The staff there don't know anything they give you all stock with the doctor recommends you a particular product these people give the own and it is a close expiry date what is happening here befor it was good.

Never buy medicines from this place. Inspite of having the change for 2000 rupees the lady at the counter started yelling at me while I had asked her politely that I know she has the Change and I am not carrying my card with me. Seeing other customer there she started playing the victim and took away the medicines from me. This has happened for 3rd time now. Just because you speak English or Hindi they treat you so disrespectfully.

If living in this area buy your medicine from Kuldeep pharmacy but never ever step in medplus

They are doing an upkar on world by running this store. Bring change or they will shout in public and snatch the product from your hand. Extremely rude and uncouth fighters. Always gives the substitute of medicine you want. Probably duplicate.

They sell items based on your appearance. If you speak hindi or they think you are from the north, they refuse having even simple products like thermometer, crepe bandage, paracetamol or iron capsules. Multiple times I have asked people who are from south to help me get the products when they decline having them to me, and for them they suddenly have everything available and that too at discounts. This has happened atleast 5-6 times. They refused to sell paracetamol even when I was visibly very ill and could barely manage to reach their shop. Pathetic service.
And the few times they do agree to sell something, they always overcharge for online payment. If you ask them why they have deducted amount greater than the mrp from your online wallet, they start shouting in their language and ask you to leave the shop, refusing to sell anything. Both the ladies working there are extremely disrespectful.

The worst ever medical stores I have ever visited. Medplus has a good name, but this Store people will definitely spoil it's name. They give the worst ever service possible. I am not sure if they think they are at home or shop, they are always busy discussion their own problems and do not care at all if the customer is waiting from long time. And most importantly they never have change, for all the times I have been there I have never received even a one rupee change from them, they either ask me to pay exact amount, paytm, or give me some random chocolate or ask me to collect it next time which will never remember. And most importantly they never respect customers, the main lady always converse with the customers in singular and is least bothered when some customers arrives. I really hope someone from their shop reads this
