Our experience at Medikeri's Center was excellent and reassuring. Our daughter had to undergo an emergency surgery and Dr. Gaurav was called at Rainbow Children's Hospital for the surgery. He assured us that she will do fine, but our daughter is doing great after the surgery. Post-surgical reviews at the Medikeri's clinic were smooth and Dr. Gaurav helped us with the procedures taking into consideration all our requests. Her breathing and appetite have improved. I am happy with the care and services provided. I recommend Dr. Gaurav for any ENT-related issues.

Being refered to Dr. GAURAV Medikeri was best thing that happened to me. Was having tumor in my sinus. I am posting this after almost 6 months of my surgery as I wanted to check how helpful it will be in the long run, I am so glad I trusted Dr Gaurav Medikeri and i can finally breathe again. I had nasal polys along with deviated septum which had made my life miserable the last few years, I was always sneezing, had headaches and allergies and even started losing my sense of smell. Even after visiting all the best doctors and taking all kinds of sprays and medicines nothing helped.
Dr Gaurav really cares about his patients, he suggested surgery for me and the surgery went very long but he made sure everything was done properly so that I was completely cured. He was very patient even with the after surgery follow ups, if we made any mistakes or some extra complications came up, he was very patient to help in different ways if one way didn't work and his knowledge about his speciality is so immense. He was able to connect or find a reason to exactly why things were happening and had solution for it.

I am glad I made the correct decision as I feel like I got a second life again, breathing freely. If anyone is ever considering or suffering from sinus or nasal issues, I would definitely recommend this clinic and the doctor Gaurav Medikeri.

I had left nose block for 3 months and visited few Doctors in Bangalore city, In the meanwhile underwent Ayurveda also but instead of reducing it increased from left to Right nose with burning smell and huge discharge was coming out of my nose.
Finally one day I was surfing the YouTube, I was able to see few videos of Dr. Gaurav Shankar Medikeri where he did lot of sinusitis surgery. That’s when I made my mind to meet Dr. Gaurav Medikeri.
In my first visit Dr. Gaurav was able to diagnosed that I had Fungal Rhino Sinusitis, where in Fungus was eating my left eye and nose cartridge after going through the CT scan, till that time every other Doctors were telling it is a Sinusitis only but not about Fungus eating the bones.
Seeing my pain Dr. Gaurav Shankar Medikeri immediately took a decision and confirmed my surgery for next day and As I was lucky to get operation date. Since another patient postponed due to Sankranti festival.
Doctor and the team did the surgery so well and procedures lasted for 5 ½ hours surgery, Underwent Bilateral FESS, Left endoscopic medical Mxillectomy with Septo –Turbinoplasty with laser GAII. Doctor told us that I had huge fungus in my Sinusitis which is for First time or after long time such huge fungus depositions was there, till date Doctor hasn’t seen since long time.
Believe me I am feeling much better and free to breathe with no blockage. As this is not a hospital, in my View and experience. It is Mountain of Sanjeevini with God like Dr. Gaurav Medikeri touch has given a new life in this world. It is a special case and first rare diseases in India.

I was suffering from frequent cold & nasal block issues since past 7 years. I have consulted several top ENT specialists of Bangalore everyone told me that it is due to pollen allergy & Bangalore climate & need to take precaution from dust & climate change & take regular steam that is the only solution. Just to add what was really impressive is; During my first consultation with Dr. Gaurav, he has spent a good amount to time explaining my condition, how he planned to take-care, pre/post-surgery precautions, discipline/mandatory steps (Nasal wash, Douching etc to be followed religiously post-surgery for couple of months). Infact, he warned not to go for surgery if I don't intend or dedicate necessary time to practice post-surgery steps at home.
Similarly, post surgical care was very professional, down to earth approach and caring.

Finally, I was told by my industry connect that Dr. Gaurav has received several awards including youngest and best surgeon award, which I believe, he truly deserves.

