Had to admit my mom
For dialysis catheter placement. Procedure could not completed due to difficulties and her condition got worse. I requested them to arrange an ambulance to shift her and waited for more than 2 hours. No doctors attended the patient properly and had to shout on them to get things done. Really had an extremely bad experience from a hospital ever.
Plus They don’t have proper insurance facilities, they work with third parties and they make your life like hell. In my experience since I had to shift my mom I couldn’t avail my insurance as well and had to pay a huge amount from my pocket. If you want a professional treatment this is not a place to go at all.

I came for stitches here, the nurse who treated me was keerthana, she was very polite and good, i like the way she treats patients.

This place is horrible. Took my dad there for UTI. They did Brain CT scan, Angiography, ECG. Forced us to do Doppler test too.
Made us consult many doctors in the hospital. Each consultation at INR 1500 + tax. While Manipal just charges 700 - 900. For a simple UTI that could be treated with antibiotics, they made a bill amount of INR 98000.

The ambulance guy rode like a maniac, bumped into many vehicles on the way, for something was not an emergency.

Great medical treatment by Medray, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Shweta taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and friendly. Duty staff namely Rekha John and Megha, Muthuvali Rehka KB were supportive, friendly and take more care of the patient. Special thanks to all the house keeping staffs. Front office team helped with my insurance in a seamless manner. Highly recommended.

All the staffs of this hospital is very helpful. Doctors are also very responsive and easy to reach. Rekha John, Muthuvalli, Meghna, Sanjid & Kamal all are very good, cordial and have a very good knowledge of nursing. Happy with all their services.

My experience was horrible we took xray and they dint give report till now. We called them for almost 5days now and still I haven't received my x-ray reports

One of the worst and costly hospital in Bangalore I saw ever. They don't care about patients condition they only need to pay initial admission fee 10 to 20k even after requesting they never care to admit patients first. I know this place since 2017 as it was known Medihope hospital.my brother Mritunjay and his wife and his Son was admitted. So I can say this is not human being here. It is pakka money minded people.

Happy with the treatment at Medray hospital malleshapallya, thanks to all the staffs in 3rd floor they took care me really very well and thenks to Doctor Santhosh Kumar sir and the Resident doctor's.
And also happy with the management they given a good service.

Staff found helpful but doctors are inexperienced, Hospital motive is to make money and not to treat patient. Platelet count - 260000 they call it as dengue.
And no proper insurance policy. They even generated bill as Co- Pay of 10% even though insurance is from first party.
I recommend not to visit this Hospital

One of the most worst hospital and staff members are pathetic, we went for biopsy test which is 15 minute process even after asking 10 Times what will be the charges staff told as 5k maximum after the the test they give us 35k bill and no one wanted to entertain you they took out our blood reports and doctor consultation form and said pay 35k and get your papers, staff is so rude they dont care about patient only money my husband was so serious but they dont care tt's really hurt we struggle a lot in such tough time though we are taking treatment from different hospital as of now, you are reading this please avoid this hospital

Doctors are very rude towards patients. No permanent doctors available. Every single doctor even the lab technicians are on call.nurses and other staff are very cheap and with lack of knowledge. One of the well-known worst hospital in Bangalore.

Untrained staffs. Nurses don’t even know how to give a IM Injection properly. And the best part is that they charge you similar to any BIG HOSPITAL. God bless the hospital.

Worst experience nurses are not trained at all reception needs good communication to explain things well.they dnt even know what are the facilities

Please don’t visit if you have an emergency. There is no proper trained oncall doctor available.

They changed the look and feel but unqualified staff. In emergency, nurse doesn't know anything about it or basic injection process. There are 2 nurses available, by seeing them you could make out who knows what. There is 1 nurese at emergency who doesn't know basic nursing. Please do not allow her to touch your body or medicine. Even by talking to the Dr you would feel to regret heading to this hospital.

I took my vaccine for my in-laws and now I highly doubt if they have actually done the vaccination or not. They never felt any pain even while injecting or after that, there was no reaction at all for both of them which is suspicious. The dose was also taken from the same bottle for both of them, I took the first shot from a different clinic and clearly remember they taking one bottle for each of them. Is there any way to get these doubts clarified?

