Mediscope Hospital

Hospitalized for my son for seviour stomach pain and vomiting, I thankful for the doctors for taking good care and providing a right treatment by finding the right cause.
Thank you Dr Asif and Dr malik.

The hospital and all the staff members Dr Bhavana who did my operation are really very care taking and amazing team, because of them I am standing today. But just 1 thing hospital should arrange for a better pediatrician, worst pediatrician Dr. Mallick doesn't have patience, doesn't value time and no manners on how to talk to patience and give advice. He starts yelling in front of everybody's when you ask him any doubts. Because of him I do not wish to visit the hospital for any purpose, in such a way I felt humiliated

I bought my daughter here for tonsillectomy.she developed post op complications which is very rare.bt doctors were so helpful.explained us each n everything in detail. I would like to thank Dr Asif who is very good.took right decision on time n now alhmdulliah my child is healthy and fine. I would also like to thank all icu staff, doctors especially Dr Mariam n management.

At the time of admission my father had saturation 38 due to Rt pnemonia, Dr Asif and his staff taken care of everything. And infection got cured and he is alright now, we discharged my father with 94 saturation.
Treatment is excellent and Hospital management is good.
I will highly recommend this Hospital for any lungs related issues.
Insurance cashless process also very smooth.

Good experience, The hospital is kept Clean and you are well taken care of. Dr Naseem Sait is the best doctor in town for General Medicine and diabetes, The billing and insurance staff was very patient and supportive even after multiple delays for insurance approval.

We took our mom to Chinmaya and St. John's Hospital, denied admission when my mom needed the treatment the most and immediately. In fact it was an emergency, we were helpless and by Almighty Allah's grace one of our friends referred us this hospital and my mom was treated immediately and Dr. Asif did his best, for which we are indebted to him. Almighty Allah bless him abundantly always.

Worst hospital. My father was admitted in icu since he was corona possitive he was all fine but we admitted him just because he had suger so It was my mistake instead of keeping him on home oxygen we kept him there to die. He used to cry saying the staff is very bad and Dr Asif is inhuman he do not have a level of responsibility of how to talk to a senior citizen who is fighting for his life.
Suddenly on the death day morning they said they have oxygen backup of only about 3 hours and told us to shift the patient to some other hospital meanwhile they did not allow us to meet the patient
and they decreased oxygen supply to patient when i went to meet dad in the afternoon around 3 every other patient along with my father was trying hard to breath but oxygen saturation was normal.my father was week he could not survive and he died.hospital has killed him. If you want to lose your famil then you can visit mediscope.

Treatment is all good no doubt in that but way too expensive. But the maintenance of hospital really pathetic. Switches not working properly. Toilet not maintained. The funniest part of the hospital is they use nylon type different types of colors of bed spread which irritates the patient with sweat. Normally I have seen hospitals using plain and light color bed sheets. I suggest the maintenance team to change the bed sheets. Even if a patient is bleeding. We can't recognize the blood on those bed sheets.

Never ever visit this hospital I am telling it live from mediscope I am here with my mom and she had stomach pain vomit since a day more than 12 hrs has passed by and the hospital still hasn't given me a proper detail on what has happened the put her on tablets medication for 12 hrs and told the doctor will be here by 7 or 7: 30 in the morning and he'll tell what happened they have taken all the scan tests but not even one result has been submitted or told to us regarding anything

My husband and I were admitted for 10 days for Covid. Our deepest gratitude to Dr. Asif, Dr. Tanveer, and all duty doctors. Special mention to the nurses and cleaning staff for their dedication. May Allah reward them for all that they are doing. Very good facilities and hygienic environment.

Beware Covid19 patients.it is not safe. I lost my uncle in the mediscope hospital today (27-09-2020). Completely money minded hospital.they Don't care About anything but money.they event don't inform that the patient is dead till we try to make more noise. I suggest better not to go to the hospital for any complaints.there are too many good hospitals in city to take care of our health.but Not this one.definitely not this one.

One of the worst and worthless hospital and the staff is good but the doctors are very rude and a big fraud and money minded hospital. The bills are tooo much heavy

Nowadays they take care of covid patients. Normal patient care is little doubtful. May be a chance of cross infection. Infrastructure is not good. I think staff and doctor are not sufficient in this hospital maybe in future they increase the staff and doctors count.anyway they take care of covid cases that is better.
