MedPlus Hennur Main Rd

Got some discount. It's on heenur main road near sunshine hospital. Busy place. Now it has developed a bit. Many medicines available here. Bike parking is easy. Car parking could difficult many times.

Worst service ever. The guy who works there doesn't give us the prescribed tablets but instead insists us to go for other ones. Later after consulting a doctor about the tablets he gave, went back the same day to return the tablets but the guy refused to take them and asked to visit again the next day and speak to his manager but later made us wait for over 40 mins and changed the tablets.

The staff seem to be really crazy people. Don't know how to behave with customers. They are fighting like fish market.

Quite a large pharmacy with good parking. However the staff needs to vastly improve on service attitude and customer friendliness. Need to change the frowning "come back tomorrow" attitude. Apparently a new MedPlus Outlet @ Geddalahalli, just a couple Kms down, near Foodworld, offer much better service with pleasant staff.

All most every medicine are available there.not satisfied with medicines price.

Fake location, there's no medplus there, i wasted my valuable time. When i reached the location i saw nothing besides some few local shops, i had to ask a shopkeeper about where the phermacy is and he mentioned that it's near the petrol pump. Kothanur main road or Hennur road. Thank you. Hope this info helps you.