I went to Dr Gaurav because of his Dad's stellar reputation and excellent diagnosis for my son's ear infection. I had some clear fluid from one of my nostrils and doctor suspected a CSF leak, and asked me to get my MRI and CT done to rule out a possible issue. The MRI and CT came clear however he was still not convinced and advised surgery as soon as possible. On my insistence, said I could take a medicine for reducing intracranial pressure, and if the leak still didn't go, would be convinced it is CSF leak. Though distraught, I decided to go for second and third opinions, I absolutely had no trauma injury or symptoms to associate with a leak. My second and third opinions ruled out a CSF leak because more detailed investigations were done. It is only very unfortunate that the medical fraternity is incentivized to only conduct surgeries. He only kept telling me about how he conducts 5 surgeries of such kind a month and did the same abroad. Infact, both in my second and third opinion, very senior doctors of Bangalore with more than 40 years of experience said surgery is the last option, sometimes spontaneous leaks heal through rest and definitely were more cautious before prescribing any medication for ICP. I was tested for ICP at a leading hospital and it was negative with no indication of developing in the future. The neurologist and opthamologist ruled out any possible pressure and damage around the skull. It was only a case of allergic rhinitis. Unfortunately because of one misleading diagnosis from a senior doctors son, all other doctors had to conduct precautionary investigations. The neurologist, a kind an considerate gentleman just felt it was unfortunate I had to go through this circus and spend 25K on the same. Lesson learnt, fathers reputation doesn't pass on to the son. Terrible and traumatic experience, be wary if surgery is recommended in a blink.

I'm Very grateful to Dr. Gaurav Medikeri for aptly identifying my problem and helping me with an issue that I had been suffering from for the last 6 years of my life. I was in depression because of it and had quit my job. My relationship was in shambles. Today, I'm a very happy, have a stable job and a relationship. I feel super energetic and on top of the world.

Dr Gaurav Medikeri and Dr Shankar Medikeri are the best doctors in Karnataka I can say.
My Dad had an infection in is left Ear where in we have visited Many hospitals and Dr Vijeyendra too from 4 Months no improvement and said can't operate nor no medicine for this infection.
So finally we got know about Medikeri super specialty ENT And I personally met Dr Gaurav sir and Dr Shankar sir both gave me confidence and said can be operated and My Dad got operated by Dr's guidelines and now is perfectly fine I personally thank To Dr's who made this Surgery successfull and I proudly Recommend this ENT center.

Unreasonably costly, poor service and misleading reviews.
Visited this place to get my ear infection checked up.
Post a short wait time had the doctor quickly look into only my left ear and concluding it's a minor issue, when asked to check the other ear too - said it's a simple issue and would be similar in both ears and can get fixed with the prescribed ear drops and meds. Did not bother explain further and had to ask to get any information about my diagnosis.

Was charged 900/- bucks for a minute of consultation. - this would have still been fine if the meds or diagnosis were right.
The meds made my symptoms worse. Any follow-up would have costed 900 bucks more.
Most of the negative reviews I had seen earlier have either been removed or are buried under positive ones that are hard to believe after my experience.

I wish i could give Dr Gaurau Medikeri more than 5 stars. He is worth so much more! An incredible physician with impeccable bedside manners - so gentle & caring! He operated on my mother when she was suffering from long standing sinus disease! She had been operated 6 times for inverted papilloma! None of the surgeons were successful in complete removal of the tumor but he did it & proved it with endoscopy & an MRI after surgery. A phenomenal surgeon & a great human being. I can''t thank him enough for putting an end to my mother's woes.

I was suffering with eardrum infection and fluid inside, DR. AARTI gave me prescription for 3 days, next visit i felt nothing changed, i was not happy, i was expecting to surgery but she said don't be in hurry take more medicine for few days, then i decided to visit other doctor clinic, took a taxi, suddenly sneezed and my ear can hear as normal, little jam, but i'm very to have these doctor's skill and really care about patient's money saving, i'm really sorry dr.aarti, i was so panic about my ear, i would visit soon to thank you