Last 15days before, my uncle was admitted in this hospital. His saturation level was 68 before admit but yesterday he discharged All doctors and nursing staff treated him nicely, thank u so much

Only interested in making money. If they know you have insurance, they will keep the patient there for ever. My baby suffered a lot, with saline without reasons. Bought him home (by fighting with hospital) and he got all right.

Worst place ever. They treat you as their subject for experiment. The doctors are not at all worried about a patient's pain. The ground stairs staff is hardly aware about the treatment process. One guy was stiching my brother's leg in the worst possible way ever and meanwhile he was trying to flirt with his coworker.
This hospital is a joke. I have given my honest review. Now choice is yours!

The hospital is in verge of closure, most of the facilities not operational. Only couple of doctors visit. You can go only for out patient consultation. Room facilities are not good.

I had a very bad experience with one of the staffs in Medihope hospital yesterday. I was supposed to buy some medicine from Madihope pharmacy, but pharmacy guy was not there. I just enquired about it with staff Pravitha and asked her to call Pharmacy guy if possible as patients are waiting. But she responded very badly. She asked me to go to another medical shop which is next to Medihope.
Then I said that the medicine is available only here and she asked me to wait if you want the same from here. I don’t know what's wrong if she says all these politely.
I was not expecting more from them, but the way which she behaved was really bad and unacceptable.

3rd class hospital. They don't even have reception phone no working. Rest imagine what is it from inside. People deserve good doctor if you are already paying huge fees and pathology charges

Worst hospital. They should convert from 24 hours to only 12 working hours. For blood test in early morning till 7: 30 also no receptionist and lab doctor were available for consecutive 3 days. They respond with lack of staffs. What about emergency then? Looks like they have received their business return and not interested to serve and run hospital. Total mismanagement.

I suffered a lot today because of their internal negligency and untrained staff.

I was there for my blood sugar test at 9.50 am.they took sample and asked to come after 2 hours for second sample which i did again

Surprisingly whole hospital was like a dead place with lack of and untrained staff. Also they dnt even have an inhouse team to do a sample blood sugar test. They are sending it to some local lab for testing

I had no confidence on their behaviour and body language and they are least bothered to give u report on time.

Half a day is wasted and they charged for it and still asking me to wait n wait for the report.

Kindly dont go to this hospital as i feel too insecure and unsafe as we are in wrong hands who dnt know how to handle patients

Bad service. Their intention is to make money only. They don't care whether you are treated well or not. They gave a feedback form and one of the questions was why am i not admitted in the hospital. They advise to get admitted for minor diseases in order to 'observe' the patient.

This is a very bad hospital they don't have any seriousness when it comes to patients health, always better to stay away othtwise you are taking risk on your own life. I had very bad incident when I went to take nebulization for my kid he was having serious wheezing the first send me to 3rd floor again back to casualty same way back and forth 3 they made me to go with my kid and finally I will have to take a refund and go to other hospital. They simply waisted my 30 minutes time

Totally useless, why does this hospital even exist? When they deny to treat a patient in emergency. No Doctor available to treat a patient, are you a joke? Truely Pathetic.

Very very irresponsible staff. For simple blood test reports to collect I have visited three times. They don't care for the patients at all. I have called them thrice to send reports thru mail but no one has mailed me. Very careless ppl they are. There is no value for the patients.

I went for the first time to meet neurologist for headache but receptionist guided to the emergency ward and who is just a basic fresher doctor, he just did a clinic treatment for 5 mins and the bill was 450+, they did really a bad job.

There is 1 infant rushed with her hands burn and continuously crying and none to attend for more than 30min now

Duty doctor DID NOT diagnose the case. Patient had a stroke, but duty doc said slight raise in bp MAY BE. He could not identify paralysis of one side + headache, apparently the basic symptoms of suffering a stroke. Had we not rushed the patient to emergency, he would have passed away in an hour.

