Generally prompt, sensitive and responsive when you are visiting early in the morning, becomes a bit chaotic if one reaches later in the day

Shortage of staff! Though the patients were less, it took more than 2.5 hours of waiting for a scan.with only 4 patients ahead of us.
The toilets aren't well kept, the whole floor stinks.

It was one of the most pathetic experience of my life no body was there till 9.30 and they have started giving appointment from 8 O, clock in morning also no one was present to attend any patients. Very less staff and they were just busy to take payments from people and send to upper floors where no one was present to attend them.

Worst place.had a very bad experience never should go for any test here.irresponsible staff.

This is an extremely pathetic laboratory. They never give reports in the promised time, even during emergency. Patients are requested not yo visit this laboratory. And that so in efficient, I am sure they will also not give the right results. Worst worst experience

Patients waiting time is more especially for kids while fasting, because kids won't resist fasting scan or blood check up. They become dull and tired. Receptionist at ground floor in jayanagar should respond properly should not be careless but other Receptionists are good here. Overall nice experience.

Went here for a blood test. Felt a tad costly but streamlined process and efficient empathetic staff.
The Basavana (hope the spelling is correct.) Is the lady nurse who drew blood. She has very light hands and kept explaining me the process as and when. So a big thanks to her.

Worst and poor management. Visited here for Health checkup for parents, but experience we went through was horrible. One has to be mentally prepared to wait for one full day to undergo all the tests, be it the test takes not more than 15 mins. 90% of our time goes in waiting. I recommend never visiting this diagnostic center.

Wait time is 2 hours even if you want just one test like only mamogram. When I called their helpline, I asked for a mamogram appointment and was given one at 10am. But when I arrive here at 10 am they inform me that there is no appointment concept and I had to wait till 12: 15 for the mamogram as it is just first come first serve basis. This doesn't make sense. So I have to come at 7 in the morning to get mamogram at 10 or come at 10 and get it at 12. Management of clumax, please look into this broken process

Overall it’s ok
Feedback- Me and my family member did the billing together and submitted the sample collection request form in the lab in 2nd floor at the same time. My family member was called first and other people were called next. There was a gap and I had to wait before my name was called for collection meaning that the order of the forms was changed after being collected from us

Have been visiting clumax jayanagar from years. But deeply unsatisfied with the cleanliness this time. In the laboratory they're not wearing any gloves/mask nor they are sanitizing their hands between patients. They're touching urine and blood samples from other patients also. This way a person without infection will get all sorts of infection just by visiting the centre. They're dealing with direct open veins to draw blood. These are basics which staff has to follow. It is very saddening that even during a pandemic staff are so careless. To whomsoever it concerns please have a look ASAP.

On a busy weekday they operate only one counter even though they have 2 cash counters. Its been a long que and no staff cares for the customers long wait time. When reported the manager to open other counter, they responded will be open shortly, but nothing improved.

IT A SCAM, don’t go to this place. As soon as you buy package from online they recommend to go this place and this people are irresponsible creature. Most of the machines are under service and they ask you come back later. I see BMC machine is down since Aug’21. Please don’t go with Medall Clumax. Worst interactive experience with Chaitra receptionist, if you buy package online they don’t support you in person due to their won target, especially her attitude very bad.

PLEASE GIVE SOME IMPORTANTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR TIME

Please teach some manners and teach her how serve customer well. If she doing something it directly effect your brand. This is a service oriented, so tech her or change her from that position

The customer support in this branch is very very disappointing.very long waiting time to collect the reports, mistake in doctor name, patient name inspite of the application given in writing. The receptionist Ms. Soumya P, has a very rude behaviour, and has wrong accent even though she was the one who made all the mistakes in the report. She made us leave all our work and run to the diagnostic center solely because of her mistake. The bill with the correct name of doctor was also not given without asking.

