I am working in this company since 2016 and is a great place to work. The peers are treasure of knowledge and the company has given ample opportunities for my professional growth. I hope to utilise the skill sets in growth of the company to serve the community.

We had very good experience with MedGenome Labs & Just Genetics. Initially by seeing few reviews I have cancelled the appointment with them for my wife's NIPT test but after speaking to Umesh (Just Genetics) & Umapathi i re-booked the appointment and given for NIPT test. As promised they gave the report on time i.e, within 8 days and the report was normal.
I'm happy with the service and special thanks to Umesh.

Poor service & communication gaps.sales team made mistake and did clinical exome sequencing when we had clearly sent them prescription of our dr.which mentioned whole exome. We had to again request them for whole exome for which they charged us extra money even though it was mistake from their sales member. Also there is no process to provide the receipts or bills for the amount paid.

Very disappointing service!

We haven't received our genetic testing report where sample of blood was given 4 months back. We have paid 19800 as a payment but we didn't get any reports.

Worst service. Where should the patients have to go by ur irresponsible act? I would not prefer genetic testing for anybody from ur laboratory. Please do not go and waste money.

Very Worst response. There is no follow up or call from MedGenome Labs. They are not provide proper report. Not Recommended

The LAB is too good. They are maintaining the reports in safe manner without enclosing with 3rd party. Coustomer care and support is good.

Worst lab I ever seen…all the reviews seen below are completely fake …. The person who working as name dr nitin is completely uneducated…and don’t have manners to talk with doctors…

My wife got her NIPT test done on 28.7.2022 for that she was charged Rs 18000.00 later when she called the lab it was found out that particular lab test actual price is Rs 12000.00 additional Rs 6000.00 lab is paying to the doctor who recommends this lab. This is well planned process by lab representative and doctor to snatch extra amount from patients. I dont recommend this lab for any test.

Medgenome IT Team headed by Ms Tabassum was extremely helpful in time of urgent need when we requested them raw data for deeper analysis for our son's health condition. Thank you very much!

I am working here from 2013 and is a great place to work. It had helped me grow professionally to greater heights and hoping to achieve much more in the coming years.

I sent sample paying Rs 7625 for molecular test.
I was responded that sample is inadequate for test. After follow for they refunded 20% of the money paid and said that additional amount will be refunded, been two months I am still awaiting the refund.not so good exp so far.when asked for invoice I was given a so called invoice without a invoice number.so far not so good exp.

Very disappointing services. Right from the beginning, these people have been unprofessional - on the day of sample collection, the phlebotomist went missing and had to wait 3 hours for the replacement of missing phlebotomist just to have my bloods taken. Next - never reports in the claimed time frame. Third and more frustrating - poorest customer service, absolutely no one to respond to your calls and messages.

Edit: I had to try and contact every possible person on the team to get the results, which I did get after 2 days of enquiry. Thanks to the team for their effort regarding this.

Worst genetic testing lab got all my reports messed up and they entered my husband's name with some other person's name and disease and even after complaining still waiting for corrected reports to arrive its been more than three months and still no response worst customer service. Only if there was option for 0 star MedGenome customer service is not worth even for 0 star, totally disappointed.

Very worst experience I have ever.
After so many follow up they gave report (took almost 27 days) and gave wrong report just copy paste of other patients data.and again we are in awaiting mode for report.
No response of mails as well.

Just for a CBC and ESR blood test which takes hardly 1hours. Did not get the results even after a day. I would have gone to some other lab to retake the result but my kid is just 14m old and I don't want to take samples from her again and again.

I did RTPCR through home collection for travelling purpose. Same day report has been sent to me. Thank you team of MedGenome Labs Ltd.

Much of the data i received was not complete and i had to ask for the raw data to be reanalyzed by another company to find answers but now have to take a completely new whole exome sequencing test again from a different company because several crucial genes were not read completely.

They went out of their way to provide me with the rtpcr report despite server being down, that too on a weekend. Thanks a lot.

Terribly unsatisfied with the staff behavior. Test results were delivered late. Lost my money and the purpose of the test. Better pay once the result is ready only. So this way if the result is lately delivered, then you wont lose your money.

I will surely suggest others to your Lab for Covid RT PCR testing, Covid sample was collected on time and delivered report within 24 hours (much before expected time) which helped me to plan my travel accordingly. The sample was collected in the morning and by same day, by night only got the report.
Very well coordinated by Mr Amalendu Deb for entire process and follow ups. Thank you Medgenome Labs for the good work.

Med Genome labs is good lab.all report received in on time with out feel.all staff given good response in customer. Test cost is low of cost other lab.i like this lab.i reference u pls check all test this lab.
