Very bad service.we took a cream and wanted to give it back because it was the wrong cream and they said they wouldn't give the money back.and told us to buy somethig else in return.they behave very third class people.very very bad serice.the absolute worse.they said they cant give the change upon tht they gave the wrong medicine
Really hopeless in terms of service, had to wait there for quite a bit of time owing to how the shop’s assistant choose to service everyone else but me standing right there at the billing counter (literally that one computer).
Used to be an n-queue system (with n>=3 assistants) there but is somehow reduced to just one in what seemingly appears to be sings of a downfall & close to a shutdown. We’re living in times where medicine is literally delivered to the comfort of one’s home & this attitude of the shop’s assistant hitting new lows isn’t good for the brand, not that the management seemed any bothered but this could set the expectations straight for the customers.
Be prepared to have your patience tested if you want to go there.
Worst Staff. Slow billing.minimum wait time is 15 min. The staff was yelling and gave a threatening look.very small, no air circulation, its like a Sauna, that's why staff is frustrated
FRAUD! WORST EXPERIENCE! CHEATERS! Initially they told that they will give 20% discount on above 200, after billing they said 5% only. If you ask for a medicinal they will give cheap brand then if you say No they will get you the original brand.
Very poor management. Already online purchased item is made to be paid at the shop which is unnecessary time waste for customers. Very slow service. 1 hour to get 1 medicine
This pharmacy is small and staff is very slow in giving out required tablets and medicines, discounts are given on the MEDPLUS CARD, friendly behaviour is not observed in this store.