The hospital wasn't functional although open. No action was taken. Very poor services and quality of staff (incl the duty doc)

Gynecologist is bad, I was having ectopic pregnancy-means get operated or you will die situation. These guys told you are not pregnant and sent me back. After 10 days I got admitted in another hospital in CRITICAL CONDITION AND UNDERWENT OPERATION THEY REMOVER MY FALLOPIAN TUPE AS IT GOT BUSTED. THEY TOLD IF YOU HAD DIAGNOSED EARLIER YOU COULD HAVE CLEARED WITH JUST TABLETS. Very very bad, do not go here.

All hail multi-speciality hospital, worthy to say they have renal care with an ambulance that does not have a driver, no basic facilities even for first aid to an accident victim. I am wondering how thick the line is between money and humanity during a medical emergency.
A young man had an accident around 10: 15PM on 12 may on the Mallesh palya main road. It was hard to find an auto at the hour to take unconscious man to medihope hospital. The kind people around gathered and I called this hospital which is the closest one for ambulance/treatment. The person at the other end of the phone said that there is no ambulance available and suggested me to bring the patient in an auto which the crowd did. The patient was not even put on a stretcher although the crowd insisted.the patient could not even sit up right and was slipping off the wheel chair and some kind people held him up the chair. The doctor only offered to check his pulse and BP at the on the road and suggested to take him to CMH. And to all our surprise, there was an ambulance parked right in front of the hospital, and when I asked the doctor she said that they did not have a driver. Also, they don't have CT scan facility in their hospital so they couldn't even offer the patient any sort of first aid. The doctor was constantly asking the unconscious patient if he was drunk. So, here goes the story of another young man which is just another drop in the ocean. Doctor and staff arguing among themselves when I questioned them why did they even ask us to bring the patient in when they cannot do anything. The doctor told met that she never suggested that. Another worst hospital to add to the list of shame.

1) Card payment not working always
2) Test report missing if more than tests are done.
3) Lab technician demands they knows better than Doc.

Ours residing in beautiful Islands Andaman and Nicobar Islands (INDIA). We went to Medihope Hospital in the Month of June 2017 and my Bhabi gave birth of 03 baby boy at the same time. The Staff are very very good and specially Dr. Sveta Agarwal is very very Co- operative and she is very good, she explain every thing in very easy language so that every body can understand and she treat a child like her own. God bless her.

Doctor who treated my brother-in-law did a wrong diagnosis. He had met with an accident and she checked the x-ray and confirmed there is NO Fractures and gave pain killer and asked to take rest.
Almost 10 days we did keep him under rest but no changes to the pain. After checking with an orthopaedic doctor, he confirmed there are Fractures and gave recommendations accordingly.
The pain he and our family members went through these 10days is like hell. Such a treatment for emergency scenario was never expected. Never will recommend this hospital to anyone.

Its almost a year, my father is on dialysis. Sometime its very difficult to choose right place for dialysis. Thanks to all members of dialysis unit in Medihope, who takes good care of my father during dialysis. They are highly experienced and cooperative.
Just wanted to highlight one more department in Medihope, which is "Administration" who really takes any concern very seriously and always stand for patients and their attendees.

Once went to this hospital with my friend who had pain in stomach, where they told to admit as Bp is very high and they can't give medicine. When we denied they tried to scare us that there is danger to life, taken written consent that we don't want to admit.then we went to CMH where doctor diagnosed problem and told you don't have any Bp problem and given proper medicine.please be careful when you visit medihope

We have done NST for my wife and paid ₹750. Doctor asked us to do another NST because it was not clear from the report we got from Medihope. They have old instruments. We have done one more NST in another hospital and paid ₹500. I can see the difference between the quality of NST from other Hospital. Wasted my time and money.

My son fell down and got scalp cut with bleeding. Casualty Doctor attended and found minor issue. Quickly advised to have sutures. Charges are also not high. I thank folks for quick action.

In my previous post i did appreciate for good treatment but when my kidney stone pain reoccured i realised that they just gave me pain killet to subside the pain. I stayed there for a day and the person who did the ultrasonography informed me that there is no stone but the same night again i had pain n got admitted to manipal.
Staff dont know why thr medicines are given, doctor was busy talking on the phone and they get irritated if u ask questions.
Admin will come again n again to pester you to give good ratings. Later if you go to them they just smile n raise their hand saying we cant do anything related to doctor.
Dont go for any treatment.