The worst lab I visited. I went for some tests on 13 th aug 2022. Evening literally i called for 50 times to get my reports. Still one report pending, just i called them, they are telling again I have to call them tomorrow. The most irresponsible staff I experienced

These people have one of the worst communication and coordination skills among them where they make the patients wait for so long eventhough we have a prior appointment and in case of 'EMERGENCY' also.

I have visited for Xray test.
I booked an appointment for 2 Xray and they have did 2 test also. After completing my test i go back to my work. Then they called me that 1 X ray test was not completed by their side. And i visited for that test another day.

But the receptionist in the 1st floor was very good.

Terrible experience. They misplaced my sample, billing didn’t bill for the tests I wanted, and I had to wait for around 2 hours because they had misplaced my file. Prima is much better, even though it’s slightly more expensive.

Reception (Gayathri) was very harsh and did not give us proper package even after I had given her the Doctor prescription. She does not have etiquette to deal with patients. She is fit executive the font end office or need need a proper training to response to patients. People visit clumax/ Medall Diagnostics for good response and results, not get hyperised.
Rest of the Lab Technicians were pretty good with their respond.

Worst Experience for MRI SCAN
Visited on 13 Jun evening 6: 30 pm for MRI SCAN aged 77 years old orthopaedic patients. We were told to wait for 2 hours (3 patients in queue) by a lady receptionist & were in queue waiting for our turn. After 2 hours without our notice billing team allowed another patient who was not in queue. When enquired we were told that was not in their control & next is your turn. Next patients had come in was allowed to enter MRI SCAN in front of use & without any excuse. We spoke to their manage Mr Rithesh, who listened to our complain & told us to go to any other SCAN center as he finally asked us to wait for all patients to finish. We found all members wanted to make extra money to patients to jump the queue. MEDALL means "MONEY DEAL TO ALL" If you all pocket staff your treatment will be priority. We had to leave without scanning waiting for more than 3 hours cursing all staff n center.

Worst Service. Heavily mismanaged on weekends and early hours. No proper guidance on what to do. Blood sample takes more than 2 hours. Difficult for senior citizens and diabetes, BP patients. Judgmental general physician and asks unnecessary information. Staff are used to the chaos and unbothered if patients question the service. Stressful experience.

Worst experience, they made me wait for hours to collect simple vitals.
They do not know how to respect people's time.
1st floor and ground reception (Mamatha) does not know how to communicate with customers.
Please learn some hospitality.

Hav to wait more then 15 mins for billing. There are two counters for billing, but most of the times one is working. When reported to concern, they are replying "System is slow sir and we are not". Appreciate Medall clumax for this ultimate response on customer concerns. Keep it up

I came here for my sons MRI Brain to be done with 3Tesla. Very friendly staff and well qualified. They know their job role very well. Specifically I like to thank them for providing the reports within 1 hours as we need it on urgent basis to consult Neurosurgeon at Fortis Hospital. It’s called lightning fast investigation. God bless you all and keep doing the great job.

Pathetic i had a premedical test here at 8am it's finished for an hour but they don't have doctors for physical examination. They had to call from outside i had to wait until 12pm. Do not recommend this to anyone

Most horrible experience at Medall clumax jayanagar. They bring in consultants for echo cardiogram and report review and make you wait for hours as they dont show up on time. E.g. Call you at 430 and doctor has still not arrived at 530pm. I am on my third visit just to complete my 108 package test.last time here.

I took my parents to Medall Jayanagar branch for health checkup, had worst experience, no token system and no first cum first system, whoever has recommendation they will get first preference, also for BMD, Mammography tests they will take to Trustwell hospital at JC Road, there situation is much worsen no coordination with hospital team. It took till 3PM to complete all tests, overall pathetic experience with services.

