Customer experience is very poor, staff doesn't care about the patient requirements. Most of time, they have readymade answer of " This medicine is not available here" and they don't know by when the medicine will be available.

Whenever I went there the chemist is always busy with his own stuff and attend the customers very late, Also they don’t have much medicines. Every time I had to go to some other store for getting every medicine I want.

All Medicines are expired & no quality kits are available in this
Mr. Basha staff is Unqualified for this profession he don't know how to talk with coustomer
And he don't know medicine too
He treated like this with medical staff only then what about others
I suggest not to buy anything from this pharmacy

Very bad customer service.we were waiting for so long to get medicine but the guy who was there not even minding and busy in his own work.dont ever go to this medical shop.and the staff is not responsible

* Prescribed medicines are never available, they try to sell other company medicine.same are available in MedPlus Mart online.
* Never give change.
* Prefers serving to few customers and making others wait, even after being first in Queue.
* Very slow performing staff
*Other medical shops is doddanekundi are faster and have in stock medicine.

Slow and less interested staff. Even though more than 3-4 people would be there as staff. All 3 rely on 1 person attending customers. Rest 3 won’t be bothered to serve customers.

Every time they say that medicine is not available but we have different brand available. Worst fellows. Services is worst. Most of them had lot of attitude
