents MRI done on time minimum waiting time. Reports also delivered in half an hour. Because of this i can able to show it to doctor same day. Thanks for helping

Horrible service. No proper management and no coordination between departments in centre. One ultrasound scanning took 1 hour no one was there to call patient for scanning. Even 1 star is waste for this diagnositic centre. Now we doubt how and when the report will be given. As per list of tests they have mentioned dental consultation as part of their service but no doctor and they say they dont have dentist. Ultra sound Dr. Says to stop Echo then only he will carry out ultra sound scanning. This shows clearly there is a internal dispute between Drs.and staff in each department. This is good for nothing except taking blood sample for sugar checkup. TMT and echo to be done but they say it either the one they will do. If you ask particularly for TMT they said it will take lot of time i doubtther is no staff to conduct TMT. Whereas previous year we have got done both as annual health checkup.

In this centre Doctor Yoshoda has to maintain the TIME. No bady will for testing 2 hours. It's too BAD

They gave me an appointment for the tests at 8AM. After visiting the center they are saying they can’t do it now come in the afternoon. Unprofessional staff.

My experience is very bad. I went for full body check. After visit to centre people who is working in reception is not aware whether the services is there are not. After waiting for half hour, people came back and told that doctor is not available. Worst service, post that again I went to take x ray again they told that service is not there in ground receptionist didn't mention any thing.waste of time to roam here and there for rest service again I need to visit the place.waste of time they should value the people time.

A good facility for undergoing medical tests and health check up. Asha has been very helpful. Due to the delay, I found abdomen scanning a bit troublesome.

Guys it's totally waste. Please don't visit here. They charged too much for few samples with free doctor consultation, later they told that doctor will call through telephone and advice. It's been 3 weeks till they never contacted.waste of time engery money!

They will give report at there own wish. No proper response from support as well. Also they do not know how to do blood test, if you are reading this, please go to some other branch or any center.

Staffs are polite, Doctors and nurses are polite. My only problem here was waiting time. It's literally too much. I went around 10.30, after scanning came out at 5.but scanning was detail, she took a lot of time to scan, which gave me satisfaction. Explained and showed me each and every parts of baby.

All teste completed on time. MRI and other blood test repoorts i have received in two hours. Dr nitash has done very good job as my father worried about mri she has apoke with my father in local langage after that my father happy and did the scanning