This is the worst diagnostic centre in Bangalore I highly will not recommend this to anyone. We asked for mammogram test. They said it will be done in 20 mins. We asked them after 20 mins they said they will do it in trustwell hospital and a vehicle will take us. The vehicle arrived then they said we should get a prior test for mammogram called sauna. After sauna they said the vehicle left wait for the vehicle it will arrive in 30 mins. We waited the vehicle did not arrive. We asked them if we could go to trustwell they said we could go after 2 hours. We arrived here they said we haven’t received the bills yet from medall clumax. Then the bills came after half an hour. The procedure started and then we waited for 2 more hours. My mother is diabetic. She had not eaten anything. They are not concerned about any patients they just want money

Worst service, total mismanagement in handling the health checkup. I spoke to the reception on this issues, she was telling that I am helpless and spoke to the management.
Horrible service and they are very rude to corporate customers.

Looks average. But charges seems to be more and also proper guidance was not given when I asked for individual test. I have taken Vitamin D test which costed 1900 which is extremely high which i came to know later after comparing with other center. If such huge amount for one test in general almost all diagnostic centre will suggest to go for group of test package thereby the patient will get more reports apart from the Vitamin D test. Once again 1900 for VitD is too much.

I had been there for annual health checkup. Worst experience. No proper management. They denied few tests also. I had booked for physicians as well dietitians consultation but later on they denied for dietitian consultation.
I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Pathetic service which i never had any of the diagnostic centre. Taking blood sample took 2 hours of time as there were many people in the queue since only one staff was working on it. When I asked reason they said staff were on leave but they dont know since from when. Since you have to be fasting for 8-10 hours then just think of the sugar patients. So please ask in the cash counter and make it clear on how much time it will take for any tests u opt for. Because once u make payment then no one cares you.

After giving all test 3 weeks before tests report after blood sample are not ready and they donot give report online you need to go and collect such a worst centre after 3 weeks when visiting centre they told report is not ready I cannot think any diagnostic centre will delay report so much

Really pathetic service.when I called the customer service rep said I can come around 3pm as Doctor would be only available for 1/2 hr. I did come on time, paid the bill and later I was told that I'm 15th in queue and Doctor has still not arrived (already 4 pm). Treated like animals and not humans here. No value for time, patient condition etc. Asked to sit for multiple hours for the concerned doctor to come and do the needful test.

Please do not go based on customer rep or receptionist. Better goto appropriate floor where the test is being done to check for crowd and most importantly if the concerned Dr is even around. Otherwise you will be stuck as refund is not easy.

The front desk people who dispatch reports are rude. They are not ready to take any responsibility.
The health check up for my aged in laws were done on Monday. I had taken some time off work on Wednesday and went there to collect reports hoping to collect it in some 10 mins time and continue work later. I spent some 15 mins time to collect one set of reports in one floor. I had to goto other floor for other set of reports. I did not understand the logic of tripping between floors to collect reports. All the reports were present but one from radiology was missing. When asked they said the reports were not received from the radiology person and asked us to wait for 15mins. I was running out of time. When asked they asked me to contact the Radiology person directly for the delay. I did not understand what these receptions are there for. Why the reports are not available in time even after 48 hours of test. Why should a patient again spend time to collect the reports. They do not have courier facility to send reports. My experience was bad overall.

USG Facilities are maintained quite well. Services, Care and staffs are very professional.

Cost wise it's normal. I don't feel neither cheap not premium.

All reports related to lab tests will be provided in 6 hrs other than scan reports.

Scan reports will be provided instantly.

Persons collecting blood for tests were very busy talking on Mobile phone and not bothered about waiting patients.
Shameful that I had to ask them to call me. They delayed me so much that I had to wait for an hour for ECG and Echocardiogram.

I dont think this place have a Management! Staff are unprofessional, arrogant and lack of experience! If you are visiting this place you should be ready to wait for a day or so, we waited from 8: 30 AM - 8: 00 PM in the evening to get all the tests done! No line of communication and no management!

Excellent Service. They take good care of patients and also guide them well. Staff Nurse Ms. Chandralekha was very helpful there while we visited for a CTCAG scan. Her politeness and the way she took care of the patients was commendable.
