Service is good and receptionists are aslo well behaviours. I might have given 5 stars. But one female irritating lab technician forced me to put 5 stars. She is a bit bad mannered, nosiness and irritating. Admin, please make her to behave in good manner. Other wise these people make clients feel unhappy.

The staff is really helpful and are very friendly.

Came for a general health checkup. Friendly staff, explained the processes. Chest X-ray report was fast. ECG process and other blood collection etc went smooth. Hoping to receive other reports soon.

Very unprofessional diagnostics. They make people wait hours together to just hand over the reports. There are much better diagnostic centers around which value people's time.

In the current situation never wait of go for this laboratory. Specially if you are waiting at home to get checked due to any emergency. They initially confirm to come but after multiple follow-up on the day they won't even respond or if they cannot come also they won't confirm you back. You will be waiting endlessly and no response or responsibility.

This review is about nagarbhavi Mediclu staff, who are not only insensitive, careless but also extremely arrogant and rude. On 17 April 2021 I had been there for covid test, for which they asked to fill up a form and wait, after one hour of waiting they told it's lunch break so to come back by 5 pm for my turn. I went back on time n was asked to come in the line, which took an hour, at the counter I got to hear that they were closed for the day. I stood at the counter requesting to conduct the test as I had been waiting for very long.instead I was sent with a very bad behaviour by the manager herself.
It's not like it's the only diagnostic centre in the city, neither are the doing it for free. It's definitely the worst ever I have been to.

Very unprofessional staff.
Billing counter is only one so you need to wait for long in the queue and the operator is very slow. Almost took 10 minutes for each person. So I had to wait for 35 minutes even though I was fourth person in the queue.

Went for Covid RT PCR test and report was negative. However later turned out to be positive in a Rapid test kit in another reputed hospital and Doc advised collection of swab matters. Please have someone with proper experience to collect swabs. Very poor experience.

Worst facility. The staff in the reception are very rude. They have absolutely no sense of interacting with customers. If you have all the time in the world and are open to take rude behavior you could visit this place. Even if the patients are suffering, the expectation is to wait for hours. They do not understand or cooperate for patients requesting too. Please don’t go here and save yourself.

Medical Facilities are very good, the Covid antigen test was done within few minutes.though the person conducting the test did not use fresh gloves, but he/she kept using sanitiser over the gloves.

Main bottleneck is in the reception, it took 45.minutes just to enter my details and call my name, (only after this we get a slip which authorises us to go to the test facility on the second floor)

ideally if Mediclu allows people to fill In the details on their app, then 80% of the registration process is dine automatically.also the phone number, email etc can be pre verified in the app itself (via OTP to email and phone)

this will tremendously speed up the process and improve accuracy

Very clean place. They follow all the protocols. I recommend this place for people who want their Covid test done. Maanasa, the technician who took the swab samples was very polite and helpful

Me and my wife went there for annual health check-up. The whole process was very easy and well planned with minimal waiting times. We liked the overall service and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other labs.

Booked home sample collection for whole family for covid test. Report was issued within a day!

I would strongly recommend anyone planning for any scans or general checkup to this lab.

I had my tests done here. They were fast in sending the results. The staffs were very helpful. The premises was clean and neat.

These ppl are money minting frauds. They give packages in terms of master health check ups. Which are totally unnecessary. Do only those tests which are recomended by ur physician. Plz don't go by these mediclu lab and business minded people.they give wrong reports and divert you to get checked by their own doctors who will be available there and get unnecessary tests done.

Very rude customer service. I have my sample for testing more than 3 days ago wherein I was supposed to get it within 2 days. Since I didn't get the reports I called them up and the lady who picked up was extremely rude and cut the call while I was speaking saying they didn't take my sample! Ridiculous service.

Very unprofessional staff. They don't follow up on the samples taken. It's veen a week and I have not received my blood reports yet. Every time I call them, they just ask me to wait for 10 mins and then disappear.

Worst lab ever seen. My mom was tested as covid positive on 20th Nov friday as per your lab report.she did not have any symptoms. On the very next day we went to Padmashree Diagnostic lab and got the swab test. The result came out to be negative. I strongly recommend not to undergo covid test in this lab.

One of the worst experiences, especially amidst the pandemic panic. The person who had to collect samples said he would come at 6 and came at 10pm. Had asked for dengue NS1 test, even after 48 hours I have not got the report. Have been calling Mr Sagar, the contact person atleast 10 times since morning, but no clear response from his side. He kept saying he will do something, nothing has been done. Asked for a refund, no confirmation on that too. Asked for the lab number to enquire there directly, did not get that too. Tried calling the numbers on mediclu cbc report, half the numbers are not working. I have not even received a bill yet for the other tests I did. First of all this is a stressful situation for everyone, you people are making it worse for patients. I am a doctor, and I will blacklist this lab among all my friends and colleagues. I am giving 1 star as I cannot give less than this. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with your service.

A very good lab which sticks to guidelines and the price is pretty good for covid testing as other places have charges over 5000.

Had been to this lab today very neat and hygiene.got tested for covid 19 for better price.staffs are generous and polite.it took just 10mins.would recommend for all my friends.

I had tested positive for rapid antigen test on the evening of Oct 1st from this lab. I had opted for test only to produce a certificate for my upcoming exam not because I had any symptoms. Unfortunately when tested positive everything shattered.
As my family members insisted to go for another test, I gave samples for both rapid antigen and RTPCR at the nearest PHC and got them both negative on the very next day.
Will the lab compensate for the mental torture me and my family members underwent for two days?
And I couldn't sit for the exam since I tested positive.
I strongly don't recommend any aspiring individuals to for covid test in this lab.

Hi guys.

On September 28, I was tested covid positive on Antigen by 3rd party vendor. Again, on the same day BBMP did my antigen test, it came positive as well.
On insistence, BBMP collected Swab samples (RT-PCR) and sent to your lab and the results were NEGATIVE.
Who do I believe!?

Pathetic Lab service, I do not recommend anyone to this Lab.my HBA1c test reports was wrongly reported as 8.5
which was inaccurate.when i tried to contact the mediclu customer care, received no response.and i did tested again for HBA1c from Central Lab, Richmond Town Bangalore, where the reports showed the correct results as 6.5%

Visited to Mediclu diagnostic centre for scanning and blood tests all nursing staffs are very Co operative and good service from front office to all departments.it's affordable diagnostic. The price is very low with good quality of service.

I can say it's one of the best reliable diagnostic center in Bangalore. Doctors and their assistants are cordial to explain the results. They are very prompt to give reports in committed time.

Worst In First step in Reception no one can follow the seniority order. Management should guide them.we wait 1hour 45 minutes to only for Ultra sound scan.very bad experience

Had a great experience and the mental support provided by the team made me feel so good. They have the best high-tech machine and the most supportive team of experienced doctors. The management is organized in a classic way where, we feel relaxed. The atmosphere made us feel refreshing and the reports are generated so fast.
